Thing to remember, the judge can cut off your explanation at mid sentence, so the better approach is to prepare written documentation and file with the court and have documentation that can be handed to the judge while in session. Don’t rely on the possibility of defending yourself verbally you will be upset and disappointed.

That's exactly how social services operates. I didn't take a family court lawyer, I took a civil litigator and he kicked their false allegation a@@ and kids were ordered back same day. We were even prepared for the 2nd shoe drop. FYI, they always hold back at least one allegation to catch you off guard at the court house knowing it's too late to gather your defense.

I have recordings going back years of our arguments where she basically denied proven cheating and also to commonly throwing tantrums and breaking and throwing things in her begging and pleading for me to stay. Said I'm the only good person in her life and doesn't want to lose me after I caught her out on a date with a guy who she told me was her brother but was actually a guy who had been trying to get with her since I met her and who she called a creepy stalker. So maybe I could use that to discredit her?
@@patriarchmike Wow! She sounds like a person with tons of issues. Unfortunately, it has been my experience that courts don't care about cheating spouses. They feel that although a person may be a terrible spouse, they may still be a good parent. What they truly care about is whether or not the parent can put their hate and distrust of the other parent aside and put their children's needs first. The best way to discredit her is to show evidence to the court where she puts her needs above her children's needs. For example, does she take them to school regularly? Does she show up to important events for the children? Does she take them to their activities? Does she refrain from screaming and throwing tantrums in front of them? There is actually a recording where I was trying to record music and she kept interrupting me to talk about her hair color (asked me permission to die it as if I cared... I didn't) and also guilt tripping me for not wanted to bring kids into the world yet (this was during covid).. I just know that she would be using kids as leverage for control over me.. because I left her for cheating over 5 months ago and went no contact but every time she would reach out to get me to break it or she would post nasty stories about me on Instagram. For example she posted a picture of a note that she left on her front door for the neighbors in her building asking them not to treat her like a child by going to her bf about the cat box smell. She blamed me for leaving my cats there (she offered to take care of them until I get a place that allows pets) as if it's my fault that she can't clean her litter box..I had just bought her a huge bag of litter too. So I got mad when I saw that and started sending her nasty text messages telling her off. She is now using that to say that I harass and stalk her. Literally every conversation with her was started by her. I left her and just want me stuff back but she finds lame excuses not to let me get my stuff or my cats when I try to get them.. she even admits ina text that she knows once I get my things she will never see me again or the money I owe her. I don't owe her shit but I told I'd help her with money (and have been) just to keep the peace and reciprocate for taking care of my cats. When I went there on the deadline she set she gaslit me by telling me triggering news about how she deleted my Facebook account. I raised my voice asking her how she could do that to me and her neighbor and dad's crazy angry friend with Napoleon complex used that as an excuse to get in my face and back me into a corner and threaten me for five long minutes and would not back off after several warnings. I ended up pushing him away and tried.to leave but he came at me swinging and hit me so I took him to the ground and she called the cops only after I subdued him. He admitted that I fell for the trap and that he likes me but that she told him to do this. I got it all on recording. She didn't actually call the cops after I left like she said but she filed a PO on me the next day and lied and omitted important facts in the report. She claims I threatened her bf and her but admits that she didn't take it seriously until I got into a fight with her neighbor. Like I deserved to be assaulted for raising my voice a little. Can I use this recording in court? Do I just need to show text messages that show her contradictions? What about recording from during the good times in the relationship when she begged me to stay and said I was the best person and wanted my babies and all that stuff? Will they deny that as evidence? I also have pictures of texts in her phone to another guy complaining about me being controlling and abusive but I also have pictures of her posts on Instagram talking about how great I am and in love she is and how she wants to marry me from just days after the messages about me were sent. I'm just trying to figured out what evidence to use to discredit her..she knows I'm no threat but I don't think she will back down and drop it. She wants to put me away and control me and get revenge for the things I said to her and about her (the truth). I have to fight this because she's the one who lies cheats and slanders and I can prove it but don't know if I will get a chance to show it all to the judge..can I send him a letter before trial?. Isn't it so twisted that her lack of caring for the litter box gave her so much ammunition to play the victim, with you as the star perpetrator? Typical narcissistic behavior. My ex refused to give me my personal bible and college and grad school diplomas, which is so crazy because he claims to be such a Christian, yet denying me the ability to actually read the bible. NUTS! They only way I was able to get these items back was to tell him I had some of his stuff, which I didn't know at first that I had. When I found them in my things I used it as leverage to get him to give me my items. Filing false protective orders is also typical narcissistic behavior. CLASSIC! The ability to submit recordings in court is a state by state thing. What I will say that it has been my experience that all text messages and are permissible in court along with everything else that can be gathered on paper like bank and credit card statements, emails, etc. It's all part of the discovery process. So, regardless of what has been "documented" in the past where you are concerned, I would do everything possible to not give her anything in writing that will make you look bad. This will mean that you should not take her "bait" or feel the need to "right the record". There should be no reason to communicate with her at this point since you don't have children. I would not be sending her money or having her watch pets or have any other interaction with her. Every interaction with her will be an opportunity for her to inflict drama and cause you to possibly stumble. Unless the court told you to send her money, I would not. If you need to defend yourself, do it in court. Don't defend yourself to the narcissist. Hopefully, this information is helpful. Let me know how things go.
I’m facing lots of false accusations by my son in combination with my ex wife. This is my first experience with cps. I am completely devastated. I spent the weekend before court rationally explaining each and every accusation. I wasn’t able to explain much at our first hearing and have lost custody of both of my boys until cps can do an investigation. It’s truly sickening. My ex is a narcissist and I had to deal with similar behavior during our divorce. I truly can’t believe the lengths she has gone to gain full custody of our boys. I realized quickly that I need an attorney so that’s my plan of action as of yesterday. They will literally add false accusations while in court on top of the original false accusations that you’re fighting which is another thing that happened. It is completely disgusting. I agree though, you have to have your facts ready. If you think you’re just going to walk in to a courtroom and just wing it, you are going to get destroyed. It is really a shame how this can happen to good parents ending up in long costly court battles while your children are left with the false accuser. It is criminal imo.
YES!!! Your description of your ex is classic narcissistic behavior! They all go to the same emotionally abusive training (not really, but it sure feels that way) to learn how to inflict pain on others. Currently, my divorce with my ex has been going on for 3 years. We had no property together and we were together for the total of the 9 months my son came into this world. Then he left. Ever since then and I had my son (taking care of everything for him), he has called DHS 3-4 different times with different accusations, 2 emergency files for different accusations and currently, we have been waiting for DHS to give paperwork to the court (that was due per the court months ago) while my ex is currently illegally holding my son in direct violation of a court order for custody. CPS/DHS is a JOKE. Everyone in the legal system is a joke and are just trying to get paid or re-elected. Praying for you and your family because these are gut wrenching times. God will serve Justice at the right time and will help you bring Him into your household so when your child/children do come home, they will have full support, love, and understanding for everything they have been and will go through with the other parent.

