These all look delicious! I am trying to do healthy low-carb (but Not Keto) diet and so far it's been working well (since April). I am looking always for more ideas, so these are perfect. Thank you!
I made all of these recipes and have a brief review if anybody cares about the opinion of some nobody in a TH-cam comment section. Breakfast -- this was quite good, better than I expected even. Not blew-me-away delicious, but tasty and satisfying. I stored the Pico de Gallo, salsa, and avocado separately from the quinoa and eggs though, so that I could reheat the eggs and quinoa and not the other stuff. I also used more salsa than a mere 1 tsp, cause why not? It's so low in calories it would have an insignificant effect on the overall calories and macros. Lunch -- Another solid recipe. I had it with the chicken warm on the day I first made it, and ate the leftovers cold. It was good both ways, and I think if you do reheat the chicken you add some risk of drying it out, so probably best to stick with cold chicken in the leftovers. My only complaint with this one is that the guacamole had so much lime juice I could really only taste lime, and not avocado at all. Next time I make it I'll start with half that amount of lime juice and taste it before adding more. Snack -- The dip was especially good on the sweet peppers. It was fine on the cucumbers too, but truly complimented the peppers best. This was also super easy, so it will likely become a regular in my rotation. One caution: feta is really salty already, so make sure you taste the dip before adding more. I usually like my food pretty salty, but I didn't add any extra salt and am glad I didn't. Dinner -- This was also pretty good, but definitely my least remarkable of this bunch. The chicken was a bit dry, but the seasoning was pretty decent on everything. The onion was the best part, to my surprise. I would be willing to make it again, but it's the most likely to be replaced. Overall verdict -- this was a good meal plan, made good leftovers, and I would be willing to eat all of this a few days in a row. It was all pretty satiating, and easy to bump up the quantity if you want more calories in your diet, or even just want to cook a little more chicken or eggs for extra protein. Only recommended tweaks are to go easy on the lime juice in the guac and the salt in the feta dip.
I was also wondering at the logistics. For example, do you want to reheat the entire container for breakfast, or should you separate out the pico first? Or put the pico in a different container to begin with? Do you reheat the chicken for lunch, or just eat it cold? I guess either way should be fine with that one.
@@Loganrun1111 I was thinking it was butter lettuce, but I could be wrong. It's definitely not romaine. I just made it with romaine though, and it was pretty good.
Lol, I actually want to cut down on the eggs and add more chicken. But yeah, with just two protein sources I can see people might find it boring. Oh well, mix and match with some recipes from the other videos I guess?
So glad you returned to the old fast format.

Those look delicious. I love how you incorporate ingredients. How do you reheat those meals?
in microwave 😊
