Integrity is doing what's right even when nobody is watching.
This kind of stories go str8 to my heart.
I wake up. I'm still living. I'm still conscious. I can still think clearly. I have God who loves me. I am content for all of this, and in my contentment I am able to say that I am blessed by everything around me. My teachers were the many people and events that I had faced and made memories with. I am blessed, just like everyone who deserves every blessing they have right now. Some people fail to see it, some people are thankful for it. Wipe your eyes and clean your ears for the blessings you seek are coming your way, if not already within your grasp. Thank you for spending your time on reading this, may you all feel blessed even more.

I learned the story in Chinese many years ago, but listening to the English version gives it many layers of new meaning & richness. Now I'll remember it and all the goodness it brings in English. When different languages and cultural traditions interact with each other on youtube and in our own brain, such life-enriching moments can fully blossom. Thank you so much. Been jobless 18 out of 23 months in Ireland, I have finally found a job in the government sector starting on 7th Dec. Before that I was 10 months straight unable to find employment. Funny how life works out. I was on the verge of going back to my own country and my marriage was in danger.

@@minichanz It's great bro, what I actually manifested. I'm helping the less fortunate. It was what I was praying for, to be of service to others and best part is, it's long term secure job. Funny how the universes/God listens to you even when you think they don't.
@@JKFCUMLANDDOWNUNDER Thanks man, it's been a rough 2019-2020 for me. No matter how hard I tried, things didn't work out then. When I started to be mindful, aware and letting go expectations while still spiritually focusing on my inner self, my fortune started to change. Amazing how life works.

As a Hindu I connect to these ideas very strongly... these are a part of the broad spectrum of the way of life we call... following the "Dharma"

Same here fellow Hindu. The Bhagavat Gita and Dare to Do's vids resonate so well together.
Much like the person in this story, I feel I am like Feng. He said to meet him at a particular place, going a certain way, and by a particular time if possible. I said I would try my best. However, I am not particularly good at anything nor am I special in any real way. I only live while trying my best to walk on a particular path called righteousness. I try my best to walk it the "right way," NOT to take shortcuts or get lost in some other place, NOR get tempted away to a different road altogether, and to NEVER act in a way that is cruel or unrighteous. At least, to the very best of my ability of being a simple human. To be more simple means less worry, at least I think of this.
I do not run, lest I be foolish and fall, unable to focus. I enjoy all the sights and sounds on this road, for sometimes there is something beautiful to just see alongside and indeed it is worth stopping to do so. In this case it was one of the beautiful creatures of this Earth, a great cat. I have worked with them, and I saw the cat meant no harm, so I offered her half of my food so that she could eat. She went back into the brush... and a few moments later, I could hear she was nursing baby cubs. And I smiled.
Also, a bit later, I had walked a few more miles and now could hear someone who was also on the path of righteousness, but she had tripped and hurt her foot alongside. I was glad I was walking or I would not have heard her plea. This way, I could help her along and craft a sling for her angle like a cast, cast so that she would heal better. I could also felt she was uncomfortable and didn't know the area that well. So I offered my shoulder until the next motel by the road and she was able to rest on her own, and we went our own ways.
There was a bit more to this journey but it matters not for this message. I just wanted to share that indeed, "Dare to Do Motivation" is a very peaceful and relaxing channel. I have been able to relax a lot and find much solace in his words. Whether it has been the Buddha or Taoism, real life people in life that I never knew the entire background upon, or a wonderful story I remember about a fictional story between Jesus and Buddha, another was a tale from Shinto, and a great tale about the night a Cherokee tribal child becomes into a man. There is much more, of course. They are all very beautiful stories, showing regardless of where we come from, we all search for the same types of answers and have the same questions, which can be answered the same way in so many different languages, beliefs, and in almost any language or belief...
these are all thought in the VEDAS !!
When in times of hardship stay whole and good.So when the darkness finally arrives to take you away the good you have done will stand up like light which will be so bright the that the darkness cannot stay! Just a few words that came from within after listening to your great story's bringing hope and happiness from deep within that listening to your greatness brings forth again and again.
May your gentle soul be blessed... you have thought me how little I know... you have thought me how to live just for today... I’m fighting a very cunning disease a disease that tries to kill me each and every single second of every single day for the rest of my life...with what you have thought me I have lived 52 days victorious over addiction.
