I plan on building a barndo. But in no hurry to finish it out.
On the process. I’m thinking of shell and foundation/rough plumbing with doors and windows.
What’s the order of next steps?
1. Framing
2. Electric
3. Spray foam
4. Drywall.
When do you do AC, Septic, cabinets?

Good Question. Rough-in plumbing would happen before the pour, we do not recommend pouring before plumbing. You will spend a ton of extra money doing it in the wrong order.
