We’re separated for about 2 months now, I moved out 3 weeks ago to give her the space that she was asking for. We don’t contact each other all week, but we meet up on Fridays to talk and catch up. She still feels that she wants divorce, which I don’t. Im going to apply some of the concepts in this video starting today.
That’s all we’ve done is talk/argue about issues. He left and blames me for the destruction of this marriage, I blame him. He messed up so badly, he hurt me to an indescribable degree. I miss him and I hate him at the same time. When we talk we just trigger each other and it feels like war. I’m not even sure if I want to be with him. Im scared to be with him and scared to be without. There absolutely no opportunity for any positives experiences. There’s no peace, no positives, no trust, no security, no love, no apologies, no compassion, no empathy, no understanding.
My husband of 18 years left 4 months ago and just told me 3 weeks ago he isnt planning to come back home. Im heartbroken. I wish I would have found these videos sooner.

Wife will not leave past in past...claims I had "emotional affair"... I did not but she refuses to see it any other way. My 22 yr old daughter had a severe breakdown and had to enter a facility for addiction. During that time my mom also passed so I sunk my not dark depression. I think any loving father/son would get depressed like I did. During that time I ended up naturally talking to my ex (daughter's mom). It was 100% exclusively about daughters condition or mom's death but current wife hated that I spoke to ex. There was never talk of being unfaithful, etc. The discussion was always about my mom passing or daughter in rehab. Nonetheless, my current wife never forgave me for it. To this day she throws it in my face almost weekly and threatens divorce. She can't seem to forgive or get past it. Its killing me.

We’ve been separated for 2 months and he has definitely softened soon as I text him he responds often right away and answer my calls now. But he comes to our home to see the baby weekly so I wonder will it slow the process of modified no contact?
Do second "no contact" works to? She broke up with me 4 months ago, she came back 1.5 month ago and again broke up 3 weeks ago, so im in third week of no contact, does it work as first one?

Tried to have a conversation about returning to living together in the house (We had been civil, cordial and at peace for a while) and the conversation got ugly quickly. And I suspect some limerence going on with a coworker though she won’t admit it. I’m fortunate that I’m in SC and there is a one year separation period before divorce. But i feel like time is running out and I have no idea how to turn things around on my own.

On the sex part. What if they left to be with their AP/LO. Still live in the same home and all, but should i still try and prioritize sex or would it be best to just turn it down because I don't want to stoop to his level.
In my case,not even willing to talk to me is the big problem.Making me feel like staying with deaf and mute😢They are not pet to train them to love us IF THEY DONT WANT US ANYMORE RUNNNN IS THE ONLY WAY to feel love again from someone new😂

She left for someone else.(Affair)And she enjoys "torturing" me ( I did all the bad things when I found out, hated her , said bad things to her , begged, asked to try again ). When I finally accepted the separation she started to try to hurt me ( told me about the sex with her new boyfriend, Left condoms so I can see them when I came over to visit the kid .. and that kind of stuff .) I don't thing that it's the same persoan anymore ( or I didn't see the real persoan in our 10 years...)
Not all marriages should be saved. You should not tolerate that mistreatment. This should be a deal breaker. Get a lawyer and fight for better custody. Don’t let her walk all over you legally or any other way.

Did you talked about the problems when she moved back in. Coach Lee has some good advise about the reasons why she tried to put you in a "guilt trip" when she said "she didn't want to be the reason we broke up". She needs to feel the break-up and you need to give to her.
If a man can keep his voice and demeanor calm while provoking, manipulating and pushing buttons that he himself has installed, then blame you for reacting - get away from him, he is dangerous and they learn techniques to manipulate you psychologically from guys like this who probably have no real idea of the dangers women are subject to over a lifetime.

If he left you and he is not actively working on coming back or “working on” the relationship, I wouldn’t contact him.
I'm currently in 300 days of no contact with the girl I met one month ago, she still didn't contact but I will not give up

it is very hard to delay devorce with involving family and hate, and especially financial stuff, which is mostly reason for devorce
