@@zorazorazorzzora8333 I felt that way for awhile. I did a lot of meditation & spiritual work & it slowly improved. I also received some pain meds that helped. Bless you.
I'm a bit younger, but what I have found unusual about Bursitis, is you cant "stretch your way out of it", when those little fluid sacks are inflamed, any stretching of the area will ratchet that 5/10 pain right up to MAX.. and send you backwards.. so dont just jump into the stretches in the video. I learnt this the hard way with my well-intentioned light stretching... before the penny dropped that each pain ramp up was my own fault.... definitely rest first.. avoid hills and stairs.. then go easy on yourself to rebuild.
Totally agree. When I saw them demonstrating these stretches, I was like omg these would hurt me so bad. I know because I've tried, and they just make the pain so much worse.
Oh my goodness you are so correct I had to learn the hard way what you are saying is 100% true. Please listen people don’t make your situation worse this pain is worse than having a baby good luck❤
When I told my therapist I am in so much more painful with the stretch exercise he was making me do. He would love use the gun to massage the area and that helped but he insisted I continue the exercises. Listen to your body, he wasn't in terrible pain, I was. Ugh what we all endure.
I've had right hip bursitis for about 5 yrs. I've used a cain on occasion. What has really helped is regular stretching, along with specific exercises, recommended by Bob and Brad, and using recumbent stationery bike. Hot baths help and do ice packs. You also must have good footwear with sufficient arch support. Crocs are great. I'm much much better in that the pain is much much less. I no longer have pain when climbing stairs. Walking does aggravate my hip but not as much. I'm just doing so much better. Thanks Bob and Brad.
Now I have been suffering with hip pain off and on over the several years. Again it was said to be an impingement that need to be removed surgically. Well, I went though all the Cat and Xray procedures again. Then out of nowhere a surgeon tells me I need a total hip replacement. Then the doctor's final report documented the wrong hip Red Flag. I immediately asked for a referral to another surgeon. Ok, the surgeon was not a good match in professionism. The new surgeon explained there was nothing at this point that could be done about the impingement. The damage was done. However, the hip was not causing me pain It is bursitis so I was given several options to choice from. I choice the injection again. I am very thankful I came across your video it will help with future treatment plans for the bursitis. I am a active advocate for my health hence new empowering knowledge though researching and finding your great health videos. Thank you. Love,Peace, Joy and Abundance in all your positive spaces.
So grateful for this video. JUST realized this is my problem after a fall two months ago! I fell on my bike from a standing, not riding, position, and felt I had bruised something at the time, but I didn’t see any bruises. A few weeks later, I had occasion to walk up a flight of stairs, and any step with my right foot was extremely painful. I assumed it was a hamstring problem. two weeks later, I was on a 3 Hour road trip when I realized I had severe pain on that sitz bone. My googling finally led me to this video and I’m extremely grateful for it! I finally believe I will be able to participate in yoga when it resumes next week and have a better idea about what to do in my tai chi classes because I’ve been aggravating it in those classe classes. At 72 I don’t want anything to slow me down now!
This is exactly what I’ve been dealing with since I fell at Thanksgiving. Just didn’t know what it was or how to help myself. I’m so thankful for the difference you’ve made in my life!
Thank you so much for this video. Seeing that band of red on the skeleton made me understand why I’m in so much pain. I’ve been battling this for years and it’s been so painful from my lower back, hips and down the outside of my legs. Thank you for showing simple exercises I can do.
Had L5 S1 fused 5 years ago by noon pain goes from lower back into my hips and I can't hardly walk or stand.i have to get off my feet I'm sitting down with my 10s machine on full blast as I type this. Life is good!
Riding a smooth bicycle 3 times a week breaks all the barnacles off while increasing circulation. The bike allows for proper alignment and no stress on the joints.
My only advice is to start slowly. I actually got hip bursitis after purchasing a nordictrac exercise bike and then going crazy with it every day. Now I'm all inflamed and can't ride it at all. Hopefully this calms down and I can get back to cycling at a more reasonable pace.
The leaning wall stretch gave me instant relief from my hip bursitis, pretty confident this will help me get back to normal soon, judging from the effects of the very first stretch I did. I stretched places I never even knew I had! Awesome advice, saved me a trip to P.T.! THANK YOU GUYS👏👏👏👏👏
@@vivianeraw8448 well, the pain in my hip still comes and goes, I guess I should be stretching multiple times per day, but when there's no pain I forget. I use to be very active and athletic in my younger years, did a lot of extreme sports, now I'm paying for it @51 yrs old. Meloxicam helps, but I don't like popping pills every day so only take it if I REALLY need it. A little stretching goes a long way for me. A good physical therapist will also help. I try to look on the bright side, at least rhe pain from Bursitis isn't as bad as the pain I had from herniated disks in my neck or the kidney stones I had! Good luck!

