Interesting video! You spoke extensively about how to use the sugar lemons but you didn’t mention how to use the salt lemons. Do you rinse them first? Do you just use the juice? Thanks!

Preserved lemons in salt are traditional and used in lots of savory dishes. When I use them in a dinner I will post it, they aren't ready yet. You can also look up recipes with preserved lemon.
