I wish you all an amazing 2024! ✨
In November 2023 I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. I have had a very difficult operation and I am recovering now. I am waiting for the results of the biopsy and I am ready to start on a chemotherapy. I am saying all that because during all that process, I have genuinely understood what it means to be grateful for all the things that our body serves us with when we are healthy and what it means to be grateful and thankful for that gift. But even now that things are a little hard for me, I am thankful that the cancer will not kill me (as my doctors tell me) and I am trying to be brave during the chemo sessions (which frankly is terrifying me). We all have to fight difficult battles sometimes, yet it is very important to do it with faith and a smile on our face. My wish for you all for 2024 is to take it easy on yourself and live your lives to the fullest
I had breast cancer in September and the gene mutation for PALB2 so I said double mastectomy I don’t want to live worrying it will come back with a 70% risk with the mutation so I was able to avoid radiation or any treatments this way so I’m sorry you have to do chemo. I agree this gives you a new perspective on life and what our lives mean to us. Blessings for the new year
I had a wonderful reminder to slow down while I was grocery shopping during the hustle and bustle of the holidays, a clerk was restocking the refrigerator and I stood patiently waiting - when he was done he turned to see me standing there and apologized for being in my way. I said it was a much needed break for me with all running around so fast. I told him I was happy to have a moment or two to do nothing. He looked knowingly at me and we exchanged smiles. It was quite simply the perfect little interlude.
I once took myself on a date the day after a really difficult exam and I still remember it as a perfect day! I went to the little French bakery and had a fresh croissant, then went to the local botanical garden and walked around the flowers and shrubs and trees ✨ sun was shining and I was smiling ~
I love the way you are encouraging us to be gentle with ourselves rather than pushing and striving and forcing goals on ourselves and beating ourselves up. When we don't do a good job, you are such a blessing from God to promote this type of self talk and encouraging us to be kind and gentle and loving with ourselves.
1. take yourself out on a date 2. stop ignoring your feelings 3. give genuine compliments 4. buy for your own home first 5. spene less time doing, more time being (we're human beings, not humans doing) 6. declutter one time each day 7. honor commitments to yourself 8. practice being more assertive 9. get the whole wheat kind 10. invest in your happiness 11. wait 30 minutes after you wake up to get your phone 12. give more hugs 13. spend more time in silence 14. schedule medical appointments and check-up 15. be yourself in social situations 16. start loving your body 17. quit one social media platform 18. support small local business 19. be a better friend (find ways to get in touch with them) 20. say one nice thing to yourself everyday 21. replace complaining with gratitude 22. clean your phone at least once a week 23. find a workout you love doing 24. walk small distances instead of taking the car
My main goal this year is to spend more quality time with God. Reading His word studying what the Bible really means so that I can please Him with my daily living rather than just pleasing myself. I want to please the Creator, the one who gave me life. Thank you so much for asking what our goals are at very sweet of you.
The best thing my mother taught me was to enjoy being by myself. I genuinely like being with me and doing what I want to do. Your idea of calling it a date is so creative and makes it seem more special. Great advice-I hope your followers incorporate it in their lives.
What I need to do is spend less time planning and more time doing. For example I’m great at planning things for self improvement … but following up is my downfall! I wonder if many others have this problem? PS: Talking about compliments… you have absolutely gorgeous hair! You really do 😊.
I love number 15, trust that being yourself in a social situation is enough. All social situations that were not with my closest people, were always draining on me. Until my physical therapist asked me if I felt responsible for the mood during social situations. And this opened my eyes, because in fact I did feel responsible when the mood felt awkward or negative and I automatically tried to fix it. And I noticed how good I am at this actually. Steering the conversation in a way that made everyone feel good. Which is cool, but also costs a lot of energy, and so it is nice when you are aware of it, so that you can choose when to use this skill and when to safe my energy.
