    Thank you Joe for your great down to earth videos. Big Man Alaska is correct, do not worry about crucifixion. I do not worry about label Carnivore, I simply eat clean, Dr. Berry's proper human diet, add some spices when recipe calls for, pickles or sauerkraut are my go to items, when cravings hit. The whole idea is to eat healthy, cut out junk and not to stick to small particulars. Many thanks, and keep up the great work.

    Don't worry about the crucifixion and just make whatever it is edible 😂. I definitely still eat cheese and some kinds of veggies but I'm mindful of what those are. I also eliminated everything for a period of time and slowly added in specific things over weeks to see what happens. Cheese definitely slows the weight loss aspect so experiment with taking it out and adding it in over time. I also believe we need to love our life a little bit and if certain things make you happy than just eat a little bit. As long as it's single ingredient whole foods you're still going to be light years ahead of those eating the SAD diet 😊❤

    I knew a "chillie-head" guy who had a lot of fresh chillie in every single meal he ate (mostly cooked by himself) and was never ever ill. Saute chillies in butter in cast iron then drop in the steaks to sear gives a subtle flavour which may also have some medicinal value. I believe most herbs can be considered medicinal and using various woods different smoke flavours can add further dimension to all meat and fish (and cheese) as would have historically featured by default. I do not believe a clean meat diet supports cancer and that we are probably wood smoke-adapted. Your mix flattened down and dried in an air drier can make meat crisps/chips. Hard cheese has fermented out all the lactose so is okay and can add a lot of flavour. DO NOT use microwaves; they damage the amino acids which can then become blocking to undamaged ones. For quick illustration of harmful effects zap water and water a plant and also apply unzapped water to an identical plant. Microwaves even damage the water ; the first plant will sicken and probably die.
    Avoid all plastics and non-stick also. Carnivore is a doubled immune system minimal toxin exposure regime; inevitably benefits all who adopt it.
