    Sir, I am 44 y. o., and originally from Tajikistan, now I am living and working in Russia. First, I have tried your short morning session, and today I have tried this.
    So, what can I say: I feel younger😍, loose, relaxed just after few days. Usually I force myself to do some workout, but I rush in the morning to watch your videos. I'd like to say that you are a great teacher and your lessons are pure joy for me. Thanks a lot!

    Tried it yesterday with a headache, and did great until the sun salutations. But today no headache, and the SSs were great!

    From Langley BC. Been doing your Sunrise yoga for years. It has saved me much in chiropractic fees. This was quite different. A little more aerobic and got my upper back and shoulders to stretch a bit more. Your yoga is so accessible!

    Hey Sean, I'm doing this with you from England on a sunny Thurs afternoon. This sun salutation flow is hard work. Can you show me slowly how to nail the forward stepping from downdog. I keep getting stuck half way and wasting a lot of energy. Great workout. Thanks Vince

      Hi! Not a yoga expert, but I have found that simply practicing doing the movement slowly, even scooting my foot forward with my toes when I first started, really helped! It's just repetition, you're doing great! ❤

      You can also use your hands to assist you with the step forward. Practice and more practice does the trick. Are you still doing this routine?

    I never found yoga very rewarding previously. Started using this 10 minute beginner’s yoga for men 3 months ago and I have done it every morning since.
    I am now a converted yoga man. Great way to start the day, every day. Great work Sean, keep up the good work.

    Thanks for the tip about keeping the shoulders back and down. It’s helpful to remember that throughout the day and make corrections as necessary… Grooving on the positive vibe as well!

    I am in California and will be starting your beginner videos soon. Most likely tomorrow morning. I want to be able to create a routine so that I’m doing Yoga once a day at home to gain more mobility and flexibility. This along with some cardio will put me in a great position.     Did this before going to bed and then again when I woke up! Im recovering from a sport lower back injury and this really helps compress and decompress my back to regain mobility and strength :)

    Thank you. Love your videos and the focus on the breath. Use to do yoga daily but stopped for Pilates twice a week with a teacher. I am hypo flexible and I was collapsing too easily. But I’m back doing it daily, as well as HASfit. Life is good. Oh, I am 71 years of age.

    I'm from San Pedro in Los Angeles, sheltering in place and so happy to keep up my exercise routine now that the Y is closed. I'm 69 so I'll find a routine that is a little more in my scope. But glad that you have so many to choose from Sean. Thank you for your wonderful approach.

I thought you might like to know that it suits my nature to the ground. So. Thought you might appreciate, if you haven't already thought of this before, a nod to your good self.     ahh that was good.... hello from south africa...!!! my lounge!!! i liked the scorpio stretch... i teach as well...most of my clients are over 60..so finding routines to do is always a mission... most of them struggle to go onto their knees ... have never done exersize... etc etc... so thank you for this one!!!! congrats on the little boy you and your wife had... he is beautifull... missed your dog today!!! have a super weekend

    I love this routine. I'm in Scotland. I have real knee problems and my "flow" doesn't flow so much :p. However, I always feel better after yoga. Can't do child pose at all, I've realised, as I hurt my knee doing your other beginner's routine but it is better now and I've learned and always modify now. I've just started this one today but I really enjoyed it and think I will be able to keep it up. Thanks a lot.

    Great morning workout. I think the lying spinal stretch is a really good one for me. I feel a lot of knots in my back when I lie on my back. So this exercise breaks them up. Thanks.

    I have been patiently awaiting one of your beautiful CO morning flows. This was a great juicy flow. My favorite part: the mudras. Also, the sun coming in and out with the chimes ringing in the background.
