I absolutely loved this one! The only thing I would change is at the very end. I would like to see you do corpse pose with us and then lead us out of it. Otherwise this practice was beautiful. This video made me subscribe to your channel! And I've been doing yoga for 17years. I loved that this was geared for more intermediate/advanced yogis. But loved that beginners could do it if they wanted to. You're a great teacher. I can't wait to practice more with you! Thank you ❤

It's funny that you bring it up though because I was just thinking today that I need to add corpse pose in more. Thank you for inspiring me!

This was perfect for my post-ultra marathon run. A good, strenuous (for me) flow that ended in pigeon pose. Loved it!

I will definitely need to try your 45min videos. For this one, I just added some meditation music for about 10-15minutes for savasana.