I’ve through 2 major knee surgeries from college football, a knee replacement, and colon cancer. This hip pain is the worst I’ve experienced. I feel very fortunate that I only have pain when I walk or stand, and that I can at least sit and lay down pain free.
I'm not sure if this is the video, but I just made some cardboard shoe inserts for my shorter leg and they work great! I can't thank you enough. You are the best!
I had hip bursitis since my early 30’s. I started keto in 2019, and within 1 or 2 weeks, I noticed that my bursitis had gone, and has not returned since. I’m now in my late 50’s. I wish someone had told me about the difference proper eating can make!
@@maysunshine2003 hi May, There are loads of videos on TH-cam explaining all about keto. I found Dr. Ken Berry very helpful. There is also Dr. Eric Westman. Dr. Berg, etc. Good luck in your journey.
Oh wow 😳 I would love some tips bc I don't know if I can go straight keto. I'm 42 years old and hip bursitis is brutal! I have had several rounds of oral steroids & injections. I've stayed away from NSAIDs since being on steroids. I'm on an oral dose now but it's not helping. I can hardly do the recommended stretches because it hurts so bad. I have SI joint instability along with an impingement in my right hip. I'm a RN and "rest" hasn't been an option. I'm so frustrated. I am sobbing when I get home from work. I wake up with fire in my hip. Help 🥺
@@gayempathmotherfighterandl6408 Hi Diana, I found Dr Ken Berry’s on keto very helpful and inspiring. He has loads of videos on TH-cam. He’ll tell you about all the foods that are inflammatory to stay away from. It is not just bursitis that this way of eating has helped me with. Once I got over 40, I had trouble staying at my desired weight. The doctors would tell you to have whole grains, skim this and that, take the skin off the chicken, etc. Turns out that those are all lies. In fact, at this stage I believe that the system is much more interested in sick people than healthy ones. There is no money in healthy people. I went from 73kg to stable for over 2 years now between 65 and 66kg. So other doctors on TH-cam I found vey informative are Dr Paul Mason andDr Eric Berg. I wish you well on your journey. Rina

Dear Bob and Brad. I follow you both closely from our farm here in Australia. I am a retired public servant and now horse trainer/rider. A couple of days ago I developed very painful trochanteric bursitis in my left hip and was booked in this morning for an ultrasound/cortisone injection. I started your treatment ice, anti inflammatories for pain, exercises. I have just cancelled my appointment as I am so much better this morning. Thank you both so much. You have also help my nighttime headaches due to neck muscle tightness.
I’m glad I found this video, I will try this exercises, I suffer from hip bursitis on both sides for so many many years and they hurt badly. Thank you Bob and Brad, love your videos❤️🇨🇦
Thank you for this video. It relieved my “guilt” over not walking long distances when my bursitis is painful. I am 66, arthritis in both hips. It helps my arthritis to walk and loosen things up, but when I have bursitis the pain can be excruciating. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to “force” myself to walk with bursitis but I can see through your video this is not recommended. I appreciate your valuable information.