This is an excellent insight! Thank you. I realize just now that I work hard in conversations to steer, smooth, redirect, reframe, and generally make sure we all have a good time! YIKES! ❤
It's hard to be always positive, especially when you are over thinker, going through traumas, having anxiety, and trying to heal with positive thoughts and positive videos on TH-cam . I'm struggling with this every day, always telling myself to be positive and stay happy. But somehow, today is the new year, and I'm feeling numb and sad . But the only thing I've learned in all of this is that it's okay to be sad sometimes, but don't forget to love yourself first and take care of yourself. A very happy new year to everyone who is struggling like me. Remember, you are loved by your believer, and by you, it doesn't matter whether anyone else loves you or not. 👍✨️✨️
I'm sorry to hear you're struggling and going through a tough time this first day of the new year. It's not always an easy time of the year, and you're not alone in feeling this way. You're definitely right about it being okay to be sad sometimes and that you don't always have to push that away in order to stay positive. Every feeling matters. Hope you'll continue checking in with yourself in a loving way and responding with kindness to yourself. And know that you don't have to go through these things alone, and that you'll reach out for help if you need it. Sending positive vibes your way 🤗
Happy, healthy, fulfilling new year Vera! 🎉 I love this yearly list about gentle goals, there’s something for everyone! Mine are a little more aggressive in 2024, I’m retiring in August and I’m in the process of selling/donating everything to move from Canada to SE Asia in October. With a carry on, a backpack, and my dog, on to new adventures and a simple happy zen life 😊
Happy New Year Dominique! 🤗🍵🌸Wow, how amazing, what an adventure! I wish you all the best with selling/donating and moving across the world. Hope it'll be an amazing year for you!
Happy New Year to you, Vera! I love the fact that your goals are gentle. Something that served as a gentle nudge for me were the goals about practicing gratitude and starting a workout routine (I want to do Callanetics at home)! Oh, and the point about walking for 23 minutes was so encouraging! I walk for 35 to 45 minutes daily in a pine and birch forest that is across the street from where I live and have always felt like that's a loser type of exercise). Now, I will be doing my walk with more confidence and joy--thanks to your research! Big virtual hug your way from Ukraine! P. S. I also wanted to mention that I have started turning off the phone for the night and leaving it in the kitchen and after doing it for a few weeks I realized that I don't even have the urge to pick it up in the mornings. I just brew my coffee, feed my pets and have my coffee in silence as I wait for my children and my husband to wake up. I love my time in silence so much!!!
Honestly this whole list resonates with me! I love it. I had put on my list: mindfully doing things like chores - which includes being in silence. Cultivating peacefulness. Accepting others as they are (I am often disappointed by how I wish things or people are) Continue minimalist mindset. Slow living- making things by hand, knitting sewing my own clothes etc.
Great tips. I do want to note that whole wheat and brown rice doesn't agree with everyone. It's hard for many to digest so it's best to listen to your body. I have this issue and just ensure I eat plenty of fiber from fruit and veggies to compensate.
Sleep well( on time and enough), drink water, walk regularly - these are the most realistic ones ☺️others - less sugar, improve/deepen relationship with myself and my partner, be kind to myself
I'll be working on 'Acceptance'. Accepting things as they are means I can work with them more realistically and stand a better chance of achieving goals. Accepting others brings peace inside and in relationships. Accepting myself is the biggest challenge but from a place of being enough, I can give joyfully and creatively, without having anything to prove. It will be a work in progress! Mindfulness and gratitude go a good way towards this goal.
V e r a , I decluttered one item a day last year. I would even go as far as to write down the item in a notebook numbered from one to three hundred sixty-five. I love how it helped me to keep the mindset of having a minimal, useful, happy and peaceful 🏡 home. I have decided to do that again this year. All of these tips are very good and do pretty much all of them. As far as giving someone a compliment, I do feel comfortable doing that regularly. I've noticed that the more I do that, the more authentic people i'm surrounded by. You continue to have a sweet and calm countenance and this job as a content creator suits you perfectly. I'm happy that you were able to see this & embrace this opportunity for yourself and your well being!❤ Blessings to you😊
My goal for 2024 is to be more authentic with people, and myself. To listen to what is happening in my body and to my thoughts and review them honestly. Then to be truthful when explaining to others what I want to do, or not do, rather than finding an excuse that I think is more acceptable, or suppressing my feelings to go along with others. So far it is helping me to be more at ease in my skin even though it sometimes causes reactions from others. Interestingly, sometimes a negative reaction from one person is countered by a positive reaction from another.
