I would translate the title more accurately , Amai Mono Ga Tabetai, as (I/we) WANT TO EAT SWEET THINGS, emphasizing the DESIRE expressed therein. (My Japanese wife concurs.) Especially when Yukina sings, “tabetai, tabetai, moto tabetai!” (I want to eat, want to eat, want to eat MORE!”
While most focus on Yukina's growls, Sae's double kicks and Hettsu chan being herself ( 😍 ) the unsung hero for me is Matsuri and all the work she is doing behind the mayhem. Her rap/clean vocals are superb too. I can't get enough of Hanabie atm 👍

I am usually good for Japanese pronunciation, some words throw me. There was a point I knew all of the lyrics to Gackt's Vanilla, I LOVE that song.

Yukina (the vocalist) is just crazy and somehow it's awesome. You should check out a live recording by them, she sounds even more brutal in person.... I have another japanese sugestion: Yousei Teikoku. They have the Empress and Dictator of the Fairy Realm on vocals with the band being her propaganda unit! A commenter, Nanaka Kitano, who seems to be quite smart, managed to sum up the contents of that song in just one single sentence, in a comment on another reaction: „The title of the track you reacted to here is "Reiwa Matching Sedai" or translated as "Reiwa Dating Apps Generation" - it's about the unhealthy gamified way young people are being trained to view relationships through their addiction to dating apps.“; you’ll see it shown in the video quite explicitly, LOL!
