Ingredients :
250g butter （牛油）
140g brown sugar （黄糖）
40g caster sugar （细砂糖）
3 large eggs （鸡蛋）- grade A
100g dark chocolate, melted （溶化巧克力）
135g plain flour （普通面粉）
1/2 tsp baking powder （发粉）
1/2 tsp baking soda （苏打粉）
40g cocoa powder (可可粉）
50ml milk （鲜奶）
Butter ganache (牛油巧克力霜）：
100g dark chocolate （黑巧克力）
50g butter （牛油）

Katherine, i follow this steps but the outcome is too dry and burned at the edge. The difference is I just apply butter on the cake tin instead of parchment paper. Pls advise. Thanks