Thank you for this! My bursitis started when I took an exercise class using those bands! We used them standing up, walking side to side. For so long I couldn't sleep, avoided walking - the only thing that helped was spin class. My chiropractor helped, but my health savings card ran out so I didn't go back. It's calmed down, but I'm going to start doing these things immediately!

Awesome. In my case, I’m 56, doing a lot of weight training; and irritated that hip bursa with squats. Annoying, because it takes me out of the gym for any lower body exercise. I’m hoping the ice, Anti inflammatories And stretching it will help.

The video is very informative. There's one thing that doesn't work for everyone. I developed bursitis from power walking up and down hills. I tried R.I.C.E. but the ice caused an immediate burning sensation. The cold winter air made it burn worse to the point I could only lay down on my back with my leg straight for relief. My chiropractor worked with me with the same exercises but I only got brief relief. Unfortunately, I had to give my hip complete rest by laying on my back and no sitting. I'm back to the mild exercises that my chiropractor and you recommend and "strolling" on a flat road. Its a slow process but coming along slowly but surely.😊
I work for an osteopathic Dr. We also recommend an anti-inflammatory diet & lower carbs. Carbs and sugar are inflammatory foods. We actually do a class twice a year called MOVE! where we educate people about this. Yoga helps as well
Yes very true. I don’t eat flour and sugar. Dry very little. Plus I’m on blood thinner and my doctor told me to watch how much pain reliever I take. Tylenol doesn’t really help me so I have to take Aleve or something and those are blood thinners
You should try Zeel. It's an all natural anti inflammatory medication. It does not interact with other medicines. 1 tablet under the tongue 3 times a day
I have Ehlers Danlos and my hip dislocated when I stood the wrong way. I have been diagnosed with bursitis as a result. I need to get in shape to go to Disneyland in 6 months. Thanks for this.
I had painful bursitis on my right side agony being asthmatic no non steroidals allowed I had Acupuncture and it helped with the pain so much. I recently went back for arthritis pain in my ankle And it’s worked again . It helps if you know what is wrong so the needles get put in the correct place Also needles are so fine it’s not a problem try it if you are in agony like I was.
After 3 back operations, when you are not supposed to sleep on your side, I got used to sleeping on my back. My back prefers that now and I am wary of sleeping on my side in case it aggravates my lower back. The exercise where you do that gentle stretch, lie flat on your back and you roll your legs together side to side is also great for your lower back, and helps your core. I am supposed to do that daily.

