Healthcare staffing sounds much more sexier (lol) than homecare. I did staffing/scheduling for a homecare agency as well as staffing for assisted living facilities all in one company. I was a busy girl to say the least! The no- shows was the greatest downfall of the job working around the clock doing it all ⏰️ 😒 it ran me into the ground. My boss never wanted to hire someone else in addition to. I'm interested in doing the healthcare staffing for myself - better quality of ppl who want to work! I look forward to your videos that offer help in this arena. For $2000, I think that's a steal!

Do they HAVE to be two different companies? Or, can we blend the two and have an agency that does staffing and home care? I have licenses for both, but trying to see if it's possible consolidate.

How much does it cost to start a staffing vs HHA/CNA business in Florida as of 2024?
Really depends. Anywhere from around $7000 - $200,000
@@Karl__Pierre is that for the staffing? What about for a Home Health Agency to send CNAs to peoples homes and get payed through Medicare. Is that a more affordable route to start?
@Photoforyou222 that is the range for starting either up until Medicare credentialing for a skilled home care agency. I think outside of cost you really need to know what sort of company you want to start because the 2 are very different.
