Hi Vera, I really admire that you're keeping to your own ideals rather than trying to squeeze every last cent out of your content and selling your soul in the process!
Aw thank you! Yes it's interesting for me to also see other content creators talking about this sometimes, about how they did hire a team and did all the things, but ended up scaling back again a couple of years later because it wasn't fun anymore and they were feeling burned out. It makes me even more glad I never scaled up like that. :)
Are physical DVDs/CDs/books minimalist when you can stream or e-read them? (27:11) Yes! Streaming media won't work if your internet goes out, it's incompatible with your computer, you cancel your subscription, the company deletes it from its catalog, or the power goes out (for books). You have more ownership rights with physical media (at least in the US): you bought a physical item so you own it and the company can't put further restrictions on it, you can sell it or give it away or buy it in a used book/record store. With digital media you often pay the same price but it's only in the company's cloud server and they can say you're just renting it, so you get less value for your money. I once bought an e-book of a nonfiction book I'd read and wanted to study intensely, but it turned out many diagrams and photos were omitted and replaced by "The copyright holder did not give us the digital rights to reproduce this image." I got mad and wrote to Amazon saying this was false advertising: it implied it had the same content as the book but didn't. I could understand if a large colored map were technically difficult to reproduce, but if significant pictures that the text refers to as examples are missing, that should be disclosed in the description before purchase. I buy CDs to support non-mainstream bands, but most of my listening is streaming, because I'd rather listen to a good DJs playlist (SomaFM) than buy a few particular songs. That's a tradeoff where I've found having a thousand CDs isn't worth it. But with books, the only time I buy an e-book is when I've already read it and know that I will want to read it many times in the future.
As a Japanese-speaking Russian person, I'm awed by your pronunciation and intonations, they're just perfect!! You definitely have a talent for languages :) also, you probably know this already, but your name Vera means "Faith" in Russian, it's very beautiful and popular Slavic name.
about slowing down: i am italian and when i was in kindergarten my teacher (a nun) have teach us a song named "la tartaruga" it tells about a turtle that live her life in a rush until she have an acident and have to slow down, and only then she discover how beautiful is the world and she also fell in love and marry a blond male turtle ☺️
I had that exact thing happen to me, expect I was a hare and rushing like crazy in all my days....then an accident stopped me from working, doing my normal things and everyday tasks are really a challenge. Now instead of asking my husband "when did that bush bloom?"...he'd say "you're always too busy to notice these things"...now I notice and take in the beauty of nature and just everyday living as a slow and steady turtle. Thanks Ametista!
Congratulations 😍 I think one of the most important things you mentioned is to let go of perfectionism. You don‘t have to be 150% in everything you do as a lot of HSPs like me and other people think. You can embrace ideas you like e.g. of minimalism like „decluttered space = decluttered mind“ etc but still buy a lot of clothes and shoes because in that area you don‘t WANT to be a minimalist. This applies to all areas in life. Let‘s create our own best version of our world and ourselves 🙌
I am a Japanese teacher from Japan in the U.S. and have been watching your videos for a long time, and I had NO idea you spoke good Japanese. Keep it up ❤ がんばって👍
You are the voice of sanity in a crazy, stressed out, unhappy, out of control world Vera. I guess you show us the choice we have about this- either get swept along by the tide or do some things to make life more the way we want it to be as individual people with lives as different as stones on the beach. I'm liking Niksen at the present, my garden, old movies and red wine. A good friend once told me that we have to do the things that make us happy. It seems a simple idea but so many people are doing the opposite and expecting to find happiness, fulfillment and contentment by increasing the load on their backs. Make it half a million Vera. Well done you!
"I prefer to keep things kind of small and manageable [by not having channel consultants or other social media platforms]." (9:38) A minimalist approach to being a content creator.
Congratulations Vera さん! Your Japanese really sounds natural. I'm amazed! また日本に来てくださいね😊 Authentic & intentional, that's exactly what I love about your videos💕
Hi Vera, I have been very busy this year with a medical issue that has taken and still taking some time to fully heal and I strayed from your content. I’m glad to be back and watch your videos. I feel a bit more relaxed after seeing this video and I want to thank you! It’s like getting in contact with a friend you haven’t seen in a while! Thank you for what you do and helping others around the world!😊
Hi my friend, thank you for leaving this comment and nice to see you again! So sorry to hear about your health issue... I hope you'll keep recovering from it, bit by bit! Sending healing vibes your way and wishing you all the best for the year to come. Take care!!
