      Look elsewhere then, as a stock 10speed does 11.8-12.1 on average between 117-121 mph. While this dude is just out having some fun and that is all that truly matter, with all do respect he has no idea how to launch or race a car in a straight line. Even in reg drive mode he should be pulling 12.30s.

    The reasons for the slow times is he is not power breaking to load the transmission before launching and as he admits he doesn’t know how to drive. (And man it’s obvious)

    This car and runs are weird. First evidently it is a performance pack with 355 gears as I can see the PP gauges. It should be going through the traps at the top of 6th not 5th as yours is . Also the car is suppose to shift about 7400 not 7000 as yours is. My opinion is this. YOU ARE NOT PRESSING THE GAS PEDAL AlL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. That would explain everything like crap ET and MPH and low shift points.. Push that gas pedal like youre trying to make it break through the floor pan.+ Pulling that seat forward some will help that too. Finally buy a helmet.

    Had my car a couple weeks and I think I finally get how to setup to race from a dig. They need to give a class for this car when u buy one. Drag mode is literally a driving mode and line lock is in a different place for the manual cars. It was kinda annoying to get this far for me since everyone has automatics. I'm sorry I got a manual now but it's still fun to drive even if it's slower. The ride is so harsh on this new mustang platform too. Compared to my 86gt anyways. It rides like a Cadillac in comparison but we clearly traded comfort for track mode

    You may want to purchase the Ford Performance cold air intake with 87mm throttle body which comes with the procal 4 tuner. Runs around $1000 and that brings our Mustang GT up to 480 hp like the Bullitt and adds more torque (24 to 42 ft lbs) than the bullitt. big difference with the transmission, it shifts much smoother both up and down and the engine braking is improved ...
    This year, I added a great tune from a certified gentleman in Texas (Paul tuned 20 world class cars for a Saudi Prince, which took three weekends to complete) and it now revs out to 7800 rpms and brings the hp and torque up significantly and it shifts (after 4th) from 6800 to 7800 rpms .. I beat an M4 and a Panamera S on hwy pulls and the car really kicks in drag mode.
    I recently added the M-3RA-8RA track suspension package, F.P. Racing half shafts, 1500 hp rated and the Steeda Stop the hop kit. Smooth as butter with a big uptake in performance. Will get on a 1/4 mile track this year ... I expect to be in the low 11s with the proper tires ...

    Bone stock Stock tires on my 19 10spd perf pack ran 12.262 @115.7 1.94 60' and 8.04 to the 8th

      That would only help your reaction time not your et. The timer doesn’t start until the car is moving 🙄

    Those runs were way slower than the car is supposed to do. Should have been low 12s at 117. Da must have been horrible but still

      The guy must have a full tank of regular gas. Full tank = 100 pounds extra weight and reg gas will pull timing when racing .

      @@rangerryda8218 The comment you made about the power band did you mean his leaving at idle. I had a 2014 that was actually faster leaving at idle but not consistent enough for bracket racing so I left at about 1500. Auto trans.

      @@fastguned I've found with this new 3rd gen motor and A10, puttting it on the converter really helps 60ft. When you're dealing with a fluid converter style auto trans, having consistant load at the line makes launching something you can dial in. If you shock the trans with a sudden stab of throttle from idle, the pressure has to build before it moves and can sometimes break traction. This happens more in larger displacement/higher torque motors. The 3rd gen coyote lives up top, so getting it there sooner is better.

    How do you enable drag mode? I have a 2019 mustang gt 10 speed with performance package 1 and have sport mode but can’t find drag mode. I am at 300 miles so I’m not sure if that option comes on later on.

      Use the button in front of the shifter to toggle through the modes.

      rangerryda I do t have drag, track, sport plus mode. Lol! It only comes with the 8 inch display. I have the 4 inch display. Gotta love Ford. Although I paid extra for the Performance Package, I don’t get any of those modes

      I have a GT premium so I guess I get them because SYNC 3 is standard.

      Mine is 2019 mustang gt, 10 speed auto, performance package 1, base model.
      I’m about to upgrade this bullshit to the interface you have with Hellhorse performance. I honestly am only upgrading for those modes I don’t have. I’m such a Ford hoe too. I have a 2019 Ford raptor supercrew and still have my 2012 mustang gt. Lol. So I expect Dumbass shit from Ford.

      Sorry guy but Ford has caused a lot of confusion with that $4000 performance pack option. The PP is for drift/circle track whatever racing. It is a total waste of money for drag racing.it doesnt even give you dragstrip mode on a base Gt. You have to get the premium package or 301A to get Dragsrip mode. Ridiculous.

    Did that say a 2.5 or 2.0 60ft? Eother way I question whether or not you are even full throttle at times. Are you even hitting the gas pedal? I can do that in a 96 hyundai elantra. Even on a bad run you should get a 2.0 60FT and run a 12.2. Launch at 2000rpm and you will have a 1.8 and that will literally shave almost a second off your time vs a 2.5 60ft. lol
