- Singapore reits have been hit badly in terms of share prices. However, with lower share prices, it provides higher dividend yield for us to accumulate to receive better returns. So in this video, I will go through reits which I feel that are the favourites to do well in the future.

Keppel REIT falls short of your minimum return for risk of 6%+?
They are doing well for the recent quarter with the properties. My only concern is with the amount of debts that needs to refinance for the next two years.
With the cost of debts at 3.1%, new debts based on the rates recently seems to be 3.7% and above. So it might drag down Keppel Reit’s DPU.