Congratulations! In the beginning of the year I started your simple living course, and somehow I dropped out when my life got stressful. But I loved the lessons so much and will start again now. I feel so much what you said about rushing while doing chores. A while ago I read the book "Eat that frog" by Brian Tracy, and he recommended moving fast while doing things to get more effective. I tried out many of what Tracy recommends in his book (and much of what he recommends to get more effective is good), but NOT that one, because rushing always stresses my out and leaves me exhausted afterwards. I already learned not to hurry the hard way when I was working in a laboratory. Whenever I hurried during lab work, I dropped things or knocked over a beaker or a flask, and most of the time they contained things one did not want to spill around. So no hurry anymore. :)
Congratulations my friend. You deserve it. You work so hard, honestly. You're consistent and you always keep in touch, I love that! Love from South Africa...-:)
Sipping on some diet wild cherry Pepsi right now. Nothing will ruin your channel for you faster than management that would turn it into a grind for you. You just keep doing what you're doing because 300,000 all on your own is no small feat. You're so delightful as is your channel and I always look forward to your videos.
I have to admit Vera that I'm not sure why I cried when you were speaking Japanese. 😂 Maybe it was the Ghibli studio aficionado in me that was taking over (and obviously being a HSP). 🥲 I ended up watching a bunch of your videos lately after realizing they are not as overwhelming as other videos I've watched and, frankly, I didn't even realize other videos were somewhat energy consuming to me personally. I could even say about your videos that, IMHO they're somewhat soothing. It is partly because I think it shows that you're being yourself. It's a true gift to your audience and yourself. Thank you, and I hope you'll keep it up for as long as you enjoy the journey. 💝
The most helpful thing to decluttering I've found is to separate (A) frequently-used things, (B) infrequently-used things, and (C) questionable things. Keep only A items visible or at your fingertips. If you use something less than once a week, it's OK to spend 15 seconds getting it out of a box or high shelf. You can move things between the categories if you find you use them more/less than you assumed. After six months, review the questionable things and maybe get rid of some. For featured art pieces, viewing/appreciating them is a use, so that's how you're using them frequently.
I am so happy for you and your channel, Vera, but not surprised because you're kindness and personality shines through on everyone of your videos, so a very big congratulations! 🥰 I'm not sure if I am a HSP or just someone who doesn't want to go out very often and I've never cared for attending wedding receptions, wedding showers, baby showers, and even big parties in general. I feel safest and at peace when I'm at home so I don't know, do these kinds of things qualify me for tending toward being a highly sensitive person?
Aw thank you so much for your kind comment!! About whether or not you're a HSP, I actually have an older video from 2018 with 30 signs you're a HSP. If you recognize with most of them, chances are you are one. :) You can find it here: th-cam.com/video/j1OxtehkayE/w-d-xo.html Also, Elaine Aron has a test on her website too, that's also in her book.
Congratulations Vera for the continued success of your channel!! This is by far my most favourite place on the internet, and my life has improved so much since I was blessed to discover your channel years ago. Seeing this channel grow fills me with a lot of contentment. This video was such a treat, almost like an extra Tea Time Chat with more great questions and such fun replies🙂. And wow, your Japanese is beautiful! It made me a smidge envious - but in the good way that motivates me to learn more lol. Wishing you a good week and may Simple Happy Zen continue to bring well-being to thousands more people in the months and years to come.
Dear Vera, I came to your channel for the classical minimalism (decluttering) but have been delighted to find out over the years that we have so much more in common - high sensitivity, a love for The Netherlands, minimalism in the wider sense (slow living) and am learning from you about self-care… I find every video oozes with self-care which is so healing. So, what I‘m trying to say is that I‘m interested in all these topics -and your chatty videos -for the future. I also love your gentle sense of humour ☺️
🤣I’m on day 188 of learning Japanese on Duolingo and I couldn’t understand anything you said! Did you complete the Duolingo course? What other resources have you used to learn Japanese? Studio Ghibli turned me on to wanting to learn Japanese. I would like to be able to read Manga in Japanese.
