3 eggplants.
Olive oil.
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp paprika.
1 tsp dried garlic.
2 bell peppers.
30g parsley.
125g mozzarella cheese.
2-3 garlic cloves.
3-4 tbsp of mayonnaise.
4 eggs.
