I love your Drone support van. My buddies are currently customizing a Drone Support Van. complete with my Sound System. no computers on board yet, but I may bring it to the table !!! Thanks for your great review !
I wanna see someone test 3 things about it to know how good it flies 1) juicy flick as smooth as possible 2) yaw spin with snappy rolls 3) how smooth and flowy it can go into and recover from an inverted yaw spin (Old avata seemed to suffer when doing tricks involving precise and simultaneous yaw and roll while trying to stay upside down by only giving short kicks of throttle only when rightside up, so i wanna see how well they improved onto that) I am kinda new to fpv, I can fly but I don't have many quads just tinyhawk freestyle and some toy quads and I used to fly micro helicopters and stuff in the past before quads were cool. I am tryna decide if i should go straight to a 5 inch or will that give me some room to freestyle and have fun while having robust dji features. Quite expensive too and I already got a elrs radio for future quads so it's gotta fly at least %80 as good as tinyhawk 2 freestyle for me to consider it
the DJI specified flight time is rated on forward flight at the most efficient speed. Forward flight (at optimal speed) takes less energy then hovering. This is mostly due to the aerodynamics of flight in forward flight there is a tad more lift generated.
I know ya guys aren't fans of the motion control. Flying with it and head tracking is just wild. The hand controls is intuitive from too many hours of flying aircraft sims except the drone is so much more capable than a fixed wing It is a great immersive flight experience. It's what I imagined flying was like as a little kid. Just fun.

I wanna see someone test 3 things about it to know how good it flies
1) juicy flick as smooth as possible
2) yaw spin with snappy rolls
3) how smooth and flowy it can go into and recover from an inverted yaw spin
(Old avata seemed to suffer when doing tricks involving precise and simultaneous yaw and roll while trying to stay upside down by only giving short kicks of throttle only when rightside up, so i wanna see how well they improved onto that)
I am kinda new to fpv, I can fly but I don't have many quads just tinyhawk freestyle and some toy quads and I used to fly micro helicopters and stuff in the past before quads were cool.
Is there a difference in FOV between Goggles 2 and Goggles 3?
Not that I noticed
Is the Goggles 2 compatible with the Avata 2? @@NURKFPV
Just fun.
Epic review! Oh, look, a train 🥰
What a fun video. I think you sold me Nurk. Gonna get the fly more package.
Van!!! Lemmie see the Van! Whats your set up? Also nice review 👌 I still have the DJI fpv which ive barely used. So i dont see me getting this any time soon.😢
Van deets coming soon. Wanna get some more things done first
I laughed at the train comment... more than I should have ;)
Can you confirm that the Goggles 3 and remote 2 work with the 03 air units? You mentioned this in the video, but I have not been able to confirm this online
As of a couple of days ago there is a new update that should support it. I haven't personally tried it yet.
@@NURKFPV cheers!
This new drone do you still have to have 1 person out with you keeping look out ?
Does the fly more combo come with the motion controller, goggles, and the pro controller?
Train comment had me dying. Still was the video that got me into fpv so there’s that! 😁
hehe
Dude that van is a sweet set up
Thank you for the footage, you won't believe how hard it is to find long footage of it flying in manual lol
Excellent Avata 2 review, Nurk. What's your impression that the RC FPV 3 is missing the 5.8 GHz, is it problematic?
6:03 you are the only reviewer that has mentioned this, so can I buy this drone and goggles 3 / motion controller and use them with my mini 3 pro?
My understanding is the goggles will be but not sure about the motion control
I miss the FPV start up also. My daughter loved it!!!
Excellent review!
Can you do a freestyle test video? See how it handles some crazy flying?
What mbps do you export your vids at? The trees and foliage at 18:33 looks so pixelated and "muddy" and also kinda too sharp, the thing that plagued DJI cameras forever.
We tested the battery 15 min tops. No obstigal avoidance. They still not make them water proof. Hit the water & there fried. Thought they are the new drones and upgraded. Think there gone backwards but good video
I call BS. Did you hover to 15 min? When you fly 50kmh you not even reach 10 min dude…
