Most are charging 1.5 to 2x what their paying their staff. Call, position yourself as an employee looking, ask for rates and that should give you an idea of what their bill rate is. These sort of details are shared and taught in our passive workforce course.

Hi Doris, that is correct we have eliminated the $97 option and replaced that with mentoring calls, 1 group call a month. The basic instructional plan starts at $900. We determined that we were offering our services for too low of a price. As a business owner you will eventually have to make similar determination on how you choose to price your products and services and when to take advantage of discount offerings. Mr. Pierre, I am very interested. After watching this video and I quickly realizing that this is what I have been preparing myself for all these years. I work in the heath field for seven years, as a Business Associate for a unit floor. I work with Nursing Management, Bedboard, Social Work, Doctors, Nursing staff and PCA. Therefore, I have acquired so much knowledge over the years that I know exactly what the hospital need when it comes to staffing. Right now the hospital I work for may or may not strike tomorrow. Also I see where they need adequate staffing and to help the overworked nursing staff, and the hospital on a hold. More important to find the rate that you will have to pay the worker from there you start with a 50% markup.
Question, when contracting with a hospital, would you send them a different contract per nurse contracted, or just one general contract?

In NY Nursing agency/staffing firm requires no license. However home Healthcare does and they haven't issued a license in years.
