Are any of these rules differant in family court in New Hampshire? I was trying to research state law to request a sanction in federal civil rule 11, I apparently only stated federal not state rule at my last hearing.

From Ontario Canada 🇨🇦, separating from my narc husband, currently going through court proceedings. He refuses to sell me the matrimonial home for my 5 year old son and I to live. But the housing crisis here is horrible. I feel he’s trying to take away my options to have a safe home for a child. Subjecting him to a life of instability. How can I convince him that this is for the best interest of the child and not about my monetary gain. If we have to leave this house it’s inevitable that we will be in a one bedroom basement apartment, and likely not in a good part of town. I’m so scared.

Wow, your comment is simple and so TRUE! I have a trial April 2nd the Judge promised me this is the last day for an 11 year battle! I wasn’t a senior citizen when this started! No attorney, I have as much evidence as I could get. It is up to God to speak to this Judge now. The good news, no children, only physical possessions. So, I will be thankful it is over and the NARC has no power over me.
After 2 years, 11 court sessions I got custody of my daughter, everyone involved was told by the judge if anyone tries to stop me seeing my younger daughter they will be arrested, it can be done but you have to hang in there

Expect to keep going to court until your child is 18. Especially in high conflict cases.
Everything you speak to is something I have experienced in my divorce from my narcissist husband, which is now surpassing the year long mark, and promising to "keep on giving". He has also been taking Adderall, and has demonstrated psychotic behavior. I'm just very thankful there are no kids to contend with in my divorce. Having friends, family and even other attorneys discount my claims on the hell a narcissist can conjure, and who assume I'm just obsessed with labeling him, instead of trying to understand how in the hell I can deal with him, without losing my own sanity has been very hurtful and challenging. Your videos and advice have been so valuable for me from a logistical and emotional standpoint. Thank you for sharing so unselfishly!

I’m ready. He took out credit cards in my name and I had no idea. He ran them up to the limit and over. The credit card company told me I could file fraud charges even if he is my husband.
Mine bm did the same she actually told me she used my social to get more money but the card is in her name found out it was in my name and they sent two cards only one that was ever activated was her
I am done everyone tells us all to just walk away. Well I heard a couple people say if we don't stand up this will never become a chargeable crime. Thank you so much, Rebecca. I am low income and cannot afford to pay an attorney to go to family court against my narcissistic Ex-husband. Your tip about filing a motion as soon as he violates the order is gold. I've been documenting & collecting police reports, etc. We have a communications order that he consistently violates. Our last incident, he withheld the kids for 6 days. I had the DA call him. The DA said that if he charged him,, he would only get a misdemeanor citation. So, I'm finally gonna take him back to court it'll be our 4th or 5th time going back. I want my kids to have a relationship with him as they love him and I believe that he loves them. Unfortunately, he loves his hate, anger, and resentment towards me more. Any tips for me, when I go back to court?

My narcissistic ex's lawyer is a narcissistic.. this is soooo what I'm going through... contempt of 5 court orders, no accountability, 9 years.. I consider this physiological abuse... all those filings are more costs I can't afford... another one of their tricks
Can you do a video on a narcissist spouse being ordered to take a psych evaluation? Do judges take them seriously? Can a narcissist fake it? Any experience with this?
I was able to get one but it was incredibly hard. First step we were sent to mediation. I insisted on separate interviews. Our stories were so different they gave him 30/60 visitation. I knew he was in a prolonged psychosis from narcissistic collapse but the court, understandably, doesn’t just take either of us at our word alone. However his behavior was erratic, impulsive and dangerous so I had a TRO in place for me and our 3 younger children. Our oldest, who’d just turned 18 had her own retraining order. Ex’s behavior became more erratic and I constantly pushed for a psychiatric evaluation, for the safety of the kids. He’d managed to charm the hired visitation supervisor to the point that she CRIED to the judge about the “injustices being done to this amazing father” 🤢
At this point the judge ordered separate children’s council and appointed a lawyer for my minor children to represent them neutrally. She was a gift from God!! Saw right through the path-narc. She ordered a psych eval for the whole family. The judge limited visitation to 13/87 until completed. It took a long time to complete because ex delayed payment to the Psd for 4 months.
But having it gave me my children and my power back in countless ways.
I’m also curious about this
If there are children involved, get a court ordered custody evaluation. The evaluator will use their own psychologist or what not for the evaluation.
If it is just ordered that they go, both you and them will be able to pick your choice of place and the narc will doctor shop island I've seen them pay for a clean eval.
No, a narc can't fake it enough to get past an in depth evaluation. Ideally you both go to the same evaluator and you provide them with a binder if evidence.