But to mention me and my ex were never married just had a child together. He was also arrested for domestic violence between me and him and yet he still was able to lie and get temp custody of our child. I'm a damn good mom and give and do everything right as a parent. I was pro se and did a lot of research and watched a lot of videos, but yours hit home. My ex was a huge liar and being under oath didn’t change that. I wrote down on a sticky your advise. My ex is a covert malignant narcissist and she accused me of sexual abuse of my daughter, among other things, in order to get sole custody. She has no empathy for our daughter, only see her as her property and an asset. It was one year of hell, police investigations and social authorities investigation. In the end I was cleared and even came out very favourably in the custody evaluation. Finally, now shared custody and 50/50 % time with my 2-year daughter. Even after all her false accusations and lies, she gets shared and 50 % so the system is favouring the woman/mother. But I'm relieved to have my daughter half of the time and hope it will be sufficient to protect her against the narcissist. Beware female covert narcissists, they are very deceptive and pure evil!! Beware of women organizations /feminist organizations, who in my case aided the narcissist. I didn't realise quite how crazy these organizations are. Often populated by narcissists or borderline women. Thankfully the custody evaluator, police, and social authorities were very professional. Narcissism is a very serious personality disorder.
And don't let your guard down. They will not accept losing. If your ex has no empathy for her own daughter, and she knowingly falsely accused you of sexual crimes, IMO she is not fit to even have shared custody. Have you considered petitioning the court to remove her parental rights? Think that's too much? I got news for you ... she's not done. I know personally of a case similar to yours where mom actually created physical evidence of sexual abuse in her own daughter's body, and then re-accused dad of sexually abusing their 2-year old daughter. This time mom had the "proof" she didn't have with her original false accusations. Watch out - protect your daughter. You know by now that your ex would throw your little girl under the bus just to get to you. Be smart - don't let her ruin your daughter, or you.
feminist organisations - yup in my case a malicious social worker destroyed crucial evidence (by sheer stupidity), falsified court reports and lied to the court. Incredible. Police refuse to take a report or investigate. The sad bint from CAFCASS just slammed her hand on a large pile of documents, each proving my ex was lying - and refused to read them. Court records went missing, the lot. These are very sick people.
Good points! You poor soul - I sure know how it feels to be falsely accused by narcissists. It is a sad irony of life that malicious false accusers, at least in the beginning of a case, have the advantage. They are utterly God-less and without any conscience. In my case: Opposing counsel: "hearsay hearsay hearsay, blah blah blah" My counsel: "ya we got exhibits A thru Z proving these allegations are not true." Court reporter: just typing away without a care in the world giving me more documentation to use later.
In my experience it is also crucial to remember that while you're in the pain it is hard to see the light at the end . But in the long run things can change. The children have to know that you love them and fight to be with them. Now 20 yrs later I have a normal relationship with my kids and my daughter talks to my wife more than to her mother.
Thanks for the pep talk. I recently discovered someone close to me may try to "get rid of" me through false allegations some time in the next few months. Trying to be prepared well in advance because I am the only thing standing in the way of this individual getting everything they want.
When i was dealing with child protective services there were false allegations as well as CPS' perjury and haphazard lack of organization. Fortunately, defense goes last. CPS perjury can be proven false when you take the stand last. Just bring a paper trail. Great tips by the way. Good job!! :-)

