How do you think he got 400k. They only been marry 4 yrs. He had his businness, money an house before he got married. The wife saw it, dont act like she such a saint and live in a farm, she knew wat she was doing
@@jamalj8660 Dude please focus on your mental health. Maybe youll be sound enough to find a Prov 31 woman for yourself.
@thelifeofmaryd.2494 lol im good thanks but lady, please focus on your weight loss, maybe one day you'll be fit enough that a quality guy might actually care.
He’s got over $400k and is debating a $45k home? Is this a serious call? That’s a tenth of your savings. This is a layup!
And he’d stop paying rent and have equity. It’s not even about the money. It’s about something for her. Until it was explained that his business will profit from a happy wife, he was against it.
Rachel recognizing the me, myself, and I was very important. You are a team. And everything you have is hers. And vice versa.
There are fewer, if any, farming or industrial processes that smell worse than pigs. Fifty years ago my ex and I did some serious cross country driving and we discovered that we could smell a hog farm several miles still down the road. I don't blame the wife, and I'm very grateful for men like Michael feeding me.
Buy that poor woman a house❤🎉
I'm the first person to say that expensive things that don't bring in money is just a shiny bauble but some baubles you really can't live without. A wife that's not losing her mental health because she's got to raise 3 young kids amidst the smell of hogs is a pretty worthwhile bauble.
Look at Rachel’s face when the caller is talking about the smell of the hog farm at the house at the beginning of the call! 😂
Yes Nepo baby is grossed out.
@@MrMustangrickyou can say a lot about Rachel and her upbringing, but you can’t fault her for not wanting to live in pig shit stench. Most people would agree with her disgust
@@MrMustangrick Pretty much anyone would be grossed out.
@@MrMustangrickShe works & always has. Hate somewhere else
@@MrMustangrick The house is too close to the hogs and it smells. I bet the callers wife makes the same face every day of her life.
BOY IF YOU DON'T BUY THAT DADGUM HOUSE RIGHT TF NOW
Hahaha period
I love u
Dave is so wonderful at imparting wisdom to young men. I live in central North Carolina and the eastern parts have massive hog farms. Just driving thru on the way to the beach, the smell is unbearable! Keeping car windows closed doesn't help because the stench seeps in and permeates EVERYTHING. This young man's wife is more precious than rubies - to quote the Bible
It is a horrible stench. She wants a place in town? Get it!
Our main interstate goes by a hog farm and it is TERRIBLE. I couldn’t imagine living there. Nope
I live in mid NC and when we drive east to the beach the smell is unbearable.
I have several a few miles away from my house. When the air is dry and the wind shifts I can smell them way over here. It's faint, but it's definitely there.
Buy the house AND fix it up for her.
Love your wife. Nope. Buy the house. If you want your marriage to stay together buy her the house. You married a good woman. She’s willing to put up with the business and you’re most likely a good business men but your wife deserves to live a life of what brings her joy. Buy the house. Do it for her and your marriage
🚨Racheal is laughing cause she knew papa Dave was about to bring the hammer on this hog lover. Loves his hogs more than his wife 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I think he's just useless at being a husband, but even greater at being a businessman. To me it sounded like he listened to what Dave had to say.. I sure hope so, for his wife's sake 😂
This was so southern and so funny. I love it. God bless Michael
Rachel trying to keep a straight face 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Rachel’s face is priceless ❤
Rachel’s grimace through the hog farm description. 😂
Hit 200k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with 14k in last month 2024
^^^
Wow that's huge, how do you make that much monthly?
I'm 37 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how??
Sincerely speaking.... I will continue to trade / and stick to expert so nia Si l via / daily signals and guides as long as it works well for me.....
Woah for real? I'm so excited. Sonia silvia strategy has normalised winning trades for me also. and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?"
Rachel face too funny, Dave was enjoying the call
He's 31 and on his way to becoming a multimillionaire. I'm certain he drives an inexpensive vehicle and wears clothes from Walmart or Target. This is the way.
Couple 90 models ford pick ups
He sounds like someone who could sell propane and propane accessories.
I tell you what
Hank Hill for president!
Rachel’s facial expressions tell everything 😂😂😂
Lmao I was totally ready for him to say the house she wanted was $2 million
We grew up on a hog farm. Mom was always happy when the wind was from the south 😂
This one bit of advice probably really helped to bolster (dare I say “save?”) this guy’s marriage.
Some wives are wanting to buy a car that's twice as much as this house. in 5 years the house could be worth $90,000 the car, $15,000
45000 is a trailer in a mobile home park dont call it a house
It's in Iowa, and the previous owner may have written a discount into his will
Over $900k for a shed??? Talk about living high on the hog 🤷🏾♂️✊🏾
She's the mother of your heirs, man. She's your queen.
Big energy
45k. Buy it. Who want that smell in their house?
He’s a hillbilly, they don’t mind the smell of raw sewage. Matter of fact, he probably prefers it 😂
This is the greatest call in the history of the show.
Nothing can ever rival the tuba degree for $300,000

Wonderful input Rachel!
Gotta agree with Dave on this. This guy has got to take better care of his wife.