Thank you for pointing out how hard it is for empaths to be hard on the narcissist. As much as he put me through I actually felt bad for him when the judge was coming down on him. My attorney even noticed and was asking me after court why was I feeling bad for him.

Once again, I wish I had learned all of this before going to court to get restraining orders and finally divorcing the narc.
I am about to take a narcissist to court for stop paying her rent as I was the co-signer. This is dreadful knowing that she will tried to win and make things up. We don’t have a formal repayment contract but lots of text and email confirmations. Wish me luck!
I found an attorney who is a financial bulldog but he doesnt want to hear the drama. He said if he listens to the drama, it will cost more money. Nobody cares. Court’s only interest is division of property. Is this a bad move to use this atty? Im ready

No attorney wants to read through reams of texts and emails and transcribed conversations. That's the job of a therapist. Get a custody study.
My Narc husband won’t do what his lawyer has advised him to do so his lawyer just petitioned the court to be dismissed from the case.

So your motions for Show Cause for Contempt are just getting dismissed? You've got to have evidence and exhibits that prove why they are in contempt.

I had a phone hearing this morning, courts is resumed till June, I'm able to filed a motion fire 4th public defender for not getting me out of jail for wrongful arrest and false imprisonment.Now working on a civil lawyer, and Devorce Lawyer to bring the narcissistic Husband to Justice for having me locked up in a Jail cell. For 5 months ,and injured in a wheelchair over a year.

Claiming duress in our custody agreement because I had primary custody and now he has 57% to get child support, but hule owes 50k in child support. He did it during the pandemic and I was scared I’d lose my son so I signed but I confused plaintiff and defendant. I miss my so. So much :( dad was absent for 7 years.
The one I am dealing with every time we end up in the courtroom just goes off into random made-up nonsense that sounds relevant, if you have no knowledge of the situation we are there for, but has nothing to do with anything let alone with why we are there.
My Lawyer will point out a hard fact of why we are there and need the judges ruling on and then they get on the stand and just makes up random nonsense that drags the discussion off into nowhere land. The judge will then ask my lawyer/me for a rebuttal but we have none because we have no clue how to reply to a 5-minute run of completely made-up random nonsense that doesn't really address anything.
All it does is just leave everything hanging in limbo and make more work for us to have to go through and disprove for the irrelevant nonsense it is and waste more of my time and money building more evidence against them that feels a lot like it will never get looked at in the next run through the courtroom anyway.
They never bring anything real to the courtroom, just empty claims of having all this evidence that proves me wrong that never shows up ever (Because it does not exist.) backed by excuses for why they could not bring it in that day and that leads into the endless nonsensical made up stuff that drags the day's meetings into nonsense land and way from why we are there.

Is there ever a time in a court proceeding in which an atty can say outright to a judge that (U believe, as a atty) that the case is involving a narcissist?

Do you just have to 'dance' around the issue and never mention it?
Personally, I've talked to 2 other people about this question: 1 psychologist, and 1(aged)-retired atty. The psychologist thought mentioning something like this even in the (safety) of a court setting could be "dangerous with repercussions". The retired atty's view was that he didn't think such an argument would work unless, the purported n had been formally diagnosed which, as we both know almost never happens b/c the narcissists never go in for treatment!!
What's your 'take' on the matter...what are your thoughts?

It’s not wise to call them out as a Narc
It IS WISE to simply explain and document their behaviour.
Lies and any other terrible behaviours are what you want evidence of and document. That is the stuff that’s provable and not tolerated by judges.
So just call out all the bad behavior - instead of just claiming they are a Narc.
People that have cluster b personalities only can be brought up if they have had an official diagnosis.

I need your help! The opposing attorney is a narcissist representing my ex husband who has same tendencies. I was married for 6 months to him and he is suing for defamation and filed an adversary proceeding when I filed bankruptcy. I have a protection order hearing as well stemming from a domestic battery by him. Both attorneys representing him are manipulating the state and federal courts to use discovery from both to corner me. I don’t have kids with him. I’m terrified I’m not being represented well and don’t have a different option for this particular proceeding in the adversary case.

In Brazil thetes no sanctions against narcs, actually most of them are natcs themselves.
mom have moved out of the state with my child we have a custody order in place . She move three years ago . the mom have been continuously violating court order . the court have been ignoring my complain and enabling the mom . now after there years the judge has order the case to be move to the state where the child is living. My question Is does the current court order and complain of contempt of court order stay in place or do I have to start all over again.🤨