Happy New Year! I love the give more hugs! Growing up in a family that didn't give hugs, I didn't give enough to my own children (now your age) but since I help with caring for my 4 year old grandson a few days a week I hug him throughout the day and say "I LOVE YOU SO MUCH"! He has caught on as well and it is our special moments through our time together.
Happy New Year! Thanks to me coming across your videos and my sheer determination I have just decluttered my entire house (in 4 days!!). I am looking forward to living a more minimalist life that has already cut out the anxiety and chaos that previously took over my life. I wish everyone in this community a happy, healthy new year from one hsp to all others, may it bring peace and calm to you all! 😊
Well done. A house in 4 days. I'm in a studio apartment and still stuck. Sometimes I dream of getting so mad that I throw all the clutter out in one day. Then I tell myself not to be unrealistic. So who knows? 🙏
That #13, I don't understand constant noise (music, podcasts, definitely no TV, I turned mine to a TV channel precisely once this past year.). I haven't had social media in forever. I adore silence, just me and myself. Goals for 2024? Start to do burpees, after 90 conseutive days of 30+ pushupswhich just ended. Otherwise, don't have buyer's remorse. No biuying in haste and regretting at leisure. 😍😃 Lots of great suggestions, Vera.
Love your goals!! Burpees, wow! So cool! I can't really do them that well, the constant switching of up and down makes me dizzy somehow. But I can do the slower more relaxed version :) 30+ pushups is also very impressive! Also, happy new year Robert!! 🤗🌱☕
@@SimpleHappyZenI’m sure I will be pretty terrible at burpees and will have to do the ultra relaxed version, especially at first. Yes, happy new year to you and your man. 😀
I am working on decluttering. I am taking baby steps and watching inspirational videos like yours. I am retired and have been too sedentary since Covid. I got too used to doing nothing. I recently got a stress fracture in one knee and have had to keep weight off of the knee. It is allowing me to see how much more productive I can be once I am off of the crutches/walker!!! I will still take it easy so I don’t re-injure the knee, but am looking forward to getting back to decluttering. Fortunately I am married to a guy who hates clutter!
Loving your body from the perspective you give has saved me time and time again from falling prey to insecurity and feelings of inadequacy (along with quitting social media!). Your point about focusing on health rather than appearances resonates so deeply with me and I hope it helps other people! This is a mindset I've had for a while now and after practicing it for a few years, it really has contributed to a true sense of contentment with myself, my face, my body, etc. In 2023, not only did my mother require brain surgery for removal of a tumor, but I also befriended someone who suffers from disabilities and chronic, ongoing pain (at age 34, no less). Witnessing and realizing that there are so many out there who suffer physically every day from the falterings of their own bodies, immune systems, things out of their control, etc. has caused me to feel an intense gratitude for my own body and its good health. That is not to say that I don't also suffer from ailments and digestive problems all year long, but my body still amazes me with the healing it can do for itself and I'm beyond grateful that it is capable of doing so much for me. Thank you for this video, Vera. I am grateful for your wisdom and gentle perspectives!
Happy New Year. I totally agree about walking. I walked a lot on the weekend but often on weekdays would get up and go to into work and come home in the dark without waking. I started with a Monday commitment then added Tuesday.Gradually Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Now I look forward to my mile walk every morning. Gets me outside which is essential for my mental health and gets the day off on a good note. Sometimes I run into a neighbor and we have a nice chat which is good too.
I learn English, but I have nobody to talk and I listen to your videos and translate them. They are very inspiring! I am also HSP and understand you completely. Thank you! ❤
Happy New Year, Everyone! 🥳 Something that I want to change this year is that I want to be more attuned to what my body both prefers and is capable of doing rather than go against it. I’ve had a major intolerance to heat all of my life; lately, it has made very active forms of working out dangerous for my health. I made the mistake of comparing myself to others last year, and it made me always feel like I was never good enough. This year, instead of pushing my body to its limit, I want to be more mindful of what it needs and instead spend more time doing gentle exercises like walking and swimming that are not only easier on my body and joints but also keep me relaxed.
