I made some Pico de Gallo a while back, and I keep it in a Mason jar in my fridge. It's definitely a great combination. You are so right. Potatoes do not need to be cut even. They are wonderful with different textures and sizes. So are a lot of other vegetables.Everyone says you're supposed to cut everything even. I don't cut anything even. This recipe sounds wonderful. I can't wait to try it. For my family, we will have to keep all cumin out of the recipe. Maybe just a touch of cumin. Some people put way too much. Those pot holders that you received are absolutely precious. They seem to be thick and made with great quality. You can't go to the store anymore and buy good pot holders. The store potholders are way too thin and not made like they used to be. That precious lady made you handmade great quality potholders. These look delicious. I make some similar but I add a can of refried beans to mix. Using a whole tortilla make sure not to overstuffed roll them up and fry them up. So yummy. Thank you for your recipe.
Good evening to you too! I'm in Arizona and it is hot hot hot but beautiful. Used to when I'd complain about the heat, Mama would tell me come sit on the porch and lets have a cuppa coffee, it'll cool you down. And sure enough we'd get to yacking and drinking our coffee and the heat left my mind. She was SO Smart.
Tell buzz he has same nick name as my grandpa. He should also consider showing us how to build up , maintain and grow a garden on a budget. Even what to do with it in winter. I realize we all live in different growing zones. Here in Amarillo we are in zone 7.5. Different soil. Greater than 100 degree temps a lot of days. Last winter as low as 14 below at night. Some years lots of snow, some years none. But our main factors are we have to start our gardens later than you do there. Different pests. Some of mine eaten by lizards this year. We have very high winds along with the heat. And the wind alone can really dry out the plants unless you live in town where the buildings seem to protect gardens somewhat from the wind. But I would still very much like to see how he gardens and gets such a bounty. Would add the the very enjoyable videos you already do. You guys are my kind of people. Thank you for being who you really are. And Jesus is very present and evident in your attitude. You minister to those of us who watch your channel.

Actually Talli Fe, Empanada in Spanish just translates to hand pie. You will find very different variations on them, depending on the country you’re in. To begin with Argentina has a very Pizza Like Dough and definitely uses Ground Beef. Usually baked. Colombia will have a Corn dough and fry them. And the fillings vary from Chicken, Cheese, or Ground Beef. For some reason Mexicans do not really like Ground Beef (Carne Molida) and prefer Stewed Beef (carne deshuesada or carne guisado). So don’t ever think your Empanadas are a poor Substitute!

You could warm your floured tortillas a little bit and then they would be easier to roll when they’re putting the meat mix in them.
