I read Karnataka Government is raising the working hours in IT field.They also got family.They also want rest.
Only European countries have work life balance. Rest all Asian countries even American corporate companies people have hectic work schedules. In Gulf countries work hours are 12 hours per day. If one is lucky and in a good company you will get overtime or 2 day weekend.
Other than overwork, the youngsters and nation itself would prosper if 3 months notice period is removed.. it a chain on the youngsters.

Some client partners required CA qualified persons, so they allotted these candidates to that company accounting duty. My daughter, CA qualified, she quit the Job. Parents should give moral support to children that, if they wish to quit the job, allow them to do so.