Thank you for all the inspiration! 🙏😊 Me and my family started saying what we are thankful for before having dinner together. That helps us to appreciate life with the little moments and the loved ones we have around us🥰
For January my goal is to complete a total no buy month and the minimalism Challenges decluttering about 500 items from our home. Then set up some organization systems and to keep my kitchen island clean and clear each night.
I used to take myself out on dates, and then the longer I went without having an actual date, the more insecure I got about being seen as "pathetic" going places by myself that most people would go to with a friend or partner. My new year's resolution was to get over that and get back to the way I was in my early 20s, when being on your own for the first time is so cool and exciting that you don't care about stuff like that. Great ideas, Vera. I also love the ones about complimenting people, shopping local and being more authentic socially. I struggle with that as an HSP, always feeling like I have to show proper enthusiasm or I'll hurt someone's feelings even if I'm just not feeling it myself.
I love all of the points you covered in this video :) I am definitely needing to treat my body better in 2024 when it comes to the things I am consuming. I want to eat much healthier and drink much less alcohol--if any alcohol at all!
On walking: I live in the suburbs with no sidewalks, plus a climate with heavy snow in the winter. To get extra steps in I always park far away from my office, store, doctor, etc. If I am going to more than one place in a plaza, I park in the middle. Walk to store A, back to my car to stow purchases, the to store B, and so on. Between work and just one errand I can add 300-500 steps easy, plus sun and fresh air, and the parking lots are plowed in the winter. It also protects my car from dings from other drivers doors, because everyone else is looking for the closest spot.
I’m focusing on reading 20 mins a day, from either my Kindle or an actual paper book. :) Whenever I read longform stuff it puts my mind in a slower/calmer mindset, so I think taking this time each day will be a nice mental shift away from the frantic/rushing mindset. Thanks for all of your videos, they’ve been a nice reminder that productivity is not everything, and sometimes slowing down is the key. :)
One interesting note on the complaining: I also used to see complaining in a negative light and then I recently stumbled across a video that explained the social function of people complaining together about something or someone. It said that in its essence, this behaviour is testing the common ground around ones values and virtues, thus it serves as a driver of connection and reassurance of common social standards. I immediately liked that perspective and now see the positive aspect of complaining 😊.
Hey Vera!! Happy New Year!! It's really nice and refreshing to see a video from you to start off the new year and I have to say a lot of the points you made resonated with me. I found that the hugging thing might be a bit weird or at least interesting especially since I am a bit of a "chubby" guy (that's a polite way of saying I am overweight 😁). I will try give it a try though and anyway the bigger the body the more there is to hug, I guess! On a more serious note, something I really want to be better at is being a better friend to the genuine and valuable relationships I have this year. I have just been learning a lot about keeping boundaries and just how precious my true friends are to me. I also want to thank YOU for taking the time to read and reply to the messages and some emails I send. One goal I have is to one day be financially stable enough to not only support you by subscribing to your patron channel, but also purchase your eBooks which I know are fantastic. Let me end there and thanks for just being a blessing to us all on this TH-cam channel and looking forward to great things in 2024! Be blessed!
Nurturing what you like to do for you at least once a month is so important. You get to know what food you like, entertainment, places/environment, activities etc. You have something to share with those close to you too.
Thank you for not being forceful and sharp with a list of things that would probably be unattainable to me, at least. You are gentle, mellow, soothing and bring my mind to set my goals with ease and a great amount of promise as well as inspiration. Thank you for making my outlook and hopes and dreams look more realistic. Happy New Year, Vera.
I love to hear about the Dutch ways of life. It's very interesting to me. I've watched a lot of your videos and I tell my husband about them. Keep up the great work. See you again soon. Have a wonderful day.
