4 eggplants
Slice lengthwise
Olive oil 50 ml
Thyme 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Smoked paprika 1 tsp
Dry garlic 1 tsp
Salt and black pepper
Place the eggplant slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Coat the eggplants with olive oil mixed with herbs on both sides
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
Dice one onion
Olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
Sauté until translucent
3 bell peppers

Sauté until peppers are tender
ground beef 500 g
Salt and pepper
Cumin 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Cook the ground beef until golden brown
Grate two large tomatoes
Mix and remove from stove
Spread the ground beef over the eggplants
Cheese 150 g
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
