@adamnorthwood1673 I disagree. Him being in therapy in conjunction with the gym is better. Most guys believe that all they have to do is hit the gym and that's all they need to improve themselves but what about the mental, emotional, grooming and clothing?
@@mahdman3 Gym can solve all those things. Solves you physical and mental. Being physically more appealing also means you fit in clothing way better. From my experience I find working out to be more effective from therapy. I’ve tried both. But different strokes for different folks

My ex dumped me 2 and a half months ago out of the blue after our 1-year relationship and gave me the bs breakup speech 'I need to focus on other things, this relationship it taking too much of my time, I am feeling that I am not in love with you anymore but more like companionship' blah blah. Typical the grass is greener on the other side syndrome of a completely immature person that never had a relationship before. you took words from my mouth. I touched the bottom when my ex blocked me, felt destroyed, anxious, etc.. It was also like 19 months ago, then luckily found this channel, Lee saved my life, and now I feel super better, I moved on, dont feel pain anymore, feeling more alive, and her block doesnt mean anything to me now. My ex broke up with me after 2 years of long distance relationship. He wasn’t able to find jobs that paid more where he was at so he broke up with me due to the distance. He said needed NC for while. However we still have responsibilities in our names so make it hard to do the NC.

I've been in no contact for about 3 weeks now, and it has been about 6 weeks since my ex bf broke up with me. 2 weeks no contact, 6 weeks broken up. A week ago I would've done anything to have him back. This morning I woke up, thought about him, AND FELT NOTHING!!!!! Thank you Coach Lee for these videos. They are working better than therapy in trying to understand what happened and trying to understand why my ex is acting the way she is, like she does not care about hurting me. She acts like I have to understand that she threw away a 4 years relationship in 1 week. She keeps telling me “why you want to be with a person that does not want to be with you, you’ll get better” and I think you have a point with the catalogue culture.
Got her back after 2 weeks of no contact. Got into a disagreement. Went into 2 more weeks of NC she reached back out and wanted to continue the fight. She was the dumper. At that point I realized I wasn't an option and moved on.

Hey Lee, just to let you know that your method has worked for me! I broke up with an ex over 2 years ago and went completely silent and let them do their own thing. I got to talking to them again recently and am now meeting up with them this week to see them.
After all this time - I now know what i want and feel like a totally different version of myself after spending time with others and understanding myself more I will see how it goes. Even if things don't work out as i've said i've changed so much and am in such a better place than I was 2 years ago that either outcome I will be happy.
Keep doing the no contact rule and it will work trust me! I have to share this, I was at a restaurant a few days ago sitting close by a young couple, Apparently she was giving him the good Ole John Deer speech and he was trying to be quiet but I could hear the begging, pleading, bargaining, I couldn't help but smile just a little shake my head and say poor fella and right here at the holidays too, yep I was there, as I was leaving I noticed he walked out behind me without her so I said hey friend it's none of my business but youtube Coach Lee and Coach Ken before you talk to her again and don't wait, you can thank me next time you see me, as I was leaving he was sitting in his truck I could tell he was watching Coach Lee kinda made me feel good!

It’s true. I figured I would make the effort after 5-6 months of being apart, and it backfired bad, she put stalking charges on me so it’s hardcore no contact. Hand written letters are a joke, Facebook is nothing but torture, just gotta keep yourself busy, stay occupied, and honestly, go get your own self a rebound to help keep your mind off of your ex.

What you're describing is classic narcissism when they say they don't want to hurt you or they check on you to feel like a good person like you said usually it's not because they care about you they just don't want to feel guilty that's a narcissists Kryptonite and they are out looking for another host to feed off of to fill that empty hole inside of them that is a bottomless pit and will never be filled and when they get what they need off that one host they will move on to another one feeding off attention and validation never looking back at the path of Destruction they left behind aka the broken hearts that is narcissism also they come off as confident and try to assure themselves that everybody loves them and they are special but inside they feel the opposite
Sometimes people can behave like narcissists but not be clinically diagnosable. Less than 5% of the population could be diagnosed as a narcissist, but to me, if they act like one, why does it matter if they are “diagnosed” or not. When someone is entitled, self-centered, and makes like complicated, it doesn’t matter if they are diagnosed with something or not - I wouldn’t want to be with them and would run the other direction.