188 days, that's awesome!!! Don't worry, Japanese isn't an easy language to learn and I've been studying for years. I also do duolingo, but I combine it with live lessons. Currently online through LiveXP, but in the past I had lessons with a Japanese teacher I knew personally. Just keep it up 😊❤ Also yay for Studio Ghibli!!
Congrats on 300,000+ subscribers! I'm so glad you speak about being a HSP and help educate those who are unaware of what it means. I've also reduced almost all mailings this year. I wish everyone would do the same. An easy way to simply your life and protect the environment. ❤️
I always look forward to your videos! It's like a good friend visiting with you. I am not sure how many years I have been listening to you. Very proud of you for your viewer numbers and your hard work dedicated to your channel! I loved your comment about having a "assault on the senses" regarding a ESP. You absolutely nailed it! That's exactly how I feel and regarding travel, spot on and great description. CONGRATS😄 x's, lj
It’s late at night as I am watching this, so I’m not drinking anything. However, if it was earlier in the day, I would probably be drinking unsweetened iced tea. I understand not wanting to travel. Staycations can be the best!
In regards to the letting go question, I totally agree with what you had to say. I also enjoy donating them and hope that when someone comes across them, they are gaining a treasure in their life. As the saying goes, "one man's trash is another man's treasure!"
New content is something to look forward to, but whatever selection is presented on my phone is what I have to choose from. Sometimes I like to re-watch a video I've already viewed. I like listening to your insights, and love the music selections. Your lvideos since you've let your hair go curly - your voice seems more calm and relaxed. No pretenses, keeping it real - thats what we like. Take your breaks when you need to. There's a reason you have that many followers. They'll be back after any break you need to take. I wish you good health.!
Wow, Congratulations 302K that is wonderful. 🎉 I always enjoy your videos they are peaceful and calming as you do not rush your words, you also have such a beautiful personality that shines through those cloudy days. 🌞
Aw thank you Deb for those kind words, that means a lot 🤗💕 And thank you for all your support and encouragement all this time!! Have a wonderful day, take care!
I remember looking at your numbers a few months ago and wondering when you’d reach 300k, and now you’re past that! Congratulations! Thank you for sharing your views with us. Your channel is such a treat❤️
So glad I found your channel! I'm from the US, but I spent a fantastic summer in Amsterdam back in 1996 and I absolutely loved it. I dream of going back one day.
Enjoying a mug of Yorkshire biscuit tea with soya milk. I'm not a minimalist, but I do enjoy your videos on decluttering, storage, slow living. if you like crime novels I highly recommend Patricia Cornwell; I'm currently binge-listening to her Scarpetta books on audio. They're obviously dated now, the use of mainframe computers and floppy disks and the lack of mobile phones makes for plotlines that wouldn't work now, but they're well written and gripping. Congrats on your subscribers!
Oh thanks so much for the tip!! I actually like those books that were written before computers and smartphones became a thing, it's comforting for me somehow haha.
@@SimpleHappyZen It's interesting to me as I remember the workplace before them - I worked in two companies that didn't even have a computer, and only the senior secretary was allowed an electric typewriter. Happy days! Enjoy a good read :)
Hello ! Congratulations ! I’ve been a fan for many years. You are one of the few genuine people on TH-cam! ❤️That shows through. You brought me to learn I am HSP too. ☺️Thank you from Walt Disney World Florida.🏰 Post script: my trip of a lifetime is a dream finally coming true, I travel to Japan 🇯🇵 this October.
Aw thank you so much for the kind words!! 🤗🌺💕 Also, so excited for you that you're traveling to Japan this October! I've never been in October, but if I get to go again, I'd like to choose that month. Where in Japan will you be going?
