SeanVigueFitness frozen Spiderman is more challenging for me. Holding that with good form feels like it's doing more. Maybe that means I have more work to do on my core! Both are great exercises!
LeBron and Robert Pattinson for Batman/Bruce Wayne inspired me to do more Yoga and Pilates along with my other workouts…Zoë Kravitz did some too for Selina Kyle/Catwoman in The Batman…and I’m sure they do it regularly even when they are not shooting too…W
This was a real test of our core strength and balance, and I can say watching so many of your videos makes me capable of going through each one better every time!
Tried the advanced yoga for men routine today, kicked my whole body. Two months in from starting yoga, with Sean as my guide thru the beginner and intermediate routines. I really noticed the difference from last year when the physical side of my job kicked in and how tired and sore I was, I had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. This time is was so much better, even looked forward to the physical work being a bonus workout to my yoga. You have convinced a tired 57 year old man the benefits of yoga. Keep rocking it Sean, we count on you!

Hey Sean, This class is now in my favorite classes folder. It was perfection in 25 minutes. I loved the pacing and the strength in all of the poses. The Frozen Superman was great ...new for me. I am in total agreement with you in regards to yoga improving sports performance and quality of life in general. I was in a coma (from chemo) 6 years ago and yoga was my salvation. For me...I find that mixing up styles and workout types in / beneficial/essential. One day I will do Power yoga and the next a yin yoga class. Day 3 ...a weight and cardio workout and the next a Pilates...etc. You are a champion at mixing it up! The strength and tone in my body is crazy great...And, more importantly, my endocrine system has completely repaired itself. I am beyond cured and healthy now. I have people like you to thank. You give us these classes, you make sure to provide workouts that are accessible to everyone. And, you do it all from your heart. I think you are amazing and that God smiles at you often. I am a dance teacher by profession, this definitely challenged me on advanced and pushed me to a new level, but I’ll be humbled and go to beginner or intermediate for now. Loved this one! I've now found a bunch of your vids that I do every morning! (2x Flows/'Death by Plank'). I find alternating routines (doing each vid/session twice a week) to be much better than sticking to just a few. It's helped me to recover *much* better as I also do running & resistance training in the evenings. Anyways.. talking too much! Thanks again & Namaste. \o/

What is your opinion on DDP yoga? I have a disc herniation and tear in my lower back. I just started doing some yoga.I'll try this when I get the chance.
Hey Sean, thanks for the workout. I combined this with one of your other videos and it worked out great. I had a question: it's difficult for me to extend my legs out for full boat. I think that might be a cause of tight hamstrings and quads. What are some stretches I can do to work towards a full boat?

Could do about 80% of this. It's the getting legs straight part that i can't manage. Easy method to practice though. Great 👍🏻
