I worked in an American organization. We have inform by the end of yr next yr which month we prefer to take leave. Mostly 99% followed except some unplanned leave. We also emergency leave of 10 days if parents were sick or passed away with flight ticket. My father passed away 18 days after first time I left India . I was not aware of many rules. But the moment I informed my dept they arranged everything. It is in 80s

Leave ചോദിച്ചാല്‍ കൊടുക്കില്ല. ഡ്യൂട്ടി ഒന്ന് അഡ്ജസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത് കൊടുക്കില്ല. ഒടുക്കത്തെ പണിയും അങ്ങോട്ട് എന്ത് ചോദിച്ചാലും resign ചെയ്ത് പൊക്കോ എന്ന് പറയും. ഇതാണ് നമ്മുടെ കേരളം.

I am working in an American MNC .Even though it is WFH system .IAM getting 28 leaves. Along with that I am getting a birthday/wedding anniversary leave , 5 days leave if you are getting married . Yes, I am also working in an American based it company, currently working from home, no pressure at work, they don’t question us when taking leave. Just finish your work on time, we can even extend the work we just have to describe the complexity. I feel like heaven sometime. But for me I like some pressures because if there is no pressure there will be no growth in work. But too much pressure is not good.
