Must be rubbish if he's left it out. I assume the linkbuds s are better or he'd have said about it
I was looking for that exactly. I have them and won't be needing ANC. But it sounds like it's not doing anything. I'm not sure if they are broken.

So mine arrived couple hours ago. Impressed! First impressions was already fully charged up and a very comfortable fit in my difficult ears. A good snug fit and quite bassy also. So good so far.

I also got them and they were fully charged too. They fit very well in my ears. Sound is great, and I love the physical buttons, means you can use them with gloves on. I was searching for a long time for good earbuds with physical buttons, but there aren't that many.

Wide powerful soundstage from left to right voices sound natural with no roughness incredible for the price! And I have heard they're going to be fitted soon with dual point Bluetooth like the XM4 which will make them great value for money.

I recently purchased myself these because my first-generation airpods I got in 2016 finally broke down. I really like the sound quality for 100, the noise canceling feature is amazing, and i love it! I also like that you can change the gel ear peices.

Excellent review, not too much blabla and complete.
The main feature for me is the ANC and thats the only part i would not find complete. Same as micro test, it would be nice to add noise in background (that we can hear) and indicate up to which point the headphone blocks the noise...

Would bring some objectivity, not judgement.

My earbuds sound terrible! The volume is low and the seems to be no bass!!! I’ve downloaded the apps and have gone through the setup completely. I bought them yesterday. What could be the issue.

Can you disable the controls on the buds? This is an utter nightmare on my c500. Great buds but those are so sensitive to rouch, and anytime i adjust them in my ear, I accidentally press those buttons.
I just got it yesterday, this is my first wireless earphone and i cant compare to any as i only had wired earphone, the output sound is sooo good, the only thing i noticed is that the battery percentage of both earbuds stay at 100% even using it for hours without putting it back inside charging case😢, does anyone encountered the same issue?

Digital NC isn't bad over ANC- it's perfect for casual everyday use when running and working out. BTW I cannot find any documentation about Speak To Chat being available for this model.

I’m on the phone all day for 9-10 hours and I’d be using these for work if it helps
I got this because i got a complicated shape ears. And the linkbuds and the bose are irritating to my ears so i returned them, bought these and omg these are superrrr comfy. And i dont care in ANC. Only ambient. And the ambient mode is on par with the linkbuds, also the sound too. Im so happy with it. And i dont need to purchase a 200-300dollar tws earbuds because comfort and fit > over anything else

No they will not, I had the same issue with my XM3, these on the other hand are holding up wonderfully.

I have xm3 and c 500,xm3 has very heavy working dsp,in high) frequencies,sound harsh.c 500,a lot more neutral,with less details also.
I have the xm3 I would say the xm3 are better in every way, but they are alot bigger, both the actuall earbuds and the case. Though that also means longer battery.
Hmm... not much difference to the LinkBuds S I think. Pricewise they should be 99€ tbh. Otherwise it does not make much sense

Yesterday I was watching the Coronation of King Charles III and listening on these earbuds such a powerful sound!! And wide sound stage too. Powerful sound of the choirs state trumpeters and even deep notes from the organ at Westminster abbey. Remarkable!!
I will consider buying it, when it's available in India.

Does anyone know the best equaliser settings for these? Really like them in theory but they seem really quiet with my iPhone 14 even on max volume
I tried from left to 16k: -3, -1, 1, 3, 5 with bass at max and it worked a bit somehow to me.

i use samsung too. but, i have bought the c700n, because the buds 2 pro has no equalizer feature that can be freely set. it's big concern for me. but if u wanna try the ecosystem, go with the buds 2 pro

Very great sound quality, but the ANC is practically non existent. My last set op buds (JBL which were 80 euros) had incredible ANC compared to these. Like, no joke, there is almost no difference between on and off on these.

@m11kjj I got mine about a month ago. I love it so far.
We should be expecting a firmware update from Sony by the end of August, and it will enable us to control everything with the headphones, or maybe we may even get speak to chat.

Bought these brand new two days ago. Yesterday the right ear bud stopped charging, and no longer works.
A total no no from me, these get a massive thumbs down.
I enjoyed the review, but... you said nothing about the most advertised feature (even in your own thumbnail!).
Whats the point of ANC buds if they dont do ANC? And Injudt assume its non-existent since you daid nothing about it. Were you afraid to say something negative? Why? You think sony won't give you free review samples any more or what? Or were you paid tonsay nothing bad about these somyou omitted ANC?

Man, I have no idea why these headset work so bad with Iphone, even w/application. That sound is not good enough. Probably bcs apple blocks any kind of headset which is not owned by Apple

Sensor Sony they should connect to the Sony PlayStation right😢 no because the Sony Playstation 5 didn't build a Bluetooth thing in it you have to buy dongle all that technology and they couldn't put Bluetooth in it😢😅😂✌ just saying they thinking when they brought out the PlayStation 5 😊 and not put a Bluetooth adaptor in there joke so upsetting that system is beautiful one stupid little false😅
The PS5 does have bluetooth. How do you think it connects to the controller? That said, it only connects to very specific devices.
But there have been leaks of PlayStation specific earbuds that may be coming out soon, so consider that a hint that we will be able to use wireless earbuds on the console soon.
