Shredding Scrap Brass and Radiator Ends, Sorting, Picking, and Upgrading Value With A Hammer Mill

- Testing out our new, larger 34"x24" hammer mill. In this video we shred and crush contaminated/irony brass, run the material under a cross belt magnet, and then pick out the waste. The second sample is running old copper/brass radiator ends through the mill to break away all the plastic and steel for clean brass and copper. Bro I've been watching alot of scrap recovery you are by far the best one I've seen I myself love to scrap take apart to get every doller from scrap but I'm no where as huge as what you are doing that hammer mill is top notch great job explaining every move in the recovery of precious metals but I really love the ones were you recover gold from the host rock I'm so interested in all this but nothing to this calaber where I live keep up the great work brother

How to reduce hammer mill sound of charging hoper , need till 15 mm lining ??
Looks like I'm the first comment for the morning... very impressive returns... Jason I do have a suggestion ,in a bunch of other videos including this one I've noticed that the magbelt continues to knock stuff off of the conveyor that's too big ...why don't you replace that belt with the same conveyor belt material that runs up the main conveyor... that way you won't have the fins knocking everything off or take a razor knife and trim those fins off that would pretty much stopped that problem... but I'm sure you've thought about the same ...just an idea
