I'm 45 and doing it 3 times a week for three months made a huge difference. I want to say, it doesn't take long to see a progress. After that it only gets better and better, and much easier! ❤
This class was surprisingly quite challenging for me but I liked it so much !!! Your classes teach me so much in general ! I have to ground myself which is so difficult for me, manage my breath and my movments. Still not really fluid but I do my best with every one of your class and it feels so good and right. I very liked this classes. Please do again some long "vinyasa to yin" yoga classe. My favorite one is the classe with many warriors (about 53 minutes). Truly all your classes are very fluid with sometimes surprising sequences that create relaxation in the mind during movement that is fun for the body. Grazie Kate

As I also have long legs I'm looking forward to learn through your posture (I sometimes find myself wondering if I'm doing it right through transitions and poses as we all have different bodies)
Great class to end the morning’s workout. Enjoyed that sequence: warrior 2 to side angle to reverse warrior to triangle to reverse triangle then to lizard (?). Hope I got the sequence right.

Thank you so much. Since I started following you and doing the classes I can manage to do, Sometimes I even manage to do poses which are more difficult bc you explain IT so perfectly. You the First Yoga Teacher I have who gives me clear instructions, Tips and tricks which I dont find anywhere Else. And im disciplined af. I do 2-3 classes a day. But I need to be honest regarding one Thing. But dont BE Mad OK? 😊 I enjoy the classes even more because you dont wear clothes which distract a man. Many Yoga "teachers" on TH-cam use their Body to generate clicks. You generate clicks with quality instructions. Mark my words in 2-3 years you gonna be bigger than Yoga with Adriane (who IS a good teacher too but somehow she doesnt give instructions which I can understand because english isnt my First language) i Always need to Look on the Screen when I follow classes from.other teachers. Your instructions are so understandable that I can Listen and execute and dont need to destroy the Pose bc i need to Look on the screen. Sorry for the Long Text bet you wont Read IT but i wanted to say thank you. People even ask "did you grow?" And im 26... i say No i found this Yoga Teacher and my Back is straight and in a good posture If I do my classes daily thats why IT Looks like I growed.

I really loved this syle! I found the simpler and less cues to be very effective for someone practicing for a few years :) And staying in each pose longer, with silence, made me curious about each pose in my own way, modifying and adjusting when I needed to. Also, loving your signature skandasanas and yogic squats, it reminds me each time to take care of my hips! haha
I appreciate this feedback so much and we are the same! I'm a lover of longer holds and less talking. But with different styles and levels, I have to accommodate. Thank you for sharing your time with me. It's always special to practice - even digitally - with a likeminded yogi :)

Dear Kate, an amazing yoga class. I had some discomfort in my left hip, but your practice literally freed me from that slight pain. I also felt great relief in my back. Particularly in the latissimus dorsi area. A real joy. Thank you so much 🙏 Namaste
You should have longer endings so there is time to meditate in the end of the class before a new video comes on 🥰 thank you for your your classes , i do them daily 🥰

Way too long child’s pose.I struggle with these slow start classes. It makes me feel like teachers are trying to fill time and not be creative. I tend to abandon these videos and find something that gets to it right away