Creating space inwardly and outwardly in whatever way shape or form. That is my goal, not for the year, but just day to day. You're an inspiration to this Vera. I appreciate you :)
From an older woman to you: you look very lovely, Vera, and so refreshing. And I'm not telling you this because you invited us to compliment others, lol! But because it adds to the pleasure of watching your videos. Thank you for what you do for us and have a beautiful New Year.
In 2024, I hope to (NEED to) find peace within my own mind. I have started working on letting go of my perfectionism and teaching myself to let go and journal. I found I need artistic outlets versus pages of words. Once I discovered art therapy and creative journaling, my heart lifted and I feel hopeful again. Not long after, the algorithm led me to your channel and I am forever grateful
Vera, the suggestions I want to try are #’s 1,14,19 & 23, especially #1 because I sometimes feel like being out around life happening around me but by myself and I’m going to try sitting in a cafe/restaurant and bring my Kindle and just read, I always feel that if I go to a coffee shop that it has to be with someone but I’m excited to try this and open up a new habit for just spending time with me! I also love the idea of #19… setting an alarm on my phone to just send a quick text to a friend and keeping in touch with friends and letting them know that they’re important to me without feeling like I have to be on the phone for an hour (I’m not a phone person) 😕….I practice #12 daily, I love giving hugs, it brings a smile to my face and joy in my heart to show others love and it’s contagious, great positive medicine without the bad side effects 😂 I loved all of these suggestions honestly and I’m writing them in my journal to create the habits, ….btw I already have your “In love with your life & unhurried” courses and I am redoing them each for the next couple of months 👍…sending big hugs 🤗🤗🤗
Now that I am a few years into my journey, I am struggling with knowing when to buy things and when I shouldn’t. I have already started by saving things as a bookmark and seeing if I come back to them sometimes days and sometimes weeks later. There was a lamp I was OBSESSED with for two months and swore I would buy it when it was on sale and as time went on I ended up liking it less and by the time it was on sale I didn’t even want it anymore. However I still struggle sometimes, especially with home decor being my weakness, on when I should allow myself to buy something and when I shouldn’t. I would love a video with your processes on making want decisions instead of need purchases and how to justify when and when not to buy things. For example your fake plants, how did you decide they were worth buying at the time and which ones you would purchase? Or your little souvenirs from trips, stuff like that :)
Love the idea of taking one self on a date. I'll remember that term. I write the to-do list for each day and then another for the week. If i don't finish my tasks, I tell myself it is okay and to continue tomorrow ❤
How funny, as I’m watching this I’m getting ready to take myself out on a date to the movies! 😊 This year I’m trying to go out more even if it means going by myself too
Based upon my past experience with your content, seeing your thumbnails alone now brings a certain zen and calmness. Thanks for what you bring to the platform. ❤ Happy New Year! 🎆
I really like the idea of taking myself on a date once in a while. That is something I want to do this winter and beyond. I also want to implement your idea of waiting 30 minutes or more to check emails, text messages, etc. in the morning. I like the 23 minutes of walking too. Thank you! Loved all these actually.
Hi Vera, was wondering if you could do a video about friendship and relationships. I spend a lot of time and energy visiting friends & family, listening to their problems and helping them wherever I can. Since about two years though, I feel like I'm the only one putting in all this energy and it's leaving me feel drained. So I decided to visit and call them less, hoping they would show initiative but unfortunately they don't. If I don't visit them, I don't really see anyone at all because everyone is too busy or is already meeting up with other people. I've been feeling quite lonely lately but I'm just too exhausted to put in the same energy. I've mentioned this to my friends/family but nothing has changed. What to do?! Does anyone recognise this? Your videos have always been so helpful so thought I would ask for your advise :) Groetjes uit Rotterdam
Happy 2024, Vera! So nice to start the year with a SHZ video. This year I am focusing on authenticity, and specifically sharing my opinions a little more openly and frequently without worrying what others may think (if I am in disagreement). Disagreeing respectfully and gently is an art. Reversely, I am also working on accepting other peoples' opinions as their own, without the need for us to share the same perspective.