I wasn't even heard. The most evident error from court was the total absence of allowing me to express my opinion. However, I am somewhat okay with it, because it's a documented flaw (proof) I can put forward any other case which eventually would be filed against me. By not allowing me to speak up, the court has failed to permit the most essential reason a court exist in the first place.
Makes one wonder what you can do when the judge is a part of the city hall cabal, and decidedly dirty. I’ve already managed to find another case where all the same state actors did something very similar for a lot less. Also, it seems that the last lawyer I had was purposely ineffective, and managed to get me fired from an out-of-state job that paid very well.

My teenage granddaughter (17 yrs old) lied so she could live with her wealthy friends who let her get away with murder, smoke pot, etc etc. She got on the stand and lied even more, I didn't know if I should laugh or cry!! What type of case was it? Is your case over? Lying on the stand doesn't carry the weight that I thought it would, unfortunately. It has been my experience that the lying is obvious to everyone and seems to speak more to the lack of credibility of the person lying, and doesn't appear to be talked about as perjury. I always assumed that if someone was caught on the stand lying, that they would get in tons of trouble, but that was definitely not my experience. In fact, you can view any of the Depp/Heard trial and hear lies being uncovered, and not once have I heard the word perjury. Lawyers lie all the time in order to win their case too. All of this has been so surprising to me.
@@NakedNarcissism I was charged by CPS for "failure to protect" when my unruly granddaughter got mad at me and her dad for grounding her. She keeps running off and is gone for days to a week so I had her PO to put a leg monitor on her. Within a week her PO cut it off when she passed a drug test by drinking something she got online called detoxify. By the next day she ran off. Her dad was visiting and they got in a argument about it so that day I took her with me to a appt I had to separate the two. Before I could get this she got on my nerves so bad cussing at me I ended up leaving her at my parents in stead of taking her. She told me something she was going to tell her PO about me that wasn't true but then she knew she it would work better if she lied about her dad because he's a recovering addict and it would be more believable so while she was at my parents she called her PO and told her that her dad is using meth in front of the kids. When I got home the PO and police was there wanting to search my house so I let them the only drugs that were found were her THC cartridges and related items (no one asked who they belong to but I told her po they were hers) her dad was arrested and drug tested negative for all drugs. Before her dad got out of jail she called her PO she was afraid because her dad was getting out so CPS took her. She did this because she knew she'd never have to go to foster care. There's a cpl who's quite wealth who she'd visit every weekend and idk what all lies she has fed them but for 3 yrs they have told her she could stay with them and she's aggravated me to death about living with them and of course that's where CPS has placed her. That was 3/10 and I found out the reason we haven't got visitation yet is because she telling CPS she can't be around us until I have counceling and she doesn't want to see her dad at all because he uses drugs and is crazy and afraid of him. Unbeknownst to CPS she has been at my house every weekend since the 3rd week they took her I finally got sick of them believing everything out of her mouth so I just told cps a cpl days ago. I'm so afraid she will accuse a male family member of molesting her. Now CPS is wanting to drug test me and I'm wondering what she has told them I'm doing. I so far have refused because I've had past false negative test but I don't even have a history of drug use smh . The story is much longer tho
The problem is if the court doesn't want to hear facts and see any proofs ... it happened in TX, Harris County Family Court 2017- now... 6 attorneys. My case is now in Supreme Court in the US.
I have a similar situation false alagation by my boyfriend and his dad. I accidentally caught them doing lots of illegal activities. So they lied to lock me up than brought me back to the property. Even when you are an owner of the property and your brothers boyfriend refuses to simple leave, he admits to the police he choked me I pepper sprayed him, he and my brother hired not one but 2 lawyers to lie, the lawyer were also talking to the police gaslighting, also called the police day 2, to add a lie I physically assulted him the police during co vid sided with him! then the idiot.... thru one of his lawyers additionally asked for medical bills, time off work, lawyer fees. Had to have a trail not to pay him. It was dismissed $32,000 dollars later. took them all into court for malicious prosecution, judge said got to ask for slander, so here I am with not a lot of respect for the police or court system lawyers... they just want the money.