I’ve had bursitis in both of my hips for 20 years. Very painful especially in cool weather I feel like I have needles all the way down my thighs. Of course I’ve tried acupuncture, PT, massage all without any help. Ice is the only thing. Six months ago I fell down some stairs. Thank you so very much for sharing you expertise and compassion. Story time and trust me it will be entertaining. So when I was younger than I am now I started experiencing some hip discomfort. First thing first Phyical examination then off to Xray. Impingement diagnosis. Doctor comes in says shave the pubic area. There are two resident doctors observing from another room. Now I am very proud of my pubic hairs and was sad to see them shaved. Then the doctor tries to place the injection needle into the area where the narrowing is.He says after a while ' I can't get it in.' The nurse and I look at each other and try not to laugh. He tries again and says, ' It's hard but I can't get it in.' He says to me he going to call his colleague to help him get in. I am trying so hard not to laugh the two resident students are turning red. The nurse is covering her mouth. This doctor is so intent he is not paying attention to what he is saying. So he calls for another doctor. They consult then I hear the other doctor say.' I like to bind the feet together. Now I burst out laughing! The nurse is laughing, the resident students are laughing. After we all stop laughing I tell the doctors why we are laughing. They stood there looking at each other. So, they decided to injected the Steroid in the surrounding in hopes it would relieve some of the inflammation. It did. NOT the best solution but a better option than an alternative surgery.
In my 30s I was being treated for approximately 6 months by my physio for hip pain. He diagnosed bursitis. A year late the pain was worse. I had an X-ray & MRI. It was osteoarthritis! I held off for 5 years then had a total hip replacement. Just about to get the other hip replaced now …
Great tips. Use a cane whenever necessary Dont walk through the pain Ice pack over clothing Lay on your opposite side to sleep. Pillow betwee. Legs. 7:02 stretches Love the stretches especially the figure 4. Thanks guys!
Thank you guys!---I'm looking for solutions for an older friend, so I will run through the video exercises with you again tomorrow and then pass the link and the information on to her. She will have to start slow, as you mentioned some might, but your advice was detailed and should encourage her to persist if she can achieve some small success within a few days. And then progress on from there.... All the best to you both..
Thanks, guys! I've been nursing a hip bursitis for over a month. I've been doing stretching exercises, ice and heat, walking with a cane when I'm outside. I've tried walking my normal two miles but can hardly walk a mile so I'm reduced to walking inside, stretching exercises and riding airdyne. Surprising that the airdyne doesn't aggravate as much as walking does. I refuse to go to a doctor when I know I can heal myself. It just takes time. Love your videos.
Geralyn La Rocque Heat is not advisable for an inflamed bursa. I know heat feels good, but it’s only going to exacerbate the swelling and inflammation. Use cold therapy only as Brad advises.
Wonderful advice- thank you! I really appreciate the full explanation of the mechanics of it all. It helps me "mind/ body" connect. Going to go get an ice pack now for this angry hip!
In 2008 an orthopedic surgeon removed my bursa from over my right trochanter. In 2016 my gluteus medius was almost completely torn away from the trochanter. Had to have surgery to reattach with anchors. Wish I knew you
I have posterior tibial tendonitis and have had 4 surgeries with three just on the right foot and ankle and I'm 60 years old. I think the way I walk now did not help the ongoing bursitis in my left hip and going upstairs has to be done differently now. So frustrated with it as it's been so painful almost more so than the foot and ankle complications. I'd say at least a good year dealing with it and I used to be able to do some yoga for stretching but even that has gone by the wayside. I just ordered the ice pack and I already use the pillow but will try some of the other suggestions you have both offered. Thank you for all the videos that you do put out because it's always nice if we can help ourselves instead of running to a doctor! I also do a pretty low carb diet and take no prescription drugs right now.
Stopped eating gluten, my horrible hip pain went away, wonder if the bursa was inflamed, gluten is inflammatory....whatever it worked, thanks for your videos, will incorporate your suggestions (i did add a cane with my broken toe to smooth my walking, really helped)
@@Jacqueline_R m sorry try Aqua walking or Aqua therapy for joints and circulation Its been 34 days since i got bursitis from exercise hip Abduction done the wrong way i put the disc weight on my hip 😥 m so scared that its not curable as i sée no improvement so far
Consider you might be dehydrated. I increased my water consumption and had an overnight improvement. There are different theories on why dehydration causes joint pain. What I am trying is increasing fluids and following recommendations for bursitis. One way to test for dehydration is to pinch the skin on the back of your hand, pull it out, let go, and check if it snaps back immediately or not. If it doesn't snap back immediately, that may be a sign you are dehydrated.
@@maryannholmgren3076 m sorry try Aqua therapy or swimming its a great exercise I read in comments that spinning dont affect bursitis as walking At least try roller foamer to release tension from sitting
I think I have hip bursitis on both sides. I’ve had tremendous pain for almost 3 months now. It all started after I had recovered from a broken ankle, and got up and started moving again. I noticed new lower back pain first. Then I began to have this steering hip pain. I can’t rest at night. I’m only able to sleep on my back. It hurts to sit. Hurts to stand. Walking is awful. Stairs nearly impossible. This week I finally see the ortho practice that took care of my ankle. Oh, and that’s another thing. That ankle aches at night too. It had quit hurting. Now the ache in that ankle will get bad enough at times to wake me from a sleep. So, all to say, I’m increasingly immobile. Ibuprofen helps a little. Ice on my back helps for a little while. I’m going to try ice on my hips, but it’s so difficult to lie on my side, so I don’t know. Any suggestions? I’m thinking of using a walker, as a cane would be for one side. I’m definitely not wanting to go toward injections. Hoping for physical therapy to be the answer.
Currently struggling with this as well. I can’t move anything without being in excruciating pain that makes me yell out. I just saw a bone and joint dr and was given this as a diagnosis on both hips. Is there anything you did that helped you recover? I have been training to run a 7 minute mile and have developed pain/injury in just about every part of my body: feet, ankles, hip flexors, piriformis, etc. It has been a long and arduous journey trying to find the right balance and not "overdo it" like Bob and Brad said, and for the past four months I have felt better than ever. Then, Boom! I developed hip bursitis completely out of the blue. First time ever and no warning whatsoever. And boy, howdy did it sideline me because it flared up so bad I couldn't even stand. In the past, injury/pain this bad would cause me to shut down my training completely for months. However, experience has taught me how to work through the pain and still keep going. I have been keeping it immobile for the past three days, and the pain is already much better. I will definitely add the stretches and exercises to my training and hope to be back at the track very soon. Thanks to Bob and Brad because one thing I have learned is that visiting the doctor is never the right call for these types of injuries. Rather, one has to identify the source of the injury and fix that, otherwise you'll just immediately re-injure it and no doctor can fix that.

