I have the ender 3 neo, it’s my first 3D printer, printed the bunny and the boat came out perfect currently working in improving quality prints 🤝 overall an good 3d printer There’s also barely any videos about this machine :(
I would suggest going for the Neo, reason being that it is newer than the V2, it already comes with both auto and manual levelling. The bed springs are better as well so it stays level for longer too. The Ender-3 V2 Neo is also an amazing choice. PS. I'm glad you liked the video!

Regarding your question, because we haven't yet had the chance to test the Ender-3 V3 SE, I don't know how well it prints and what new features it boasts, but it being a new model in the Creality line would make it a worth while investment. The Neo is a great printer as well though, either would be a good choice. I'm sorry that I couldn't give you a definitive answer.
Currently the Neo is shipping with all metal extruder, not sure why you are making such a big deal out of this. However you make no mention of the all new hot end or, probably most important of all, the inclusion of Creality's 32bit motherboard with quiet stepper drivers. All these features in what amounts to the price of an entry level 3d printer is astonishing.
@@christeenleeful It depends most on what you want to print, if you want to print mostly small and very detailed miniatures or parts, then a resin printer would be best. If you want to print larger items or prototype items for practical use, a filament printer would be perfect because it can print larger and filament is a lot cheaper per kg than resin is. Hopefully this helps a bit
It is unfortunate that the BL-touch/CR-touch is only there for final touches on your leveling, you still have to do manual leveling to get it mostly level, the CR-touch can only do so much. Hopefully auto levelling will become more robust in the future

Can this printer pause during mid print to change the colour of the filament?
Yes, you can pause it manually and exchange the filament to a different colour, then continue the print from there.

You're right, for an "entry level" printer, the neo is honestly one of the best!

i just got the neo cant print anything extruder not extruding
Are you perhaps hearing any clicking coming from the extruder?
Bl touch sucks on the neo it never make it easier
