    I don't have a computer. Can't I use this without one?

      While you can use Orba 2 on its own, you will need access to a computer for the occasional firmware updates. They only take about a minute or two. 👍

    just got my orba 2 as a christmas gift... installed the app on windows 10, plugged the orba 2 in... the software auto detected the orba 2, so far so good.... says firmware needs to be updated... great... I say yes, update it... It proceeds to doing so... and at the end it says "firmware update failed..."
    GREAT first experience lol

    It’s telling to download the orba 2 app. There IS NO ORBA 2 APP??

      Hey there, the Orba 2 app has since become the Artiphon Connect app. Sorry for the confusion.

      @@Artiphon There is no download for Artiphon Connect for MacBook available.. not in the App Store, not on your website.

    My pc app does not recognize that the orba is connected via the usb and instead the pc just keeps charging it. There appears to be nothing on your website that addresses this. So far, this unit is a bit of a disappointment.

      Hi David, if you're having trouble connecting to an Android 13 device via Bluetooth, we are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it. In the meantime, we recommend using a cabled connection.       @Artiphon that is a lie. Just keep repeating it and most of your victims will believe it. It doesn't connect to the app or my stereo and you are too stoopid to know you work for a scam. Why would I use a cable. It's your defective product

      @@Barefoot12 Hi David, the Android 13 connectivity issue is not exclusive to any particular units. It's an issue associated with the Android 13 OS.