I have had bursitis and inflammation of the IT band for 15 years. This started from a chiropractor who manipulated my right leg to reduce the sciatica I had at the time. She also partially tore my glutinous medius. Its only gotten worse over the 15 years. The burning pain is terrible and I use Volterin cream daily. When its really, really bad I also add Advil. My doctor seems to think this is all OKAY.
Thank you, this is exactly the info I need. I have to walk the dog so I do really short steps and use a pair of walkers walking poles to reduce the pressure on the hips.
Worst pain i ever felt in life couldn't walk, got a toradol shot and got 80 percent better went back to work 4 days later and took 10 steps backwards i recommend that anyone who experience this rest, ice,Epsom salt baths and stretching 🙏
I can relate to your comment. I prefer Toradol. NSAID meds take too long to kick in. Toradol, for me, starts to work within an hour. It helps very much for the ring of inflammation.
I've experienced this, talk about agony. I used no painkillers, just an SI belt, posture, physiotherapist taught me a few moves to extend leg behind like Bob at 12:00 but to lean forward evenly on my elbows with hands over each other, good torso posture, on a counter or lounge, and deeply extend leg behind me for sets of 3 at 15 seconds each, that helped so much! Heat on bursa is a no no as it inflamed so ice it. Took weeks to get better but it did thanks to the physio help so go see a good physio! MInjections wear off fast and the stuff in it stays in the body for around 2 years or something so it's not good!
I'm need to have my husband watch your videos and the correct ways to go the exercise options. Each time he is pushing the wheelbarrow he complains about his hips hurting. He's walking odd since he injured the back of his left knee trying to wrangle calves and one that tried to jump a fence. He did have a full knee replacement on the right. I now think it must be due to the recent injury after watching your video! Thank you so very much for the be information!
Your spot on. I rented my Airbnb to a young doctor studying a specialty bone/ joint course in a local French hospital ( he was American ). I pointed out my recommended hip replacement op because of hip pain. I also explained that I had to run for some reason ( left my wallet in a laundrette ) and the hip pain STOPPED! The doctor said hip replacement pain comes from inside the groin and not the exterior part of the hip. I started gentle runs and stretches and bicycle trips. That was 10 years ago and Ive got my original hips with NO PAIN. Bloody marvellous. I live in a warm climate and don’t have arthritis so I appreciate those who have mire problems than bursitis - I’m just pointing out an unnecessary hip replacement saved.

