The noise reduction and the fact I don't have to have 2 cables dangling from the goggles is why i would upgrade from avata 1

The original avata looked really cool when it first came out but I knew there was a lot of room for improvement. This is what I was waiting for, nice job!
Great overview - the only Avata video I've watched (and I've watched a lot! 😄) that covers all the features.
5:33 thanks for being the only one that showed this! It definitely seemed much better in the pics, but nice to confirm you can pretty much shoot downward(ish at -85 degrees) without losing most of your fov to the black frame 🙂
Btw the Avata.1 did have sharpness etc. setting for a while now, got it in one of the updates last year.

Since the Avata 2 doesn’t really have landing feet like the first generation model, I guess I’ll just launch from my hands and land the same right into my lap. Great review and break down of each new features.

Excellent production as always, informative and concise. DJI has really listened and fixed the main complaints of the original Avata. Definitely appreciating the reduced noise levels, secure battery fitment and image quality. The new easy acro modes are quite promising. Hopefully with future updates, DJI will expand the range of moves/add more customising. I would also like to see a package that includes the remote controller 3 with the fly more combo instead of the motion controller. I`ve been flying stabilised camera drones for a couple years now and I`d really like to make the leap to FPV, this seems like the perfect drone to bridge the gap. Thanks again for sharing this in depth review. 👏

I've already seen a prop guard break. I've seen on softly impact the ground, and throw an EMU sensor error and then fly itself into the ground when flipped back into normal mode. Also broke the prop in that crash.
Would it be possible for the future to make a video of comparing O4 from Avata 2 against O3 of a normal cinewhoop fpv drone? Thanks
Great video as always! Please test the ability to fly or turtle from a 60-degree angle. The A-2 shuts down and will not power up, or even turtle at that angle. Thanks!

I bought one based on this review and I love it but I am having issues finding the PIP OR Picture in Picture option even when the default is set to 2D, yes I am up to date according to the dji fly app any recommendations?
What about the Remote ID thing? Do you still need to connect your phone in order to get it up and running?

DJI refresh is a really good bargain if you're a dummy like me!
I totaled out my mini 3 pro twice and they've had me flying with new gear within 3/4 weeks after crashing both times. Seriously good investment if you're not sure about your skills (or you are and just want insurance).
Any signal improvements? I feel in my AV1 kept dropping signal .
