How are people getting refunds??? I have spent over $8,000 on this game and this is the message I get back from Google: "Hi Jeff, Thank you for writing back to Google. I'm Susan and I'll be looking into your issue, as Bruce is currently unavailable. I appreciate your time in helping us with the required information. I understand how concerned you must be when you don't receive the item for which you have paid. I know how exactly you feel about this. This is what we don't want our customers to experience. I had a check with my resources and also, had a talk with my higher scope of support and none of us were able to refund the amount as requested by you. I can understand how distressing this could be for you, however, I and my supervisor have tried all the possible ways to get you out of this completely. I've followed your request and I'm afraid to inform you that we wouldn’t be able to process the refund for this particular purchases under our refund policies. We review each refund request on an order by order basis and evaluate refund eligibility through a series of various requirements which may lead to some orders being approved and others being denied. The refunds that Google issues is solely as a courtesy and we have reached our limit." What kind of bullcrap is this????????????????
I got a total refund from apple too. Did not need to mention much, title was game suspected of fraud , posted a few of the links to oldFolks videos. Thanks OldFolks. An advice from another user in my guild: If u manage to get a cashback, be prepared for a ban on ur MR account. He has seen it on other online games.

I dont have much proofs myself and in those kind of situations things might be a little bit nasty because there is no way to prove it efficiently. I'll use google play service refund for it.
Debit cards are harder if Apple doesn't give you a refund. They usually give a one time refund (if never asked for one before) if you contact them. Also use this link www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html and leave negative feedback for app and use words like fraud/etc in it. The more people who do this the more the company looks into it.

Here's my update. I talked to a senior advisor and mentioned everything about how the company is cheating costumers out of their money and how this is known by Apple (since apparently they are investigating this) and that people have gotten their money reimbursed. I was told that there's nothing Apple can do about it.
3600$ refunded through apple took 10 minutes of speaking to a senior advisor. Thank you so much for everything.

refund impossible for me, filled out a document and send to google, hotline was pretty helpful, but refund is still not possible

haseo tri-edge yes and no. He is pretty tanky if higher star and orange level. If not your "best" tank and lower stars and level he will struggle.
