Only remap have 310hp its low than i30n stage 1 320hp

i30 and Mk4 Focus ST are best sounding stock cars in 2019/20 for the money! Why can´t GTI or A35/45 make it the same even they are far more expensive (and powerful) . . . :/
Respect to Hyundai and Ford to make great exhaustsounds with the EU-regulations :D
Cause they care more about spending time on that performance, not dumping gas into the exhaust to make it pop.
If only the new type r could sound as good too....
@diamus100 I have driven a GTI and ST. In that class. It's a known fact that automakers are dumping gas into the exhaust to get the pops. You can literally get a crackle pop tune for a GTI and make it sound just like it. IMO as a daily it actually starts to get kinda annoying. The exhaust itself sounds like crap so they just make it pop to liven it up. Personally I prefer just a nice on demand DSG fart, much louder and more meaningful. I just think it's ricey cause it actually has a negative effect on power just to get some crackles.
You don’t even need a performance car to have pops. Heard more than enough normal cars with small engines having such maps... and using exhaust mods to be asloud as possible. It always makes me smile when I see one of those. Laughing about how silly it is to have such noise in a slow car xD
@@Exluto i30N has best exhaust note for a 4pot engine even without the pops...search i30N pure sound on youtube... and trust me when i say in person it's even better

As a nearly 63 year old fart, I can't understand the obsession that car manufacturers of relative 'ordinary' car, have with all this back fire lark from the exhaust, it's awful. I drive Peugeot 208gti prestige hard, no pops and bangs, love it.👍💗😁
The 308 Gti on the other hand does do pops n bangs on shifts with the same engine haha

@@oddiosanto You can force it to do more if you rev it very slightly during the shifting* it can pop during standard reving but very very rarely
I drive a 208 GTI by PS and I miss a bit more of "aggressive" sound, to be honest.

It is a 4 cylinder so the pops are mapped in, instead of being natural

Do agree. The launch control is a gimmick that I tried a couple of times, but wont be bothering with again. Much easier to launch without the wheel spin using driver skill.

jek230 It only does it in Sport and Track mode
So its a shit, you want to drive in a sport way and you cant do your own heel and toe
jek230 It works really well I find, plus in Track mode you can flat shift so there is no need to heel and toe.
But the point its that i like to do my own rev match, is part of driving a manual.
jek230 I don’t know if you are in the UK but UK spec cars only come with rev matching as part of the optional Performance Pack.

Ouch!! FWD is not serious for ST. This car needs AWD, more power and strong automatic gear box. This could be my setup in future, but not in this configuration...
They have the RS for all that. That is like saying spend twice as much and get an Audi RS6.......Its not all about 0-60 times and BHP all the time you know. Have you driven one???

It's cheaper than you think, don't believe Ford's list prices. You're paying around 30-31k for a full option one, similar to an i30N.
