The pork and eggs is my favoriteeee! It’s a process to make it that’s why it’s so good. You have to caramelize sugar to where it gets brown but not burnt with ginger and lemon grass then add the water and soy sauce and other seasonings then simmer the cooked pork in it. We cook the pork separately in my house to remove the skum then we leave it in the caramelized sugar sauce for hours to simmer and get tender and we put boiled eggs in there also so the eggs soak up the sauce and turn the color of the broth. The way my mom makes it is soooo good.
I never really cared to eat mango with sticky rice before until I got to Thailand and damn it was one of the best deserts I’ve ever had. Every day I had some version of it when I was there, especially in Chiang Mai.

I love the vast variety of sausages that exist in Thai cuisine. The Shrimp sausage is a major favorite of mine. That Pork sausage necklace is another favorite of mine. I've been at that stall of the Cowboy had lady. The food she serves is fantastic. All around, this was a great video.

I had to go to Thailand for some weeks on a bussiness trip some months ago. I really had some prejudices before I went there, but man, when I arrived, I was blown away by the people and the food! It is a great place to be, and I have never seen more welcoming people anywhere else.

the thing at 2:50 is so good, I was walking around in Bangkok and found this is a random small food market, bought one to try and 5 minutes later I was back for a second serving. They are insanely hot right after they cook it though, burnt my mouth (multiple times) trying to stuff those things in my mouth. I mixed the flavours, my favourite was the corn.