Congratulations!! I am very happy for you -) you are a wonderful person and your videos are great, I was very happy to find them in hard moment of my life. It's been few years, and I am always happy to watch everything from you -)
I'm glad you do the "nope, nope, nope" I find your videos more beneficial because of the lack of glittery production. I have a hard time with sensory overload
Enjoying your video with my morning cup of coffee with coconut creamer ❤😊 You have such great content and I appreciate the fact that you appreciate a few items on the kitchen counter to keep it looking like a warm and inviting place to eat and gather. You have a very gentle approach. It is so nice!!
Enjoying french vanilla and cinnamon coffee with vanilla creamer. Your videos are down to earth and honest. I appreciate your sharing what you have learned about being an HSP, the importance of slowing down and being mindful and that self-care is not selfish. I look forward to your videos. Thank you for taking a leap of faith and starting your TH-cam channel ❤
Congratulations to 300.000 🤩🎶 OMG, your experience with your trip to London - I experienced this too at so many times :) Cosy homes are the best for highly sensitive people. We need to move the next "years", because our home ist gettin too small over the last 13 years (47qm for 2 + 1 dog; homeoffice)... but its difficult for me to find a new home (countryside, garden or balcony, not too big...), which is giving me a safe feeling. I dont know if this is a special thing for highly sensitive persons... PS: I have fennel tea :)
I laughed out loud when you said ‘crap’ and did a strong Dutch accent 🤣 Aww Vera thank you for sharing pieces of your world with us - I resonate with your thoughts and ways of living on many levels. I love how down-to-earth you are, and that the Dutch are not easily impressed by fame or prestige; and I enjoy how you advocate for living a simpler, slower life. I have been teased all my life for being a slow eater, and slow at things in general (especially by my dad and brothers who value doing everything speedily and not waiting long for anything!), but being this way serves me best, especially as an HSP… and I feel like I’ll have the last laugh, as so many mental health professionals are recommending for people to slow down 😂 Congratulations on your 300k followers! 🥳 You absolutely deserve the thriving, supportive community you have built up, and to do work where you can truly be yourself! Thank you for your incredible channel 👏🙏✨☕️
Aw thank you so much for your kind words Anna 🤗🌳🍵 I really appreciate it a lot. And I'm happy for you that you can live slowly and with intention, taking care of your body and your mind while doing so. High five!
It’s been really profound learning about being an HSP via your experience. It resonates with me so much, especially being an introvert as well. Thank you for living vegan Vera. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💚💚💚💚
I absolutely agree that everybody have to find their own voice regardless what style of living they appreciate. I do not prefer using terms such as minimalism because they seem to be prescriptive. I would rather just say, I like open uncluttered spaces and have fewer possessions. Or something like that. Love your content, congrats very deserving !!!
Congratulations Vera! I found your channel a couple of years ago and your videos have helped me going through my own burnout cycles. You also helped my a lot in accepting who I am and I could never thank you enough. ❤
I really enjoy your videos, Vera! I watch them while cleaning up and cooking, and it helps me calm down.❤ About slowing down: whenever I catch myself breathing with my mouth open, I know it's time to slow down, so I make an effort to control my breath, breathe through my nose and be more deliberate with my movements, to avoid spinning into stress and exhaustion. Books: Ordinary people is by far the best Rooney book. Emily Henry can be good holiday reading, but they're all quite similar, to me. I liked Book lovers the most. 😊
Congratulations! I found your channel during the bubble, at a time of career transition (and hopefully some personal growth,) and you have been an inspiration. I've enjoyed following along on your journey for the past 3+ years, and continuing to learn from you. Thank you!
We love your authenticity! The other social media you have mentioned is definitely not your pace. That is so understandable. I love that you do things your way, and are unapologetic about it. 😊
I don't do any social media but love ur you tube content it brings me hope and peace if I am feeling stressed and overwhelmed I look up ur channel so glad for your success
Congratulations! I daydream about opening a cozy little tea shop/cafe/bookstore too someday❤️ I just left my current job and will be taking time off until December. After that, I’d love to at least work in a cafe, bakery, bookstore, or even a library. I’ve been in the education field for 30 years now and would enjoy trying something different. Thanks for a lovely video, Vera and thank you for always being authentic😊
Congratulations, Vera! I wish you all the success, satisfaction, and fulfilment with your TH-cam channel and your personal life. You truly deserve it ❤
Fellow Dutchie here 🙋♀️ I've started to watch your hsp videos and im so into it! I love how slow, easy and accessable you explain things. I love the tea shop idea! 😍 Im also daydreaming about that sometimes, so if you ever need a compagnon to open a tea shop, i would love yo hear it 😄 About that, im currently drinking "Daels droum groene thee", a local tea brand from Maastricht. Its delicious 🤗
Glad to hear that you had a great staycation. I love staycations. It’s spring here in New Zealand but some sort of Polar Vortex just arrived and it’s freezing. Hanging out for summer now. I’m having a great year. I’ve just celebrated living in New Zealand for 50 years, coming here in 1974 from the UK.