At my OP hearing, opposing counsel suprised the court with texts I allegedly sent the night before my wife filed for an OP while she was on vacation at her sister's house. 1. Why did the judge allow a surprise exhibit? 2. Why didn't the judge call for a continuation or recess to allow my lawyer and me to exaxmine the exhibit? 3. Why did the judge say to me when I said I did not send those texts "I don't believe you" and eject me for 1 year?
Just stumbled on you video. I was in court with many poor attorneys from 2004 to 2014 . Only time I won was pro se as I listened to the lies my hand shot up like a second grader. Narcissistic lier didn’t claim 90k as income but judge sided with me. I will look for you chart on note taking. Im now in EEOC over discrimination medical accommodations were denied. Employer only offered me time off without pay for medical conditions. After 16 weeks I asked again for accommodations but they ignored my request. Listening to them lying is tuff. I also have social anxiety disorder so whole body shakes during the entire time sometimes over two hours. They intentionally blocked my UC and fired me for abandoning my job. Knowing I couldnt wear a face covering and wrote me up while masks were still in place. The year before they placed me in tele-work for mentioning I couldn’t wear a mask.

I’ve been falsely accused of a crime that was racially motivated, I’m lost as what to do. I have a past I’m worried about them bringing up but having been where I was to where I am an knowing I didn’t do what they accused has left me trying to find answers.
Your past shouldn’t be brought into this current case. In this current case, gather all of the evidence possible to prove your innocence. The burden of proof is on the prosecuting attorney and he/she can’t make true what is not true. They will need to prove it with irrefutable evidence and that is not possible if you didn’t do it.

It was brought up by the arresting officer, an made seem as if because I had been previously arrested that it was a factor an tried to insinuate. Your talking well over 15 years ago with more then difficult times serving a sentence probation, completed with not an issue or so much as a hiccup. It changed my life. There was a statistic I heard an I refused to be that statistic. I’ve stayed on my course because of the negative an embarrassing impact it had,it settled me down. A fight ensued with the old mans son. He assaulted me an I walked away cause I didn’t want problems. Well there taking revenge was trying to throw my equipment out of the camp. It got ugly an racial an nasty, there radical people I knew I had to get my stuff sooner then later or else I would loose my stuff. So I went up grabbed my shut and left I honestly forgot A child poper had been placed at the top of the door so I could know if in fact someone had been there. They went to this place over a two day period an claimed I had left the propane stove on! I can count on three fingers how many times he has been there in the last 6 years They must have poped when they opened the door, from the inside insinuated I was trying to blow them up. Blessings, sir. A landlord had his police friends falsely arrested me and physically abused me by choking me with a sit belt, put a bag over my head until I fainted & dragged me. I ended up in the hospital with a blood pressure of 210. They then falsified medical report and said that I was drunk when I was never interviewed, never evaluated & no exam was performed on me. What saved me is the fact that I went to a different hospital right away and they document that I was abused, " TRAUMA." I had an attorney, but he was trying to have me sign Medical Authorization form to get that false report... And he told me to sign a Stipulations of Probable Cause, & he wants me to plea guilty to municipal ordinance because I vomited & urinated when the police abused me. Because I didn't want to sign he relieved as counsel. Can you help me to represent myself, please ? I'm willing to pay for your advice. Oh, did I mention how the police had a complete video DO- OVER to convict me & they ask me to waive all my rights to sue them or file against them ? Yes. Help me, please.

The adjudication system in family courts needs changing from Guilty or Innocent to A. Guilty. The accused is punished. B. Not Proven. No action is taken. C. Innocent. The accuser is punished for bearing false witness.

When you hire an attorney you generally are not sure of their legal limits of authority to protect you in the legal mine field, especially in divorce court. If you had a book that described how to sue your attorney it would help you understand just what actions they could take on your behalf and more certainty what you could demand from them. You don’t intend to sue them but you do need to understand the attorney client relationship. Thus if this read points to an inadequate representation by your attorney, go back to the attorney people market and get another. That simple. Don’t be in the dark with their hocus pocus legal language. Get multiple tape recorders and make use of court transcripts. Good luck

Yes they can be sued! Therefore I recommended the client become aware of the attorneys legal responsibility and remind them if necessary.

my experience helped many to resolve and end abuse from exes and lawyers. For eight years I suffered persecution, attacks and lies from my daughter's father in court at least twice a year until I asked the judge for a lawyer (appointed by the court) to protect my daughter's rights and a psychologist to make a evaluation of the mental health of each one in the family nucleus with the same purpose. Even my lawyer was surprised by my reaction! The judge agreed with me and took action. My daughter's lawyer was free and I paid almost 7,000 dollars for the psychologist in 1995. But I saved money and frustration with the lawyers who were incompetent, only interested in continuing for many years squeezing the situation. The mental evaluation report found that my ex is: obsessive, compulsive, controlling, narcissistic, a liar and schizophrenic. About me concluyó que soy muy rebelde en buen sentido, and is true. The judge asked me to move away from him quickly to another city because he was determined to destroy me. And he forbade him to falsely accuse me again because the next time he would go to jail. Yes. You can file a Writ of Mandamus which Commands the Court to compel CPS to disclose the documents. Or, file a Subpoena Duces Tectum. This type of Subpoena is a request for production and/or grants access to the property and examine the documents in person.