Me & my ex broke up at the end of March, her birthday was 2 weeks after & she popped up at my spot drunk. I looked after her & nursed her back to herself. Around 3 in the morning I noticed that she was ok as she scrolled through her phone. She actually stayed for about 2 hours before leaving. I didn’t say anything to her the entire time she was here. She got upset at the fact that I didn’t wish her a happy birthday and made sort of a big deal about it saying that it was the “principle”. I didn’t respond negatively or with bitterness. I think she wanted to have sex and maybe reignite our relationship but sex wasn’t on my mind. I was more concerned about her wellbeing. Just went through a break up with someone who I genuinely thought I’d spend the rest of my life with and I honestly think she had it in her head that we were broken up with for maybe 2 months I live in England she lives in America I met her while working abroad and for a first relationship it went well she broke up with me on Christmas after her flight got cancelled and she admitted that she was counting on this trip to fix some things she said she wasn’t interested in dating and I got tinder and paid the premium to see if that was true she had an account and I was devastated I know I was psycho but I had to know if she was telling the truth we agreed that if she came to England or if I went back to Denver we’d contact each other and schedule a meet up atm I have her blocked but my accounts on public I have to ask did I do the right thing?

I had a car accident just in front of my girls place yesterday, then I saw her she said “what are you doing here “ I explained then 10 second talk about the accident and said see you then she walked away its been 6 days no contact 1 month after break up afyer a 2 year relationship which she ended with a “ I dont love you anymore” she was just too cold i mean the accident was not that big but she didnt even care about me or if I was okay if the car was okay didnt stay with me for even 5 minutes which I would even die for her at this very time. Hey Coach, I was in NC for 27 days, we are playing on the same volleyball league. After the brake up, we were just saying "hello" to each other. This time she Asked me how i'm doing, why i wasn't on the leauge last time and she was talking a lot about herself (that she was sick last 3 days, that the enemy team is strong this time etc.) I was answering polite and casual but maybe my answers were to long. After my game she Asked if i won, and she told me about her match. After that we were watching last game this evening but we were not sitting next to each other. I had to go back home so i just left without saying goodbye (because she was on the other site of the pitch). Is this evening is a good sign? And did i do something wrong?

When we are at a place where we aren’t watching videos like these (no offence) does it mean we are in a place of actually getting to a place of us letting go of our SP whilst still being in NC. This NC is great only 3 weeks in after hearing words from her that I didn’t want to hear but she has and I didn’t beg or plead with her to stay, I wish I knew about it with my previous partners. It’s only with my current partner that I am in NC with, my feelings for her haven’t changed it’s just easier not dealing with what she’s doing or not doing.

just wanted to ask for an opinion guys. my ex and i broke up last week and we have no contact since. in my last message i told him that if he is not comfortable with us following each other on instagram he can unfollow me, but until now he is still following me. we still have no contact though -i dont like his post and i dont even view his stories. my question is, him viewing my stories - is this still considered no contact? or its really better if i just disappear in his life by unfollowing him and vice versa?
Depends on what you both agreed to. If the relationship is over for good or even if you're not sure.. Block. On everything, so you can move on. If you agreed that it's temporary or you want to remain friends, then you don't need to. My ex dumped me last week, told me she was going to block my number so we don't "get tempted to call or text each other", but that she would unblock me eventually. and then said "you can keep me on social media if you want to." I blocked her on everything for MY sake. At the end of the day, do what's best for you. He's not your concern anymore.
okay, so my ex texted me a "how are you" and i followed your advice and didnt carry the coversation. but he still sends me reels on instagram. what should i do? should i ignore? edit: he also posted a status of him going out with a girl. it may be a friend....maybe i am overthinking
How long has it been since the breakup? Were you both in no contact?
