    good to see ya man. I'm 23 now and I remember watching your videos in high school, maybe even middle school. Always love seeing your videos come out of nowhere in my subscriptions.

      Falcons8455 Thanks! Yeah your screen name looks pretty familiar so it's good to see that anybody still watches my videos at all especially from way back in the day.

    Yay, a new video :). Just an idea for the kava kava...I have the same problem with some hemp and detox green powders I am supposed to mix in my smoothies but they taste really strong and I just can't get them down like that. I found out that you can order empty veggie capsules on the net that you can fill yourself and then swallow, might be worth a try.

      cherryredcutie Hey! And yeah it sucks that healthy stuff that actually helps tends to taste so bad. I never thought of empty veggie capsules. That is a pretty good idea. I would probably end up having to take like 6 pills doing it that way to get the same amount I usually get too lol but I'd still be able to get it down faster than drinking at least. They do make capsules from kava but I hear they don't work nearly as well as the root powder which is a bummer cos otherwise I'd simply order those instead.

    Don't give up. I know about anxiety I live with it too and it is a struggle but you have to fight. Please push and fight and when you inspire others it will push you even more

    im late to this but i would say from personal experience that not overthinking and focusing on fixing SA will is helpful. just do things and have experiences that are normally avoided, eventually it all becomes natural, thats my experience at least. it may not work for everyone. SA clouds reality, makes smalls things big and challenging. as far as your career stuff, sorry to ask but have you gotten an internship,paid or not paid, getting the experience may help hugely in snagging a job. your artwork is excellent, i really do like it.

    Not sure if you’ve ever checked out Jerry Wise Relationship Systems Channel or Spartan Life Coach Channel. They have two totally different styles but I have found their videos to be very helpful. They are very thorough and get to the deeper root of many issues.

    Hey CC, Been watching you for the last 7 years bro, and I've gone through a lot of the same stuff.I've managed to make some decent improvements though over time, esp the last year. Shoot me a message and we can skype or facetime and come up with an attack plan, would love to help you bro, you're not alone and you have time to still change! Hope to hear from you.

    Glad to see you. Never commented but enjoyed your videos and wondered how you were doing. Give therapy a shot.

    • @ConsciousCloud

      FreeSpirit I actually tried therapy from 2011-2013 and even though it did help, I don't feel like it was all that effective and it started to simply feel like I was paying someone to have a conversation with them. The lady I saw was really nice and even went through anxiety herself, but maybe talk therapy by itself isn't exactly for me. I feel like I need something more direct and hands on like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, social skills training classes specifically for people with sa, and just plain being around positive people who make you feel like you're okay to simply be yourself no matter what the problem is. I do still think talk therapy is important, just it needs that additional hands on stuff to really put the lessons into action.

      ConsciousCloud I agree with you. It only goes so far. CBT is very powerful.

      Retrobytes Wow I can't believe my last video was in 2016. Could've sworn it was the beginning of last year. Don't worry updates are coming! I just keep putting it off and have yet to get around to it, lol. Alot has happened since then too.

    it sounds like u may need to relocate. What I have learned is that based on ur birthday and time there r different influence S astrologically that affect u in different places in the world. U maybe living close to a Saturn line which makes u grow old faster, along with other aspects of Saturn, it also separates u from people in those areas. Just a suggestion. I could say more if u want. Nice hearing from u again though.

    • @ConsciousCloud
      @ConsciousCloud  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      mvs31a I used to dismiss alot of stuff about astrology years ago, mostly because I grew up really religious and being told that everything astrology was "of the devil," but I'm more open minded about it now and feel like there's some truth to it even though I still feel skeptical about certain aspects. It's really interesting what you say though and I feel like a location change would really make me feel happier at least, and yeah, I have felt like I've been aging faster while I lived here. I always figure it's the stress of anxiety along with an environment that's not the most open or friendly.

    • @mvs31a
      @mvs31a 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      ConsciousCloud Being not open or friendly r certainly Saturn traits. Vesicles astrology is the much better way to go. my birthday is April 12. I thought I was a Aries but I'm actually a Pisces and I'm not talking about the 13 sign thing. Vedic is the way to go.

      ConsciousCloud Over the last 5 years or so I have also found out about a man that I would consider to be one of the great ones that is alive today. His name is Dr. Mitchell Gibson. Years ago I recall u made videos on theories about parallel dimensions, this man can go all the way down the rabbit hole with u and help guide u back out and in and out if u want. I would suggest u look him up just for kicks. Enough with my rambling, just wanted to give u some jewels that I found for myself.

      “Astrology provides a brilliant proof of the
      miserable subjectivity of human beings, as a result of which they relate
      everything to themselves and go from every thought in a straight line
      immediately back to themselves. It relates the course of the great
      celestial bodies to the pathetic I, as it also connects the comets in
      the sky with earthly quarrels and shabby tricks.”

      mvs31a Ohhh cool I'll be sure to check him out. It's been a long time since I've really researched or watched anything from anyone regarding other dimensions, past lives, and other fringe ideas that most of the scientific world seems to dismiss. Thanks!

    Have you thought about going back to school?

    • @ConsciousCloud
      @ConsciousCloud  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dean Hurt Yeah I have but I would never want to go back for like a Masters since that would take another 2 or 3 years for me and personally I never cared much for school even though I did enjoy some of the classes. I might end up going back just for a couple classes here and there on web/graphic design, coding, that sort of thing so I'm more marketable since most design jobs require you to know all that.