Congrats on the subs!! Job well done. I am on the same page with not wanting a huge business out of my channel. I’m not even monetized but once that door opens up, I am more than happy to doing stuff myself without hiring others. I just love the whole thing, filming, editing, being present on the TH-cam platform (networking).
OMG, the slowing down thing is so true!!! I catch myself feeling stressed in work and daily chores, and realize that I'm rushing, for no particular reason whatsoever. It helps to take a deep breath, and remind myself to just take my time. Thank you for suggesting this!
I have learned that minimalism isn't for me (not that I am a crazy maximalist or anything), but I still learn valuable things from it. I was driving while listening to your video, so I couldn't read the subtitles, but I am slowly getting back in to studying Japanese, and understood some of what you said lol.😊
I really wanted to visit the Netherlands with my Grandpa when I was in school. That would have been such a Wonderful Experience. Happy I found you and your channel. My Grandpa and his brother had the best time in your part of the world.🤗❤️
Congratulations Vera.. You are my fvrt in this huge TH-camrs community around the world.. I want to follow each and everything that you suggest.. it is so comforting..
There is SO much I could comment on for this video - so lovely 🥰 Dank u wel, Vera 🙏🏻 Your Japanese sounds fantastic to me! Thanks for being honest about travel. I would love to travel but feeling so ill for so much of the time puts me off so I haven’t done it for many years now which also means I cannot visit my family or have them over. I keep faith that it will all be possible again one day…. Love to you and your channel ❤
Yay, thank you Amber 💕 Thank you so much for being around all this time and for all your support and encouragement! 🤗🌻 Hope you're having a lovely day so far
@@SimpleHappyZen thanks for all the great work you do! Whenever my financial situation improves, I plan to return to your Patreon as well. Also, I have an IRL Dutch friend who lives in the US now but is from The Netherlands. She speaks excellent English but has a thick Dutch accent but I think it’s beautiful and it’s part of what makes her who she is. 💖 One day I’d love to visit over there, as well as Scandinavia.
Super helpful tips, thank you. I’m a female INFP and Highly sensitive person from England, I relate so much to your content and I too love my green tea 🍵, it’s so funny you mentioned about your daydreams of opening a tea shop as I have recently thought the exact same thing and have imagined and planned every bit of the details 😂 I did the same thing when I was younger daydreaming about opening a dance school, it was so close to my heart that I actually made this dream come true at the age of 28 and enjoyed 10 years from 2010 running my own business 🎉 alongside bringing up my 2 daughters age 3 and 4 at the time and a few years later our very charming cocker spaniel puppy 🐶. Very exhausting but super worth it ❤ I’m 42 now and my girls are 17 and 18 and about to go off to university, sadly our dog has gone 😢 A new stage of life is born and I’m appreciating some much needed rest and myself exploration 😊
I taught multiple dance genres… IDTA Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Irish and Cheerleading! I have stopped now after covid. I do miss it at times but have enjoyed working on my own health and fitness, enjoying Pilates… I did find it quite stressful at times being responsible for other people’s children so I feel that it’s for the best 😊
@@catherineaustin5739 Oh wow, that sounds amazing! BTW, I'm just back from Ireland and saw some Irish dancing, amazing! 🤩 I'm also a big dance lover myself 😊 Did some streetdance in the past, and now I'm all into salsa and bachata 😊 I can imagine though that it was hard at times, and a lot of responsibility. But it also seemed like a very nice and rewarding thing to do 😊
Listening to this episode while shopping at IKEA alone (I mean with my toddler😅). Somehow I feel you're my close friend ,Vera ❤️ congratulations on hitting 300k! Well deserved!