I just got a stalking charge without the criteria to meet what stalking is, I had actual proof from her calling the police to show up to my home to not drive around the area she lives in, that I have other friends and family where I grew up in the same town. Long story short the judge believed her acting and false rumors without any actual evidence. And they the same last name but the judges last name is in English and accuser is in Spanish. And I really don’t care about this family or ever seeing them I haven’t seen the in the last 20 years, but I can legally hate anyone that I want to, I just haven’t any laws. Just for a judge to believe a false accusation without even looking at the evidence other then the hearsay that was all words vs real notarized statements, man.
If you are Pro Se in a defamation civil case and the Defense counsel has managed to get witness statements from the only two sources that would have them, but when I try to subpoena the same statements, Company lawyers tell me, you are not entitled to get them, is this fair? Are you in the formal discovery process? If these are the witnesses for the defense, I don't think you are entitled to get written statements from them ahead of time. The only way you can do this is through deposing them. You can depose them and ask them pretty much any question that you want to.

That's exactly how social services operates. I didn't take a family court lawyer, I took a civil litigator and he kicked their false allegation a@@ and kids were ordered back same day. We were even prepared for the 2nd shoe drop. FYI, they always hold back at least one allegation to catch you off guard at the court house knowing it's too late to gather your defense.

I have recordings going back years of our arguments where she basically denied proven cheating and also to commonly throwing tantrums and breaking and throwing things in her begging and pleading for me to stay. Said I'm the only good person in her life and doesn't want to lose me after I caught her out on a date with a guy who she told me was her brother but was actually a guy who had been trying to get with her since I met her and who she called a creepy stalker. They feel that although a person may be a terrible spouse, they may still be a good parent. What they truly care about is whether or not the parent can put their hate and distrust of the other parent aside and put their children's needs first. The best way to discredit her is to show evidence to the court where she puts her needs above her children's needs. For example, does she take them to school regularly? Does she show up to important events for the children? Does she take them to their activities? Does she refrain from screaming and throwing tantrums in front of them? There is actually a recording where I was trying to record music and she kept interrupting me to talk about her hair color (asked me permission to die it as if I cared... I didn't) and also guilt tripping me for not wanted to bring kids into the world yet (this was during covid).. I just know that she would be using kids as leverage for control over me.. because I left her for cheating over 5 months ago and went no contact but every time she would reach out to get me to break it or she would post nasty stories about me on Instagram. For example she posted a picture of a note that she left on her front door for the neighbors in her building asking them not to treat her like a child by going to her bf about the cat box smell. She blamed me for leaving my cats there (she offered to take care of them until I get a place that allows pets) as if it's my fault that she can't clean her litter box..I had just bought her a huge bag of litter too. So I got mad when I saw that and started sending her nasty text messages telling her off. She is now using that to say that I harass and stalk her. Literally every conversation with her was started by her. I left her and just want me stuff back but she finds lame excuses not to let me get my stuff or my cats when I try to get them.. she even admits ina text that she knows once I get my things she will never see me again or the money I owe her. I don't owe her shit but I told I'd help her with money (and have been) just to keep the peace and reciprocate for taking care of my cats. When I went there on the deadline she set she gaslit me by telling me triggering news about how she deleted my Facebook account. I raised my voice asking her how she could do that to me and her neighbor and dad's crazy angry friend with Napoleon complex used that as an excuse to get in my face and back me into a corner and threaten me for five long minutes and would not back off after several warnings. I ended up pushing him away and tried.to leave but he came at me swinging and hit me so I took him to the ground and she called the cops only after I subdued him. He admitted that I fell for the trap and that he likes me but that she told him to do this. I got it all on recording. She didn't actually call the cops after I left like she said but she filed a PO on me the next day and lied and omitted important facts in the report. She claims I threatened her bf and her but admits that she didn't take it seriously until I got into a fight with her neighbor. Like I deserved to be assaulted for raising my voice a little. Can I use this recording in court? Do I just need to show text messages that show her contradictions? What about recording from during the good times in the relationship when she begged me to stay and said I was the best person and wanted my babies and all that stuff? Will they deny that as evidence? I also have pictures of texts in her phone to another guy complaining about me being controlling and abusive but I also have pictures of her posts on Instagram talking about how great I am and in love she is and how she wants to marry me from just days after the messages about me were sent. I'm just trying to figured out what evidence to use to discredit her..she knows I'm no threat but I don't think she will back down and drop it. She wants to put me away and control me and get revenge for the things I said to her and about her (the truth). Isn't it so twisted that her lack of caring for the litter box gave her so much ammunition to play the victim, with you as the star perpetrator? Typical narcissistic behavior. My ex refused to give me my personal bible and college and grad school diplomas, which is so crazy because he claims to be such a Christian, yet denying me the ability to actually read the bible. NUTS! They only way I was able to get these items back was to tell him I had some of his stuff, which I didn't know at first that I had. When I found them in my things I used it as leverage to get him to give me my items. Filing false protective orders is also typical narcissistic behavior. CLASSIC! The ability to submit recordings in court is a state by state thing. What I will say that it has been my experience that all text messages and are permissible in court along with everything else that can be gathered on paper like bank and credit card statements, emails, etc. It's all part of the discovery process. So, regardless of what has been "documented" in the past where you are concerned, I would do everything possible to not give her anything in writing that will make you look bad. This will mean that you should not take her "bait" or feel the need to "right the record". There should be no reason to communicate with her at this point since you don't have children. I would not be sending her money or having her watch pets or have any other interaction with her. Every interaction with her will be an opportunity for her to inflict drama and cause you to possibly stumble. Unless the court told you to send her money, I would not. Currently, my divorce with my ex has been going on for 3 years. We had no property together and we were together for the total of the 9 months my son came into this world. Then he left. Ever since then and I had my son (taking care of everything for him), he has called DHS 3-4 different times with different accusations, 2 emergency files for different accusations and currently, we have been waiting for DHS to give paperwork to the court (that was due per the court months ago) while my ex is currently illegally holding my son in direct violation of a court order for custody. CPS/DHS is a JOKE. Everyone in the legal system is a joke and are just trying to get paid or re-elected. Praying for you and your family because these are gut wrenching times. God will serve Justice at the right time and will help you bring Him into your household so when your child/children do come home, they will have full support, love, and understanding for everything they have been and will go through with the other parent.

