I sweated after this session. It’s a great experience to practice with Kate on the Sunday morning. The challenging poses for me are half split and pyramid. My hamstring is still super tight after a year or two practice. I don’t have the luxury to go on 30 minutes yoga on work days. On weekend, I try my best to do a longer session. Thanks, Kate 🌹
You are doing great Hu! Do you have blocks to try half splits on (under the hands)? Either way keep up the great consistent practice - that's what it's all about. 🙌☀️

Could you tell us about your diet, please? You look gorgeous!! 🤩 How many times do you eat during the day? And what is more nesessary food or practis for flecsebility?
100! I structure morning classes to start slowly to warm up the body after sleep, and then end with energy building so you're ready for your day. But you can certainly do them at night. Personally, I like a slower class if I'm doing it to wind down before bedtime. :)