I definitely need to swap complaining for gratitude. I also need more silence. I don't think I'd get on with decluttering one item per day because most of what I need to ditch is either at the back of a cupboard or a hard decision so not good to do after a long day at work (or when rushing to get out of the house). I do better when I do it in batches.
Thank you so much for this wonderful, inspirational video. I so much appreciate the love that you show as expressed through your kind, supportive words and gentle demeanor. You have a calm, soothing rational approach to everyday problems that people encounter--especially those of us that have a higher level of sensitivity. Your words are a soothing ointment in a hurting world--especially in America! God Bless you!
Be yourself and being less online are the goals I'm werking on. The first one is thanks to you ❤️ I am so used to hide my hsp that I can be more tired than needed. I throw off my Telegram and the app for Gmail from my Phone. I can see my posts on the PC at home and now it gets the time it needs and no more. I log in and out on my Phone when I want to see something on yt. My Phone feels now much less addictive. Besides that 'Ik wens je een heel mooi, sprankelend, gezond 2024!' En dankjewel voor je inspirerende vlogs🌷
Honoring promises & plans I make with myself is a goal I’ve set for the past year & one I will carry forward into 2024. I now trust myself which is huge. ❤
I do not ignore my feeling/ sometimes i have to figure it out. You have a wonderful smile Vera. First 30 min I spend with my cats hugging them and feeding them NO 15 I do this when I am in social situations ( hardly ever)
Thank you for such an uplifting video (again). I always get so much out of watching you. I think one of my goals for 2024 is to rewatch all of your videos, sort of like a refresher course. 😂 Wishing you and yours a very happy 2024!
Such a great list of ideas, I shall be incorporating some of them into my own new year goals especially as my theme for the new year is 'valuing' - both myself and those around me, both in appreciation and in how I care for myself and others. I wish you a very Happy New Year Vera, and I hope 2024 is a beautiful year for you and your channel.

I know this one. Much of the time this has been very subtle.
Sending positive vibes your way 🤗
Wishing you all the best! ❤
Soft living blooms in the garden of community, where the delicate petals of relationships unfold at their own unhurried pace❤❤❤ thank you
Happy, healthy, fulfilling new year Vera!
I love the concept of taking small increments of time for self care when that’s all you have.
I look forward to when my husband & I have our home when what we own has a place and stays organized.
Sitting in silence is a great 2024 goal!
Feliz 2024. Paz y Amor, Salud y Prosperidad!!
Muchas gracias, feliz año nuevo!!🤗🌸🌼
Honestly this whole list resonates with me! I love it.
I had put on my list:
mindfully doing things like chores - which includes being in silence. Cultivating peacefulness. Accepting others as they are (I am often disappointed by how I wish things or people are)
Continue minimalist mindset.
Slow living- making things by hand, knitting sewing my own clothes etc.
You make the world a better, sweeter place. You are a natural healer. God bless you richly with great health, safety, love and joy.
Great tips. I do want to note that whole wheat and brown rice doesn't agree with everyone. It's hard for many to digest so it's best to listen to your body. I have this issue and just ensure I eat plenty of fiber from fruit and veggies to compensate.
Thanks for sharing! Definitely, good point. Always listen to your body. And drinks lots of water too :) Happy New Year! 🤗🍵🌸
Treating my body like it's the only one I have (after learning from experience that I'm wearing it out unnecessarily)
@@Peace-tk3gr keep at it, your pace is the best pace. You'll feel soooo much better when you are done though, all the hard work is definitely worth it
Thank you so much for your gentle encouragement, today and always. 💕
You're so welcome, Happy New Year!! 🤗🍵🌱
Love the date with Self. Also get rid of one thing a day ... Love your Channel!
I love the title - Gentle new year goals🎉 It already puts me at ease and I am not overwhelmed ! Great points as usual❤
Subscribed! Nice vibes on your channel.
Happy new Year 🎆 Hope u had a good start into 2024 ☺️
Happy New Year!! 🤗🌸❄️ We had a lovely long morning walk this morning in between the rainclouds haha, so we're off to a nice start.
