Just wanted to thankyou you and send best wishes and prayers for Bob. I am 70yrs old and noticed that I'm getting hunched a bot so I'll be using your ideas to help me God's blessings on you all.
At 70 years old that is pretty normal. Apparently it used to be common to see older men who worked as farmers all their lives walking with two crutches because their back was so badly damaged from bailing hay for 40 years.
Me one who seeing my hero's channel after a long time and coming to know that Bob was unwell. This really breaks my heart😢. Lot of prayers for you both, May God restore your health. ❤
Go Brad!! He seems like he had some extra caffeine before this one!! Good video. I am massage therapist with focus on injury rehab and posture correction. Forward head and shoulders are very prevalent now so these are great techniques to help people set them back to normal.
Hi, guys! I had a herniated disc that I just lived through. I would stay up a couple of hours and be hurting so badly I would have to lie down for an hour or more to get the spasms to stop so I could stand up straight again-- or nearly straight. As a result I have let some muscles get really weak and in BAD habits. I can now stay up most of the day, I have some pain but no more spasms, but after a few hours I notice I am no longer standing straight so I go relax my back, then do some stretching, then go a few more hours! I'm hoping these will help me. Your hip flexor thing is helping- I could only do maybe 2 or 3 very small raises- now I can pretty easily do 10 or 12 much higher.😊 I know it helps; one just has to keep at it! I also found out I'm really short on vitamin D, which makes all my pains worse, plus doesn't do anything for my mood. 😂 It's good to see Bob in the inset! I love his smiling face and hope he's having a great time back down there. I've been watching you two, Bob& Brad for several years now.🥰 Thanks for the help your show gives❣
You Guys always like to demonstrate the sensitivity of the spine and tissues, to be fair the technique you demonstrate based on experience looks traumatical. I think Benching 3-4 times a week gives Good Stance ! Increase The Height of The Doors at Home is also a Good Solution , which would also open New Working Positions.
Hi team, I have compression fractures at T7(80%, T8 & T8 20% respectively) will this help with that lovely hunch. Happened 11 months ago, no pain now, but was agony 101 for a few months.
They have posture correctors but unless you find a back brace that goes all the way up, it really just helps the part of the back that it covers to keep straight. Here's a posture corrector you could try though: amzn.to/3XF0P5C
I’m old I have a right to lean over forward. My bones are changing .in my old age and when you’re on these goddamn computers or watching television, that’s what happens you lean forward especially when you worked in front of a computer your whole life like in a bank for instance. or in telemarketing and customer service over the phone. You’re always looking at a goddamn screen all day long. .All fake jobs. they are monotonous and they are boring and it’s all a lie.

Or there are other exercises?

If it causes you more pain or new pain, please discontinued the exercise/stretch!
That’s hilarious (blue tape).
So, stretching is enough to keep head from going forward?
This can certainly help yes!
What about back braces?

my stomach hit the wall, i'm good
lol
My recliner makes me look down due to overstuffed pillow head area😮😢just adds to the problem!
Sorry to hear that, that is a problem!
@@BobandBrad I don't sit in it much anymore since chemo is over.
I work with the elderly so yes everyone I see!!
I followed your instructions and slowly walked towards the wall, and guess what? My belly touched it first. Do I have a hunchback?
Hi Bob ...
Hi!
i am from the king of the world {ETHIOPIA isay thankyou
Thank you for everything you do
Have you heard of DISH and suggest something please ?
Actually, you really need a hole in the wall for the back of your head to really straighten up.
If your belly touched the wall before your head or chest then you bigger fish to fry!!
If you're frying your fish, that might have something to do with it. Bake or grill instead 😉
Bob trust in Jesus, he will surely restore your health❤🙏🏼
You want LTC insurance that covers someone coming to your home.