But to mention me and my ex were never married just had a child together. My ex is a covert malignant narcissist and she accused me of sexual abuse of my daughter, among other things, in order to get sole custody. She has no empathy for our daughter, only see her as her property and an asset. It was one year of hell, police investigations and social authorities investigation. In the end I was cleared and even came out very favourably in the custody evaluation. Finally, now shared custody and 50/50 % time with my 2-year daughter. Even after all her false accusations and lies, she gets shared and 50 % so the system is favouring the woman/mother. But I'm relieved to have my daughter half of the time and hope it will be sufficient to protect her against the narcissist. Beware female covert narcissists, they are very deceptive and pure evil!! Beware of women organizations /feminist organizations, who in my case aided the narcissist. I didn't realise quite how crazy these organizations are. Often populated by narcissists or borderline women. Thankfully the custody evaluator, police, and social authorities were very professional. Narcissism is a very serious personality disorder.
And don't let your guard down. They will not accept losing. If your ex has no empathy for her own daughter, and she knowingly falsely accused you of sexual crimes, IMO she is not fit to even have shared custody. Have you considered petitioning the court to remove her parental rights? Think that's too much? I got news for you ... she's not done. I know personally of a case similar to yours where mom actually created physical evidence of sexual abuse in her own daughter's body, and then re-accused dad of sexually abusing their 2-year old daughter. This time mom had the "proof" she didn't have with her original false accusations. Watch out - protect your daughter. You know by now that your ex would throw your little girl under the bus just to get to you. Be smart - don't let her ruin your daughter, or you.

Police refuse to take a report or investigate. The sad bint from CAFCASS just slammed her hand on a large pile of documents, each proving my ex was lying - and refused to read them. In my experience it is also crucial to remember that while you're in the pain it is hard to see the light at the end . But in the long run things can change. The children have to know that you love them and fight to be with them. Now 20 yrs later I have a normal relationship with my kids and my daughter talks to my wife more than to her mother.
Thanks for the pep talk. I recently discovered someone close to me may try to "get rid of" me through false allegations some time in the next few months. Trying to be prepared well in advance because I am the only thing standing in the way of this individual getting everything they want.

When i was dealing with child protective services there were false allegations as well as CPS' perjury and haphazard lack of organization. Fortunately, defense goes last. CPS perjury can be proven false when you take the stand last. Just bring a paper trail. Great tips by the way. Good job!! :-)

I get it.. a normal person with on the job training. Dealing with a narc and getting past it makes you a warrior! I love your content.
I wasn't even heard. The most evident error from court was the total absence of allowing me to express my opinion.
However, I am somewhat okay with it, because it's a documented flaw (proof) I can put forward any other case which eventually would be filed against me. By not allowing me to speak up, the court has failed to permit the most essential reason a court exist in the first place.
Makes one wonder what you can do when the judge is a part of the city hall cabal, and decidedly dirty.
I’ve already managed to find another case where all the same state actors did something very similar for a lot less.
Also, it seems that the last lawyer I had was purposely ineffective, and managed to get me fired from an out-of-state job that paid very well.

