Ingredients
2 parts ground turkey to 1 part ground beef (1lb ground turkey, ½ lb ground beef)
2 packets of regular taco seasoning
1 packet of street taco seasoning
Avocado oil cooking spray
Wonton wrappers
Green onions chopped
Jalapeños in a jar
Fiesta blend cheese
Colby Jack cheese
Suggested toppings
Tomatoes
Avocado
Salsa
Siracha
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Tips
I used this mixture of meat for health reasons but feel free to use whatever ground meat you’d like
No need to add oil when browning meat
Feel free to add additional seasonings as you desire
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