Chances are that clamshells will irritate the piriformis.. happened with me and then both sides of trochanter got damaged and painful😖
Yes, i was 49 when my hip pain started. Stretching is worse for me

I can't sleep on either side because it hurts so bad.
Sorry to hear this, I’m in the same position, sleep is a mess 😢 I hope you are doing better now.
Now I have been suffering with hip pain off and on over the several years. Again it was said to be an impingement that need to be removed surgically.
Well, I went though all the Cat and Xray procedures again. Then out of nowhere a surgeon tells me I need a total hip replacement.
Then the doctor's final report documented the wrong hip
Red Flag. I immediately asked for a referral to another surgeon. Ok, the surgeon was not a good match in professionism. The new surgeon explained there was nothing at this point that could be done about the impingement. The damage was done. However, the hip was not causing me pain
It is bursitis so I was given several options to choice from.
Hello
How r u now did u recover from bursitis if so please share what did u do
Had L5 S1 fused 5 years ago by noon pain goes from lower back into my hips and I can't hardly walk or stand.i have to get off my feet I'm sitting down with my 10s machine on full blast as I type this. Life is good!
Riding a smooth bicycle 3 times a week breaks all the barnacles off while increasing circulation. The bike allows for proper
alignment and no stress on the joints.
I should try this. Thanks
Thanks for the tip! I have wondered about the cycling and intend to purchase a bike.
My only advice is to start slowly. I actually got hip bursitis after purchasing a nordictrac exercise bike and then going crazy with it every day. Now I'm all inflamed and can't ride it at all. Hopefully this calms down and I can get back to cycling at a more reasonable pace.
Nope with the stretches and exercises
The leaning wall stretch gave me instant relief from my hip bursitis, pretty confident this will help me get back to normal soon, judging from the effects of the very first stretch I did. I stretched places I never even knew I had! Awesome advice, saved me a trip to P.T.! THANK YOU GUYS👏👏👏👏👏

@@vivianeraw8448 well, the pain in my hip still comes and goes, I guess I should be stretching multiple times per day, but when there's no pain I forget. I had hip bursitis since my early 30’s. I started keto in 2019, and within 1 or 2 weeks, I noticed that my bursitis had gone, and has not returned since. I’m now in my late 50’s. I wish someone had told me about the difference proper eating can make!

@@maysunshine2003 hi May,
There are loads of videos on TH-cam explaining all about keto.

Thank you for this video. It relieved my “guilt” over not walking long distances when my bursitis is painful. I am 66, arthritis in both hips. It helps my arthritis to walk and loosen things up, but when I have bursitis the pain can be excruciating.
1 tablet under the tongue 3 times a day
Carbs aren’t bad. Refined sugar and refined carbs are bad just like refined fats and oils are bad (like cooking oil).

He tries again and says, ' It's hard but I can't get it in.'
He says to me he going to call his colleague to help him get in.
I had my hip replacement 2 days ago. They found a lot of bursitis and clean it up.

Beware of stretching I’ve heard, though, when you are compressing on the joint. 9:33

