Heavy Duty Hammer Mill 24" x 16" - Scrap Metal Processor

This is a new product we are offering, a heavy duty hammer mill (24" x 16"), for use with scrap metal specifically. This video showcases some of the features of the mill, including processing a few samples. These heavy duty mills feature two 3/4" thick AR400 breaker plates, 3" spherical roller bearings, AR500 hammers, heavily reinforced housing, and a modified 45 degree inlet chute.

What if you where to clad that in think foam, could cut the noise down. You would need quite dense foam, this some kind of outer clad

hey. could you tell my why you use a hammer mill instead of any other shredder, granulator or crusher? I want to recycle some non ferro foils. the foils have to get to little balls. do you think stuff like aluminium foil would end up in tiny balls the size of the screen?

I see a lot´s of sparks and other videos some dust. Mix those two thing and you could have a problem.

Excellent point. A fine water spray might help. A fire extinguisher should be equipped..