What type of case was it? Is your case over? Lying on the stand doesn't carry the weight that I thought it would, unfortunately. It has been my experience that the lying is obvious to everyone and seems to speak more to the lack of credibility of the person lying, and doesn't appear to be talked about as perjury. I always assumed that if someone was caught on the stand lying, that they would get in tons of trouble, but that was definitely not my experience. In fact, you can view any of the Depp/Heard trial and hear lies being uncovered, and not once have I heard the word perjury. Lawyers lie all the time in order to win their case too. All of this has been so surprising to me.
@@NakedNarcissism I was charged by CPS for "failure to protect" when my unruly granddaughter got mad at me and her dad for grounding her. She keeps running off and is gone for days to a week so I had her PO to put a leg monitor on her. Within a week her PO cut it off when she passed a drug test by drinking something she got online called detoxify. By the next day she ran off. Her dad was visiting and they got in a argument about it so that day I took her with me to a appt I had to separate the two. Before I could get this she got on my nerves so bad cussing at me I ended up leaving her at my parents in stead of taking her. She told me something she was going to tell her PO about me that wasn't true but then she knew she it would work better if she lied about her dad because he's a recovering addict and it would be more believable so while she was at my parents she called her PO and told her that her dad is using meth in front of the kids. When I got home the PO and police was there wanting to search my house so I let them the only drugs that were found were her THC cartridges and related items (no one asked who they belong to but I told her po they were hers) her dad was arrested and drug tested negative for all drugs. Before her dad got out of jail she called her PO she was afraid because her dad was getting out so CPS took her. She did this because she knew she'd never have to go to foster care. There's a cpl who's quite wealth who she'd visit every weekend and idk what all lies she has fed them but for 3 yrs they have told her she could stay with them and she's aggravated me to death about living with them and of course that's where CPS has placed her. That was 3/10 and I found out the reason we haven't got visitation yet is because she telling CPS she can't be around us until I have counceling and she doesn't want to see her dad at all because he uses drugs and is crazy and afraid of him. Unbeknownst to CPS she has been at my house every weekend since the 3rd week they took her I finally got sick of them believing everything out of her mouth so I just told cps a cpl days ago. I'm so afraid she will accuse a male family member of molesting her. Now CPS is wanting to drug test me and I'm wondering what she has told them I'm doing. I so far have refused because I've had past false negative test but I don't even have a history of drug use smh . The story is much longer tho

The problem is if the court doesn't want to hear facts and see any proofs ... it happened in TX, Harris County Family Court 2017- now... 6 attorneys. My case is now in Supreme Court in the US.

Even when you are an owner of the property and your brothers boyfriend refuses to simple leave, he admits to the police he choked me I pepper sprayed him, he and my brother hired not one but 2 lawyers to lie, the lawyer were also talking to the police gaslighting, also called the police day 2, to add a lie I physically assulted him the police during co vid sided with him!
then the idiot.... thru one of his lawyers additionally asked for medical bills, time off work, lawyer fees. Had to have a trail not to pay him. At my OP hearing, opposing counsel suprised the court with texts I allegedly sent the night before my wife filed for an OP while she was on vacation at her sister's house.
1. Why did the judge allow a surprise exhibit?
2. Why didn't the judge call for a continuation or recess to allow my lawyer and me to exaxmine the exhibit?
3. Why did the judge say to me when I said I did not send those texts "I don't believe you" and eject me for 1 year?
Just stumbled on you video. I was in court with many poor attorneys from 2004 to 2014 . Only time I won was pro se as I listened to the lies my hand shot up like a second grader. Narcissistic lier didn’t claim 90k as income but judge sided with me. I will look for you chart on note taking. Im now in EEOC over discrimination medical accommodations were denied. Employer only offered me time off without pay for medical conditions. After 16 weeks I asked again for accommodations but they ignored my request. Listening to them lying is tuff. I also have social anxiety disorder so whole body shakes during the entire time sometimes over two hours. They intentionally blocked my UC and fired me for abandoning my job. Knowing I couldnt wear a face covering and wrote me up while masks were still in place. The year before they placed me in tele-work for mentioning I couldn’t wear a mask.

I’ve been falsely accused of a crime that was racially motivated, I’m lost as what to do. I have a past I’m worried about them bringing up but having been where I was to where I am an knowing I didn’t do what they accused has left me trying to find answers.
Your past shouldn’t be brought into this current case. In this current case, gather all of the evidence possible to prove your innocence. The burden of proof is on the prosecuting attorney and he/she can’t make true what is not true. They will need to prove it with irrefutable evidence and that is not possible if you didn’t do it.