Well earned and well deserved! Congratulations! 🥳 I made the banana bread from your 100,000 video just yesterday, and look at you now! :) Thank you for all the wise words and kindness. 🙏
Hahaha aw that's so cool!! That banana bread is delicious 🥰 Hope you enjoyed it. Thank you so much for being around for so long and for all your support and encouragement 🤗🍵 Have a lovely day!!!
Hi I started subscribing recently and I've been loving your contents! Congratulations on passing 300K!! I didn't know you were learning Japanese! 日本語流暢に話せてますよ!これからも動画楽しみにしています❤
Watching your videos is so enjoyable. I am HSP and struggle in my younger years because I wanted to be like others. Now I understand why my trip to Italy 11 days in 10 cities made me exhausted more than anything. This days I have more compassion for myself. Traveling to new places is to stressful. I also love potatoes in any form. I find them most comforting food . 😃
If you‘re American, then that‘s the norm. They like doing trips such as ‚See Europe in 7 days‘. Quite ridiculous! Better to focus on one or two countries in one trip. You‘ll gain far more insight and understanding of the country visited..🙂
Congratulations! That is awesome. I am drinking water. I was taking Japanese lessons on italki with a tour guide from Kyoto for several months but stopped during lockdown and WOW you are very good at it. Impressive!! How long have you been learning it for? I am a Ghibli fan as well (since the 90s). I have seen them all (except the brand new one). Which is your favorite? Mine is Totoro and then probably Arietty. It seems like you read a lot of books I have read. That's great. Love your variety of jobs! I love potatoes in all the forms too. Love your variety of music! Haemin Sunim's book is very good. I read it when it came out with my husband and we enjoyed it. Fun video. Love it. Have a good week.
Hi, Vera! I just wanted to let you know that you look stunning in this blue top--it really suits you. Also, your videos always have a calming effect on me and I learn a lot. Thank you! Best regards from a regular viewer in Ukraine! Hugs

Aw thank you so much! 😊🌻☕ Have a lovely day!
Sipping on some diet wild cherry Pepsi right now. Nothing will ruin your channel for you faster than management that would turn it into a grind for you. You just keep doing what you're doing because 300,000 all on your own is no small feat. You're so delightful as is your channel and I always look forward to your videos.
Aw thank you so much 🤗 Yes I need to remind myself to stop every once in a while and be proud of what I've done so far. :) Have a lovely day today!
I have to admit Vera that I'm not sure why I cried when you were speaking Japanese. 😂 Maybe it was the Ghibli studio aficionado in me that was taking over (and obviously being a HSP). 🥲
I ended up watching a bunch of your videos lately after realizing they are not as overwhelming as other videos I've watched and, frankly, I didn't even realize other videos were somewhat energy consuming to me personally. I could even say about your videos that, IMHO they're somewhat soothing. It is partly because I think it shows that you're being yourself. It's a true gift to your audience and yourself. Thank you, and I hope you'll keep it up for as long as you enjoy the journey. 💝
You are such an adorable person! You deserve all your success! 🎉
Aw thank you, that's so sweet 🤗🌻 Have a lovely day!
Hurray, Vera! Thank you for sharing your lovely self with us.
Aw thank you 💕🥰💕
The most helpful thing to decluttering I've found is to separate (A) frequently-used things, (B) infrequently-used things, and (C) questionable things.
This is really helpful thank you!
Congrats! You’re a treasure 🌸
Aw thank you so much! 🤗🍵🌳 Have a lovely day today!
I am so happy for you and your channel, Vera, but not surprised because you're kindness and personality shines through on everyone of your videos, so a very big congratulations! 🥰
I'm not sure if I am a HSP or just someone who doesn't want to go out very often and I've never cared for attending wedding receptions, wedding showers, baby showers, and even big parties in general.
