The Tex Mex skillet is basically Albanian "kime me veze" (mince with eggs) with added cheddar and avocado. We have been making it for hundreds of years😅
Nummy!! I love your recipes as I'm on the J.E.M.M.💎 Diet...Just Eat More Meat! It's mostly meat, some veggies and some cheating...mostly on weekends. It's the diet I can live with, just always trying to remember to focus on meat...and red meat daily. It works for me in all the good ways. Part of my problem is 60 years of "bad" cooking habits...incorporating all food groups. It's not easy making such dramatic changes in one of my favorite hobbies, cooking, after a lifetime. What vegs do u eat? I stick to crunchy as I miss crunchy I ate a lot of raw vegs n salads n fruits n nuts I eat celery, cukes, lettuces & summer squashes but not often. No fruit but a bite now n then of a kids’ piece. Wings seem to crunch a bit too but no breading Mushrms aren’t plants but I don’t eat them much I need alliums so they will stay but I be careful with onion, mostly just use onion powder. I do garlic & ginger too (gingers not an allium but it’s close lol) I do chiles too. Asian style gochugaru/gochugang etc, Mexican anchos, serranos, jalapeños…
😂 Great Video! What about crushed pork rinds added to the outside of the pizza balls to add a crispy crust? I love pizza - but the crust is my favorite part - but I'm also trying NOT to eat carbs. Please help me figure out how to get a crust on those pizza balls that is mostly carb-free! 🙏
Would loveeee to use cast iron. I keep buying them but I’m also bedridden. Surrounded by freezer, fridge, butane so I can cook but it’s the cleaning I can’t really do without a sink. Well maybe I can now that I don’t want to fight with eggs in it no longer lol. I just can’t but that searing in it mmmm mmmm
2 suggestions: try a carbon steel pan (much lighter but more or less the same) and use LOT'S of butter when cooking.. you should be able to wipe pan out with a paper towel most of the time. Otherwise, pour a little water in the pan while still hot, scrape with spatula, and wipe out..
Few extra idea for ya: • Meatza: season beef and form into thin disk in a pie tin or skillet. "Blind bake" at 400ºF for 10-15 minutes. Top with sauce, cheese, and favorite toppings (make mine Italian sausage and Jalapeños). Bake until bubbly and golden. • Beef kebabs: mix beef with spices of your choice and some salt. Form around skewer(s). Roast over grill or broil in oven. • Stuffed Bell pepper: Remove top of pepper and de-seed. Fill pepper with beef sauteed with onions, garlic, chiles, cumin, oregano, S&P, and a squeeze of lime juice. Top with cheese. Bake at 350ºF until peppers are softened and cheese melted. Broil to brown cheese.

Yeah? I bought some GBeef from Cost Plus. 3 pounds. Brought it home, packaged it in 1/2 lb. packs. Grabbed one today to make Goulash (didn't have ham!?!). Ended up throwing it all out in the trash...it began to smell like vinegar...mixed with ammonia. Bad ground beef it was! Sad.
These meals look amazing and I'm definitely going to try some of them but as somebody who eats carnivore when you're putting jalapeno peppers, definitely not carnivore but good anyways

For the best texture in ground beef carnivore recipes, be sure to use high-fat beef to keep the dish juicy and flavorful. A 80/20 ratio works great!

I wonder if removing from the pan, greasing the surface and finishing the meatloaf with broil or high heat roast would create a nice crust.
