say your on a cruise and need to fill up with 93 would you need to switch to a stock or stage 1 tune for that to work?
I understand every part. I have a can am x3 it’s a sport Offroad vehicle fuel capacity is 10.5 and I fill up my gas tanks which is 5 gallons . So after I do calculations I shows me e43 half e85 (75%)and half 93. The part that I’m confused on is the e43 what does it mean is there a certain target I need to hit ? Thanks

I have a WRX, hoping Cobb makes a Flex Fuel kit again. I technically no need it but then I'd have to have dual tunes and switch back and forth if no e85 available. So most likely I'll wait for a new flex fuel kit. Apparently they're putting R&D into a new one so

Ones you do that do you need to flash the car to the E30 tune ? Or you just mix it with the fuel and put it in ? Pretty confusing I still don’t understand how this thing works
So you don't have to modify your bmw at all to take e85?
Where is the Vp station you got to ? South Florida ?
Do you need to mix it in a gas jug or just pour them into the car’s gas tank and let it mix itself?

It has water mixed in it now and it’s only like 10¢ worth of gas

Not available in most states! And e30 cant be pushed as far tuning wise as e50/60
If you're doing the e30, does it matter if you use 87, 89, 91 or 93? Are e30 tunes planned for a certain octane? Thanks in advance!
The ethanol content would still be E30, but your octane level would be lower depending on what fuel you use to blend

Hey bro not sure if you’ll snsner this cause it’s been so long but these flex fuel kits stop you from having to do this right? You can just put in whatever mix let’s say aiming for e40 let’s say you get e30 the flex fuel kit saves that timing problem you would have gotten without ?
Yep! BimmerNetwork has quite a few options for flex fuel kits as well!
We use e100 so it’s easier to blend
What if I wanna fill up like half the tank or 70%? Does the app only show full tank target?
Just put tank capacity at 70% of what your actual full would be
What if I want to fill up my tank 50 percent with a blend and I already have 93 in my tank (let’s say 10% full on 93 already)
Change the tank capacity to half your actual capacity

@@trevorelam7792 Wrong. Just look it up I have a 2021 M340 with the flex fuel kit. Just Fuel it. full stainless lines and the mix reader.. lol
@@andrewnatili1583 thats a fuel analyzer kit just tells you ethanol content %, "?flex fuel" changes your actual tune based on the reading from the kit you have
@@trevorelam7792 yes but paired with a JB4 and the EWG connector you have additive tuning maps specifically for the B58
