      Agar aap bhi 1 month regular ye sare exercise karege to aap bhi asani se 5 feet jump mar lege

      Isi vidio ko follow karo aram se 4.5 feet ho jayega aur ab straight jump ka vidio banaung 4.5 aur 5 feet jump ka magar Barish ke karan nahi bana pa raha hu ground pura gila pada h