Buy the house!!!😂😂😂😂😂 and throw in another $55k for updates😂😂😂
The hogs get to live in in a 900k house while to hog owners struggle to decide if a $45k house is too much house for them.
Happy spouse, happy house! It's a partnership, not a one sided venture.
I hope u mean both should be happy in the house, not all about her
@@jamalj8660 Obviously. I said spouse, not wife, and, not a one sided venture.
Dave is king 👑 glad he's back!
Christ! Where can you buy a $45k house here in California. You can't even get a one car parking space for this amount.
There are actually a remarkable number of houses for sale for under $50K in Davenport,
some of which look livable in the real estate ads
I gather it's not an economic powerhouse, but if you like quiet and simple or are looking for somewhere to hide. . .
Rachel’s facial expressions are priceless! Her face clearly says, “no way am I living in a house that smells like hogs.”
Michael needs to buy the house for his family and then give his wife $5k or $10k to fix up the house how she wants it. Curtains, new bedroom set, laundry room whatever. Michael sounds like a guy that could convince himself his wife doesn't need a washer/dryer in the house. Michael, not everyone gets satisfaction from looking at a spread sheet! She might need to do something more creative, or have a party or give some away.
Yep
YOU MUST BE A PRIZE 😂😂😂😂😂 LIVING NEXT TO A HOG SHED
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yes she must love him a lot to marry a hog farmer. Now he needs to love her in return and not only buy the house, but schedule a home improvement budget so she can decorate it a bit. Women need a nest.
Synchronized eyebrow raisage going on @0:20
How much are the companies paying him to take care of the pigs ??? Lmao maybe I need to get out there 🤭😭
The money is pretty good, but there's substantial risk. It's also backbreaking horrible smelling work. Takes quite a bit of investment, too.
But, hey, check it out. May work for you.
@@EmpressMermaid I hate stepping in the mud lol trust me I know for a fact I couldnt raise farm animals 😭
@@here2laff397You would be stepping in more than just mud taking care of a bunch of farm animals.
Hope the caller reads these comments. I gotta tell him he better not only buy that 45k house but surprise her with a little upgrade right after. Fix up the kitchen, bathroom or something. Cuz she might sound like she's on board at the moment, but if he continues to not value her she'll be gone before the oldest is even 18 and take the kids with her.
Reading these comments shows me how most of the listeners are not from farm country. I grew up in Iowa, this dude is 1000% exactly what every single farmer there is like.
Do you mean they focus on work all the time?
@@pneron2032 that, and agriculture is their whole livelihood and extremely unpredictable. You get one virus or really bad blizzard and bam, all your hogs are gone and you have to start over.
So wots the divorce rate in davenport? 😊
The husband is good he actually listened! Happy for them!
Rachel’s facial expressions in the first few minutes are priceless.
Lmao this part 2:19 took me out 😂😂, all you think about is HOGS 😂😂😂.
Love Dave talking on the show. He's not afraid of saying "Honey, or you suck" to the caller
The moment he said the house was only $45k I was on his wife’s side.
TBH $45k for probably a 100 year old house in a rural Iowa town isn't as trashy as it sounds.
@TopShot501st we didn't say it was trashy. There are a vast array of types of homes across America. We face palmed because it's only 45 freaking thousand. Buy the darn house.
I live in Iowa and know a little bit about residential real estate. Believe me when I tell you, a $45k house is going to be lacking some amenities. Like indoor plumbing. Also, that hog farm smell doesn’t wash off. They always said “it’s the smell of money”, but if money smelled like that, I’d take a vow of poverty.
i understood that it's not the rental that has the smell, they rented to be away from the house that smells
Rachel saying “Oh, Michael…” pretty much sums it all up 😂 Take care of your wife, dude
This is the first time I’ve ever heard Dave tell someone to buy a house and it’s definitely warranted 😂
I I and I. He never says we. She should leave him
Buy the house thr wife needs something
Love that saying “happy wife happy life “❤😊
That shed he’s saving up for will literally be over 20 times the value of where he & family will live 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️✊🏾
Honestly I believe it housing is really only dumb in large areas middle of nowhere land and housing is cheap, but no jobs
45k for a house?? Where Mexico??
Just read a scripture: Proverbs 8 12 "I, Wisdom, live together with good judgment.
I know where to discover knowledge and discernment."
Learned knowledge plus discerning life choices equals wisdom.
Typical Midwest farmer, thinking of the business over family. Like he said, the same family who shows up to help when no one else does.
Rachel's facial expression 😂😂
The hog shed is 9 times as expensive as the house…
Omg Rachel’s face ….that was worth the watch 😂😂😂😂
I didn’t like when Dave cut Rachel off for saying ..this is your wife’s money too and she has a say. That guy needed to hear that.
The whole "you keep saying I, their is no I, it's we" statement reminds me of my father.
Their is no love in their relationship and he recently made the claim "I will not be buying her another car, she can pay for it herself".
He literally does not understand how dumb of a statement that is. It's not like he is even the "breadwinner" with her as a stay at home parent. Both worked their whole life, and at the time of that comment, my father was retired while my mother still worked >_