Aw thank you Chris 🤗🌷🌱 Glad you enjoyed this video too, and I hope you'll like the vlog that's going up on Patreon soon as well 😁
Dear Vera, I came to your channel for the classical minimalism (decluttering) but have been delighted to find out over the years that we have so much more in common - high sensitivity, a love for The Netherlands, minimalism in the wider sense (slow living) and am learning from you about self-care… I find every video oozes with self-care which is so healing.
Thank you so much! And yes, that's a great thing to do :)
So happy for you Vera, it’s so well deserved.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yay!! Thank you so much Cristine for all the good vibes all this time! 🤗🍵🌳
Thank you so much for your kind comment and for being around for many years already!! 🤗💕🥰
it has been amazing to see your journey. congratulations!
Aw thank you Mariela, I really appreciate your support and encouragement all this time 🤗💕🌺 Take care, hope you're having a great day!
Congrats Vera! I'm drinking iced Earl Grey tea with almond milk. Your videos mean the world to me!
Aw thank you so much and that tea souds lovely! Somehow I never thought of making a black tea iced with almond milk, but I need to try it :)
I NEED THE STUDIO GHIBLI VIDEO.
Hahaha not making any promises but I'll think about it 😁😁
It’s late at night as I am watching this, so I’m not drinking anything.
🎉 Congratulations Vera! 😊❤
Thank you so much 🤗🌺 Have a nice day today!
Wow, Congratulations 302K that is wonderful. 🎉
I always enjoy your videos they are peaceful and calming as you do not rush your words, you also have such a beautiful personality that shines through those cloudy days. 🌞
Aw thank you Deb for those kind words, that means a lot 🤗💕 And thank you for all your support and encouragement all this time!! Have a wonderful day, take care!
Your voice is calming and i get soooo many insights from your videos. thanks for keep creating Vera!❤️
Aw thank you, that's so nice to hear!! 🤗🍵🌳 Have a wonderful day
Congrats! Great video thanks!!
Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed the video!! 🤗💕🌻
I remember looking at your numbers a few months ago and wondering when you’d reach 300k, and now you’re past that! Congratulations! Thank you for sharing your views with us. Your channel is such a treat❤️
Hi Vera, congrats to the 300'000 subcribers, you really deserve it! I would love to hear your Studio Ghibli recommendations for different moods🤗
Thank you so much!! 🤗🌺🌳 I really appreciate it. And who knows, maybe I'll make that video sometime!
Fantastic video, and congratulations on your 300,000 subscribers! 😃
Congratulations, dear Vera! Your success is well deserved! :)
Congrats Vera, so happy for your success 👏🎉💚
Thank you so much Susie, have a lovely day!!! 🤗🍵💕
Haha that's funny :) Sometimes I wish life was still like that
It's been few years, and I am always happy to watch everything from you -)
Hi Vera. I love the way you remain true to yourself. I really enjoy your content.
I'm glad you do the "nope, nope, nope"
I find your videos more beneficial because of the lack of glittery production.
I have a hard time with sensory overload
I wish you more growth. The world needs you. 😊
I have been teased all my life for being a slow eater, and slow at things in general (especially by my dad and brothers who value doing everything speedily and not waiting long for anything!), but being this way serves me best, especially as an HSP… and I feel like I’ll have the last laugh, as so many mental health professionals are recommending for people to slow down 😂
Congratulations on your 300k followers!
High five!
You are great! Thank you for being an example of slow minimalistic living. Love from Iceland ❤
It’s been really profound learning about being an HSP via your experience. It resonates with me so much, especially being an introvert as well. Thank you for living vegan Vera. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💚💚💚💚
Congratulations ! Your videos never fail to make me feel better ❤
You so deserve it! 🫶Thank you from the bottom of my heart to be here!❤️
Aw that's so nice, thank you! 🤗 Have a lovely day
I absolutely agree that everybody have to find their own voice regardless what style of living they appreciate.
Aw that's so nice to hear, thank you! 🌳🌱🍵 Hope you're doing well, take care!!
Congratulations! This is well deserved. Your channel has always been very helpful to me.
Aw thank you, I appreciate that! 🤗🍵🌳
Such a wonderful video creator ...❤ Thank you, Vera!
You truly deserve it ❤
Fellow Dutchie here 🙋♀️
I've started to watch your hsp videos and im so into it! I love how slow, easy and accessable you explain things.
