  • Adventure riding through the New Mexican mountains and desert in late fall, what could go wrong? We rolled the dice and tried to ride as much of the NMBDR as we could with limited time and difficult weather. Crashes, breakdowns, and cold camping... it's all in the adventure game.

    My favorite kind of adv moto video; riding, a little background music and a couple of bloopers. Well done Mr. Cash.

      Everyone besides me had very limited experience, I'd say they did pretty good considering. Thanks for watching!

      Thanks! New Mexico is a gem, I definitely plan to go back and explore the parts we didn't get to hit on this trip

    Crashes are always fun to watch but the saves are even better. I was cheering for ya. The camping spot at the beginning, doesn't get any better than that. Great ride.

      Hah thanks! My tires weren't very aggressive so it was like walking a tight rope in the slick stuff. And yeah, that first camp spot was one of my favorites in recent memory. So good! Thanks for watching!

    That was awesome! Just a group of friends riding what they have and the way they want too! I have a 16 AT DCT and absolutely love it. What tires were you running on your AT? Would you recommend them or something different?

      Good times for sure. I had the Shinko 705's (so did my buddy on the nc700) and they did really well. I'd prefer something more aggressive for a BDR like the Motoz tractionator adventure or the new Tusk 2Track, but I had to compromise for a lot of road miles when I put those Shinkos on

    That looked awesome! did you all take an NC700X on this trip? Did it have ground clearance problems?

    • @DoubleArrow
      @DoubleArrow  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah my buddy was on his NC700X, no real ground clearance issues but we did crank up the rear shock as high as it would go. He also put a decent skid plate on, but never had any issues for this trip

      Too late in the fall haha! I'd suggest doing that ride in September or late August

    How many days did it take you? Currently live in DFW.
    Will be driving an H3 Alpha and a Frontier. Will we make it?

      It took about 1 week on the actual trail, but any 4 wheeled vehicle will be wayyy slower over this rough terrain.
