It's all irrelevant, foreigners cannot buy property in Thailand. Of course if you have a Thai wife she can own it but I wouldn't recommend that......what if the relationship breaks down and they do.

Definitely a 'renovators delight'. Huge parcel of land. Can't really say that it has a functional bathroom, There's better deals to be had.
what would you be doing there as a foreigne on a day to day basis to be occupied, you'd really want to be sure you wish to live there.