Blessings, sir. A landlord had his police friends falsely arrested me and physically abused me by choking me with a sit belt, put a bag over my head until I fainted & dragged me. I ended up in the hospital with a blood pressure of 210. They then falsified medical report and said that I was drunk when I was never interviewed, never evaluated & no exam was performed on me. What saved me is the fact that I went to a different hospital right away and they document that I was abused, " TRAUMA." I had an attorney, but he was trying to have me sign Medical Authorization form to get that false report... And he told me to sign a Stipulations of Probable Cause, & he wants me to plea guilty to municipal ordinance because I vomited & urinated when the police abused me. Because I didn't want to sign he relieved as counsel. Can you help me to represent myself, please ? I'm willing to pay for your advice. Oh, did I mention how the police had a complete video DO- OVER to convict me & they ask me to waive all my rights to sue them or file against them ? Yes. Help me, please.

The adjudication system in family courts needs changing from Guilty or Innocent to A. Guilty. The accused is punished. B. Not Proven. No action is taken. C. Innocent. The accuser is punished for bearing false witness.

Im pretty sure you can get a copy of the dictation that is taken by court stenographer. Still take notes but get that to.
When you hire an attorney you generally are not sure of their legal limits of authority to protect you in the legal mine field, especially in divorce court. If you had a book that described how to sue your attorney it would help you understand just what actions they could take on your behalf and more certainty what you could demand from them. You don’t intend to sue them but you do need to understand the attorney client relationship. Thus if this read points to an inadequate representation by your attorney, go back to the attorney people market and get another. That simple. Don’t be in the dark with their hocus pocus legal language. Get multiple tape recorders and make use of court transcripts. Good luck

Attorneys are "officers of the Court". Their allegiance lays with the Court. Not you.
@@MrProfessional777 agree that attorneys must follow the rules of the court, however they are not immune from litigation from operating against the interests of their client, you. Yes they can be sued! Therefore I recommended the client become aware of the attorneys legal responsibility and remind them if necessary.

my experience helped many to resolve and end abuse from exes and lawyers. For eight years I suffered persecution, attacks and lies from my daughter's father in court at least twice a year until I asked the judge for a lawyer (appointed by the court) to protect my daughter's rights and a psychologist to make a evaluation of the mental health of each one in the family nucleus with the same purpose. Even my lawyer was surprised by my reaction! The judge agreed with me and took action. My daughter's lawyer was free and I paid almost 7,000 dollars for the psychologist in 1995. But I saved money and frustration with the lawyers who were incompetent, only interested in continuing for many years squeezing the situation. The mental evaluation report found that my ex is: obsessive, compulsive, controlling, narcissistic, a liar and schizophrenic. About me concluyó que soy muy rebelde en buen sentido, and is true. The judge asked me to move away from him quickly to another city because he was determined to destroy me. And he forbade him to falsely accuse me again because the next time he would go to jail. We lived in California, I had my own business (I lost everything) and I moved to Florida. Up until today many people benefit from my advice that continues to help to resolve these lawsuits and save time and money.

Your not given any chance to refute allegations.

You can file a Writ of Mandamus which Commands the Court to compel CPS to disclose the documents. Or, file a Subpoena Duces Tectum. This type of Subpoena is a request for production and/or grants access to the property and examine the documents in person.

Sounds like a unicorn case. I 've never seen such level of cooperation and careful investigation of evidences. Most often they ignore evidences and talk over you leaving all interaction of the record.

I just got a stalking charge without the criteria to meet what stalking is, I had actual proof from her calling the police to show up to my home to not drive around the area she lives in, that I have other friends and family where I grew up in the same town. Long story short the judge believed her acting and false rumors without any actual evidence. And they the same last name but the judges last name is in English and accuser is in Spanish. And I really don’t care about this family or ever seeing them I haven’t seen the in the last 20 years, but I can legally hate anyone that I want to, I just haven’t any laws. Just for a judge to believe a false accusation without even looking at the evidence other then the hearsay that was all words vs real notarized statements, man.

If you are Pro Se in a defamation civil case and the Defense counsel has managed to get witness statements from the only two sources that would have them, but when I try to subpoena the same statements, Company lawyers tell me, you are not entitled to get them, is this fair? I am now looking for the Jv525 court document for Md. but cannot find it. Has anyone been through this before?
Are you in the formal discovery process? If these are the witnesses for the defense, I don't think you are entitled to get written statements from them ahead of time. The only way you can do this is through deposing them. You can depose them and ask them pretty much any question that you want to.

Please anyone have any answers, my wife and step son fabricated lies against me and I have text messages that prove what I’m saying, my wife and I got into a heated argument too say the least, can you represent yourself, my lawyer only left me waiting two more months before I can get everything dropped, there was no contact in a contact order.