Cross my legs? If only I could!! Can't do figure 4 to save my life! Can't even cross at the ankles!
Thanks for this!
I broke my toe and the limping caused hip bursitis in the opposite hip. I'm on my feet all day and my hip has been killing me.
My hip already feels better from the stretches. Hopefully I can get a good night's sleep tonight.
Thanks again 😊👍
great tips, right hip is giving me trouble and Dr. thinks a injection, I am going to try all of your tips , thx
Hey how r now
My injury Time IS close to yours
its been 32 days since i got bursitis from exercise hip abduction i did it thé wrong way put the weight disc of 10kg on my hip
First day of bursitis i wasnt able to stand long or walk especially right side was thé worst because thé weight was on hip Bone thé left i realised to move thé disc down a bit any way
I feel now a little better when i walk abit 5 min standing IS better now but i get pain when i bow to grab something on the floor and it gets worse climbing thé staires i live on 5th floor
All thé progress that i made get back ward from thé staires
Thé only activity i do IS swimming i get burning sensation when i get out from thé pool but it calms Down After and thé staires bring it back😬😅
M not sure if swimming good for joints and circulation or its Bad for the bursa
This year was thé worst had subsequant injuries started thé year falling while running in thé trail caused dislocated pattela After that i start swimming pull drills not using lower body because afraid of reaccurance of dislocation was swimming distances After 8months in August got shoulder tendinitis suprapinatus from over use After rehabing m'y knee and was safe for me to do sports start leg pressing and squating hurt m'y bursa
Now m'y knee IS ok and tendinitis getting better as i rehab them and started swimming full drills and taking some rest switching to flutterkicks and underwater
dolphin kicks
I have another problem bursitis😫💃🤯😄
The thing that frustrates and scares me and m very concerned IS hearing that most patients they live with it only fewer who recovered
That is lovvvvely..... Thanksss! These Really Help! ♥️♥️
And I also have herniated disc in my lower back and I had a heart attack last year and can’t take stern medication for the swelling
Thank you gentlemen for these awesome educated well explained videos. I have hip bursitis and I will follow these videos that will help me. 👍
Thank you doctors. Appreciate your help.
God bless you.
M. Graph What is an SI belt???
Thanks for the tips on hip bursitis. I seem to live with this. Both hips hurt. I do keep walking although slower. Will try some of these stretches.
Mine too fews monthes pasted but still have the same pain cant sit properly feel like crying...
Im poor cant go for therapy or something
Now im just living with this pain n dont know when it will end 😣
Have it in both hips since about 2018, I do these stretches for years but it have never gone away but do get bit of relief for a small few hours. I get awful pain in my bum cheeks, so sitting is unbearable every day. I can't sleep, it just wears you down. X
Hi Bob, i am 42 years old...I used to do treadmill very fast for 40 min due to which i developed trocantric hip bruisites ...i am having this pain since last 2 years...hope ur videos help me in relieving pain..pl post more videos on how to cure this trocantric hip bruisites problem. Thanks Bob
I've been suffering from right hip bursitis for 3 weeks. I did have an injection but it only helped for about 2 days. I'm scared to death that this isn't ever going to go away. I also suffer from chronic left ankle pain due to a degenerated peroneal tendon. the combo of these 2 injuries makes my quality of life pretty crappy. I'll try the stretches and hope/pray for some relief. Thanks.
Hey, I have right ankle pain and I just got right hip bursitis. I hope it works for you too!
@@adejoke9995 it's been 11 weeks and my nightmare has come true. I'm in bad pain. just got MRI results yesterday. I have a tear and a deep fissure along with tendinitis in my glute. surgery soon and will have to go on disability. hope you have much better luck than I have
Thank you for your wonderful advice, I had so much pain I was thinking of going to my dr. I thought injections was probably my only option. I’m fine now. 😃
Great exercises..Bob n Brad..am definitely going to try them for my bursitis!
How did you find out you have bursitis ? I do not have a good orthopedic doc . Did your doctor diagnosed it or sent you for an X-RAY ? Thank you very much .
Thanks 😢, the exercises helped and felt good to the ones I had been doing...
Thank you for this! Very helpful!! I'm just discovering you! You guys are hilarious! Plus, good sound advice!!
How I wish I'd found this video earlier, I had a total hip replacement some 11 years ago and it still hurts! Have been told the damage has now been done, but, I will certainly try some of these exercises to see if I can get some relief and movement. Many thanks x
My aunt had total hip replacement and she said that "Omega XL" that is advertised on tv is a miracle worker for her pain
How r u now
@@vivianeraw8448 I had to have double stent surgery, which infected, so I'm unable to exercise at the moment, but, thanks for asking x
