PLEASE don’t apologize or justify. The people that are apparently making this soooo much harder than it has to be probably aren’t perfect either!!! You guys are doing a great job, you’ve personally helped me lose almost 21 pounds now, not overnight. Not in one week . But a real weight loss, won over time with dedication and a realistic, sustainable, life style. I challenge you to make three videos in a row where you don’t explain it’s ok to eat a spoonful of peas, and simply say…here is what we are trying today! My version would be peanut butter (it’s just me I cook for, so I would start with a tablespoon maybe, no sugar added, of course), chili powder (I was given some verrrry hot powder), pieces of boneless chicken, a little chicken broth. Mix the PB, broth, and chili together, mix with cooked noodles, add grilled/cooked chicken. There are definitely detailed recipes online. That’s how I get inspiration.
I am going to make this for lunch today using Palmini angel hair pasta replacement which is the best swap for pasta I have ever used. Thanks for showing us how easy it is to make.
Seems that you can use these noodles for some cold sesame noodles as well! FYI you may not need to cook them separately at all. I’m going to experiment with it, but after the bacon, I believe that you can take the block of noodles, a bit more water than the 1/4 cup you used, then lid it for 5 minutes, the noodles should soften enough for them to remain a bit more firm. Add a bit more water if needed for the sauce…. And then the egg and grated parm cheese.
