Yea it’s weird 4:24. IPS-level usually means a VA or TN panel manufactured using the same techniques as you would with IPS for a comparable experience whilst saving as much the business can on costs
No. It means the display is not manufactured by LG. LG owns the licence of IPS technology, but other manufacturers have their own ones which are very similar to IPS, both in terms of quality and technology design (e.g.PLS or AHVA).
IPS-Level: The term "IPS-level" signifies a display that emulates the visual characteristics of true IPS panels, albeit with some differences in manufacturing techniques or performance. While not necessarily employing IPS technology exclusively, IPS-level panels aim to deliver comparable visual fidelity.
Hey friend, I was wondering if you could make a video going over all the tips and tricks on how to make this laptop last long while still performing well. I know you mentioned getting rid of that anti-virus, if you could show all the bloatware and unused apps, where to enable GPU power saving features, the BEST power efficiency settings you know, how to keep the cooling systems clean (or if that really is necessary), how to adjust CPU/GPU voltage, any GPU tweaks you know, and how to avoid over clocking. A visual video demonstration of all this for this laptop would be a god send. Only if you have the time friend ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey man great video! The msi cyborg 14 seems like a good value for its cost, can't wait to see how it does up against the g14! Also I had a question: Is the Asus zephyrus g16 worth 1356 euros for: rtx 4060 + Intel Core Ultra 9 185H 32gb ram oled 240hz screen
If you use Lossless Scaling, you can get very high frame rates well below the dGPU wattage limit of 45 watts. The only deal breaker here is the lack of USB-c charging, so you are forced to carry that massive power brick and cable wherever you go. That defeats the purpose of having a small, light, 14 inch gaming laptop.

Hey, on a serious note, would you recommend me buying this? I've got an offer for 1181.95 CAD with 1 year full protection warranty. Is it worth it? Like performance wise and all that?
Hmmm it **is** pretty much the cheapest laptop you could buy, so it's not the best experience. But it'll play games and do most things more than fine, so 1181 cad is a pretty nice price :)
@crimsontechyt ahh, alright! I'm not looking for anything too fancy and high end so I guess this'll do the work right? I just need something for better multitasking and basic gaming and video editing.
I bought it on sale for $1199aud (was over $2000 apparently). A cheap replacement till I build a desktop again and I’m actually impressed. I flashed a 75w 3050 vbios and the temps are running within stock spec all while getting a nice fps boost. The i7 performs great too.
@@Zyondonisashill is 1 fan enough for doing heavy tasks like 4k exporting and all that?? Since I think the TGP mentioned for this is 45W and even though we can do the overclocking, I'm not sure if the fan will keep up with the heat produced
its because they cooled this laptop like if it was a Dell Inspiron or an HP Pavillion... One fan on a gaming laptop... Seriously MSI?! Asus fit 3 fans in the same form factor in the G14 @KrYPTzx
@@TrusteftTech I can see the appeal behind it. For example, I find some phones with the parts showing transparent design to be sick but I don’t really like it in laptops. So I guess it depends from opinion to opinion.

9:19 what did I just see
Great video! Also, in the US it’s even more affordable with holiday deals at Best Buy making it 750 new or 600 used😮
Thank you!
DAMN the US has some crazy deals for tech 😩

W VID as always🙂🙂
also IPS-Level display means that the display is actually LCD but it is made to be as close to an IPS display. from what i think.
Thanks :D
Next video when , btw great work lad
Thank you! :D
Next video will be up this wednesday
I think you should test lenovo's legion slim 5 14. It's also one of the cheapers 14 inch gaming laptops but the quality on it feels simply incredible.
I agree. I hope Lenovo updates it and also makes a high-end 14" gaming laptop, given that they have really good 16" laptops
It's on my list :)
just subscribed! love this vid
Thank you! :)

Yes, that's a great price for that model :o

really nice videos are you gonna do any asus tuf series other than the asus tuf A14 in the future
Yes, I've already done a video on the A14/F15, and am planning to review the A16 and F17 as well.
Awesome Review, Thanks man🧡🧡🧡
Thank you! :)
What software do you use to check the wattage cap of the graphics card?
You can see it in the Nvidia Control panel
Why does it say feature level DX 12_1? Shouldn't it be 12_2?
Beautiful laptop, but that power limit...shame.
Amazing vid!!!
Thank you :D
the goat has uploaded
Nah I won't trust msi's hinges.
Wait till you see the old originpc laptops
This laptop appears to be an exception. Alot of good videos on this laptop

@aashimsalhotra01 Yes, then it'll do just fine

Hello, new subscriber here, can I ask on how many fps does this laptop get on high settings valorant? I need your answer please, thank you
Can you please add apex legends gameplay and benchmarks? Nice vid too(can’t forget that part) 🔥🔥🔥
Could do review acer nitro V,they are slim like this too
dunno if one even need to compare this to the g14, it looks lost on arrival
Well it is half the price ☝🏻
Oh how i wish they have a white version of this 😭
A laptop with very questionable decisions like the 45 Watt GPU and transparent plastic, which honestly looks bad.
If they had like a 90 watt GPU that would have made this laptop really good imo
its because they cooled this laptop like if it was a Dell Inspiron or an HP Pavillion... One fan on a gaming laptop... Seriously MSI?! Asus fit 3 fans in the same form factor in the G14 @KrYPTzx
Yes it should have better power GPU, but the transparent plastic looks lovely.
@ronaldmcdonald6067 they also use a power-hungry CPU that is a bad choice for a 14" laptop

OUTLAW killed Rectum with an AK-47
its1440 dollars on amazon
2:57 terrible keyboard layout with Pg Up & Down keys cramped near the arrow keys
What’s your thoughts on msi stealth 14 ai studio
Still have to review it 🥲
HAHAHAHAH that cs2 gameplay 😭😭😭
Just pay a little more and get a Legion Slim 5 14"....Much better machine
Loq still have better build quality than this...