I do not go on any SM, either, and my social life is richer than ever. I SEE my friends and family. We sit knee cap to knee cap. It's so good!
I’m focusing on reading 20 mins a day, from either my Kindle or an actual paper book. :)
Whenever I read longform stuff it puts my mind in a slower/calmer mindset, so I think taking this time each day will be a nice mental shift away from the frantic/rushing mindset.
Be blessed!
Thank you for the sharing! Love the idea of these gentle goals, we don’t have to always have serious, change the world type of goals 😊
Happy New Year Vera to You and all subscribers.

I love to hear about the Dutch ways of life. It's very interesting to me. I've watched a lot of your videos and I tell my husband about them. Keep up the great work. See you again soon. Have a wonderful day.
Gelukkig nieuwjaar!
Gelukkig nieuwjaar Yvonne!! 🤗🌸🌼 Hoop dat je een leuke jaarwisseling hebt gehad

Happy new year Vera がんばる!🌱💚
Creating space inwardly and outwardly in whatever way shape or form. That is my goal, not for the year, but just day to day. You're an inspiration to this Vera. I appreciate you :)
From an older woman to you: you look very lovely, Vera, and so refreshing. And I'm not telling you this because you invited us to compliment others, lol! But because it adds to the pleasure of watching your videos. Thank you for what you do for us and have a beautiful New Year.
Quitting alcohol is definitely on my list. I'm having a dry Jan because I definitely was drinking too much towards the end of last year
I hope you plan to make videos for TH-cam in 2024 because you are a bright light here 😊
{and take a few breaks too 😎}
You are so beautiful!! And your hair is perfect!! Thank you for your wonderful videos! God bless! ♥️🙏🏼
Wishing you all the best for 2024 Vera! ❤
You too, thank you so much for all the good vibes and I wish you and yours all the best for 2024!! 🤗
Thank you for sharing this list! Some good ones I will definitely keep in mind for this year 😊
In 2024, I hope to (NEED to) find peace within my own mind.
2024 will be a very assertive year for me 🥰
Happy 2024 💛
I just wanted to take a second and express how much I enjoy your channel. Happy newyear
Happy New Year 🎉🎉🎉
Happy New Year Theresa 🤗🍵🌱
Love the idea of taking one self on a date. I'll remember that term. I write the to-do list for each day and then another for the week. If i don't finish my tasks, I tell myself it is okay and to continue tomorrow ❤
I love the idea of a monthly date with myself. I will do that this week. I will continue with decluttering, being kind to myself and learning French.
Listening to my needs and taking care of myself 😊
Happy, Happy New Year Vera, Elle here. Hope you had a nice rest.
This is a great video, thank you so much!
A quiet period is a great idea. I've been trying an hour or two a day. It helps, and it's easier to focus on thoughts.
Happy new year! I am concentrating on taking more pleasure in my life, such as watching the sun set and cuddling with my dogs
Thank you very much Vera n happy new year 😊
I love the idea of taking myself out on a date. I have always wanted to see an opera and the ballet. This can be a goal.
Be yourself and being less online are the goals I'm werking on. The first one is thanks to you ❤️
I am so used to hide my hsp that I can be more tired than needed.
I throw off my Telegram and the app for Gmail from my Phone. I can see my posts on the PC at home and now it gets the time it needs and no more.
I log in and out on my Phone when I want to see something on yt.
My Phone feels now much less addictive.
Besides that 'Ik wens je een heel mooi, sprankelend, gezond 2024!'
En dankjewel voor je inspirerende vlogs🌷
Thank you for the tips! I have a few to work on ❤
So happy to hear you found some inspiration here! Happy New Year!🤗🌸🌼

You seem such a lovely soul. I love your content. Thank you.
Really appreciate this! ❤
Happy 2024, Vera! :)
Happy New Year Vera! Wishing you a great 2024 ♥️
Thank you Kimberly, wishing you a very happy and wonderful 2024 as well! 🤗🍵🌼
'Valuing' as a theme, I love that! I wish you and your loved ones a very happy 2024 as well 🤗🌼🍵❤️ Thanks for all the good vibes!
