So far, I've just been showing more higher end knives on my channel, but I need to add some more affordable to anyone budget blades too. Not everyone can, or is willing to buy $300 Bark Rivers lol. Not that I'm trying to get anyone to buy anything, but I'm sure people would like to see more lower cost blades too, and there's damn sure nothing wrong with that.I do like the look of that blade! I'm a huge Bowie fan.

Not a bad budget Bowie. It did good. Would like an update if you find out what that rattle is an update would be great. That helmet is absolutely Badass. I wonder how many wrecks it caused by people starring and rubber necking to see it longer. I assumeyouhavetheentire suit of armor. That head piece is so freaking COOL! Cut, Split then Rattle LOL But, like you said budget Bowie you get what you pay for. Who knows, maybe just pinging the pins will eliminate the rattling within the scales.

I sold my Honda vtx 1800 and bought a Harley Heritage softail. I absolutely love the Harley but no new high dollar knives for awhile I've been buying stuff for my Harley and maybe I can buy a few budget bowies though like this one

My mothers job at the time got us into a special event where they introduced the prototype. We played and they asked what we thought of it. Everyone kissed their asses but me. My mother started to apologize and they stopped her. They sais it's what they needed to hear. They liked my idea and used it. A proud dbad moment.
Well, you've certainly had more luck with this pos knife than I've had. I just bought the last one available from a seller on Australian ebay at an exorbitant price and it failed a light test chop on green branches (I'd seen your vid before buying and got an idea of what its limitations may be )... anyway it performed well for a couple of chops and then several big deformations in the hollow grind section of blade appeared after only a few chops. It's so far below the performance you had from it that I wondered if was some kind of second or fake (just a bad heat treat or even missed heat treat probably, seller claims it wasn't some kind of second and nobody else has had issues...) I THOUGHT the edge I had to put on it went on pretty easily too, a bit too easily... soft and weak steal and a real poopy knife buying experience all round.
Yeah it was definitely not up to snuff, no poops given from the seller either, haha... oh well, such is life :-) Perfect excuse to treat myself to a new knife... 🙂Going to give Cudeman a go👍@@DonnieBAllDay
Amazing story: I actually managed to snap a Ridge Runner Peruvian's blade clean off at the handle junction, bought from same seller... I was chopping treated pine 2 x 4 with that one though, haha... the edge held up fine!! snapped at the weak point on the handle, obvious stress point. VERY small tang on the Peruvian, as in not wide. I'll accept most of the blame for that one...😊
It will be a good knife for the Zombies apocalypse, paired up with a nice armoured helmet esp; if there after "brains" the Zombies from the pickled barrel type, could also try and give the pins a bit a pinch with a punch and hammer a lite rap against a hardened surface, see if it can compress a few thousands of an inch onto the tang tighter. Have fun kids:)
Question will you say all the Ridge Runner blades are full tang? There is a certain one I am thinking of getting which is the toothpick knife off of Ebay.

As far as that Tang being a Full Tang with the Chinese made knives you just never know for sure some time unless you can remove those scales. They just can't be trusted unfortunately.🤔
One of my earliest videos was on this knife and I came to pretty much the same conclusions. I paid like 20$ for mine and for that it's hard to complain considering it works better than a lot of big-name knife makers.
Lipstick on the pig. If the Army issued cheap knives we would each have one but since they are fussy about specs and quality we don't. I have a drawer full of cheap stuff and will soon be offering some of it on ebay.