I love the tea shop idea! 😍 Im also daydreaming about that sometimes, so if you ever need a compagnon to open a tea shop, i would love yo hear it 😄
About that, im currently drinking "Daels droum groene thee", a local tea brand from Maastricht.
Big Congratulations to you Vera 🎊 👏 💐
Thank you so much! 🤗🌻 Have a lovely day!
Congratulations! You are really an inspiration.
Aw thank you! 🤗🌺 Have a wonderful day!
OMG, the slowing down thing is so true!!! I catch myself feeling stressed in work and daily chores, and realize that I'm rushing, for no particular reason whatsoever. It helps to take a deep breath, and remind myself to just take my time. Thank you for suggesting this!
I absolutely LOVE your videos. I am so glad I found you.
Congratulations on 300K, it’s well deserved! 🎉💖
Well done on an organic 300k! That’s amazing!
Love the authenticity. Congrats for the well deserved milestone 👏 ❤
Early subscriber here! Nice to see your growth, happiness and success ☺️❤
Super helpful tips, thank you. I’m a female INFP and Highly sensitive person from England, I relate so much to your content and I too love my green tea 🍵, it’s so funny you mentioned about your daydreams of opening a tea shop as I have recently thought the exact same thing and have imagined and planned every bit of the details 😂
I did the same thing when I was younger daydreaming about opening a dance school, it was so close to my heart that I actually made this dream come true at the age of 28 and enjoyed 10 years from 2010 running my own business 🎉 alongside bringing up my 2 daughters age 3 and 4 at the time and a few years later our very charming cocker spaniel puppy 🐶. Very exhausting but super worth it ❤
I’m 42 now and my girls are 17 and 18 and about to go off to university, sadly our dog has gone 😢
A new stage of life is born and I’m appreciating some much needed rest and myself exploration 😊
That's so cool!
What kind of dance studio did you have? Do you still have it, or did you stop?
I would love to have a tea shop as well! 😄🤗
I'm also a big dance lover myself 😊 Did some streetdance in the past, and now I'm all into salsa and bachata 😊
I can imagine though that it was hard at times, and a lot of responsibility. But it also seemed like a very nice and rewarding thing to do 😊
Congrats on 300k! 😃
Listening to this episode while shopping at IKEA alone (I mean with my toddler😅). Somehow I feel you're my close friend ,Vera ❤️ congratulations on hitting 300k! Well deserved!
Aw that's so nice, thank you! Hope you picked out some nice things there 🤗😁 Have a lovely day!!
Well earned and well deserved! Congratulations! 🥳 I made the banana bread from your 100,000 video just yesterday, and look at you now! :)
Thank you for all the wise words and kindness. 🙏
Hahaha aw that's so cool!! That banana bread is delicious 🥰 Hope you enjoyed it. Thank you so much for being around for so long and for all your support and encouragement 🤗🍵 Have a lovely day!!!
Congratulations!! You are loved and appreciated.
Congrats. You deserve every sub
Aw thank you 🤗🍵
Wow Congrats Vera🎉🎉🎉. Keep it going and just know you are having a positive impact around the globe! 1979 is also a fav song of mine! Be blessed.
Aw thanks Gerald! And so cool you also like that song!! 🤗🌳🌺 Take care and have a wonderful day!
Hi I started subscribing recently and I've been loving your contents! Congratulations on passing 300K!! I didn't know you were learning Japanese! 日本語流暢に話せてますよ!これからも動画楽しみにしています❤
ありがとうございます。🤗🍵 日本語の勉強を頑張って続けます。これからもよろしくお願いしますね!🤗🌳
Hi Vera ... agreed about the kitchen counter .. I'm also more of a 'Cosy Minimalist' ❤
Congratulations 🎉! You deserve a great success, people love you as you are an honest TH-camr, feels like a friend.❤
Hugs
Congratulations!!!🎉
Thank you!! Have a nice day today! 🤗🌻☕
Congratulations, Vera! 🎉💜 Love from Germany 🥰
Thank you so much!!! 🤗🍵🌳 Have a wonderful day!!
